( Even at 3 A.M. ) and in the event my pet is found before the PetAmberAlert alert goes out I will not receive a refund due to the fact that PetAmberAlert has already incurred the cost during their automated processing.In addition with regards to refunds, I understand that:? [redacted] has forwarded the transaction to my credit card company (Citibank) and the credit card company has stated that the burden of proof regarding the non-delivery of PetAmberAlert.com's services falls on me, the consumer, and that I must provide documentation showing that PetAmberAlert.com did not contact 1000 people. I really don't know how it is possible for me to prove that the company did not contact the 1000 people they supposedly contacted if I don't know who those people are.

Still not fixing my problem, I do not care about they update the poster because the posters that they sent were bad made. I don't ask to them to send the posters to 46 of 25, I paid to this business for send the posters to 25 LOCAL stores, means ON MY NEIGHBORHOOD! Also, just 3 stores got the posters of the 25 or 46.  I cancelled via Chat and by talking to someone on the phone, I also left a voicemail and an email. In addition, the service was not provided as discussed with the sales representative initially, I have no idea where a message was sent. No one ever contacted me as requested to send the message as I asked.  I deserve a full refund apart from any subsequent charges. I am not sure why I was continued to be billed after I spoke with the representative. This has nothing to do with the terms of service because the service was not provided.

 I review my spam folder daily due to the business I am in. There was never any info at all sent from petamber alert. Nor was there any response to my emails asking for info or phone message I left.

my complaint has NOT been resolved becauseThe business response was they did not receive my payment until after the day I registered.  I reject their response because I have yet to receive any correspondence from them regarding the service they promised to help find my dog after receiving my payment. Because my request for Amber Alert's services were not met in a timely manner after receiving my payment and still my services have not been addressed by Pet Amber Alert, I am requesting my contract with Pet Amber Alert be cancelled and my money refunded. nswer Here]

 You all have received $79.95 from me for doing absolutely nothing.  I placed the order at 7:37 and called you at 9 to cancel as my dog had been found by my neighbors.  I'm appalled you would take advantage of people this way when they are desperate and in need. This is terrible business practice on your part  you all are Shamming hardworking people out of their money. You have given refunds previously for this very same incident. I'm not understanding why not for me.  My issue has not been resolved  I would still like refund as no services were rendered from you, I called and left multiple messages and could not get a response until I filed a dispute. Furthermore, you have multiple people complaining of the exact same things  it's terrible business practice on you part. PetAmberAlert has truly let me down
