I sincerely apologize for the error, your subscription should have been cancelled.
It is possible that since you used a different email to pay with Paypal than the one on your pets account, the subscription had trouble cancelling.
I have removed your subscription and will be refunding all the charges back to you. I apologize once again and thank you!

At this time, I have been contacted directly by PetAmberAlert.com regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

 It took so much of my time and energy and complaints before they would even reply to me.  They did give me a refund through [redacted] but I lost precious time in getting the word out that my cat was missing - which is the service they were supposed to supply. They cost me a lot more than 89.99.  I am sure if they did this to me they have done it before and will continue to take money from people while not providing the service promised of robocalling a Pet Amber Alert or sending faxes to all shelters and agencies in the area.  The are deceitful and dishonest.  Thank you.

automatically processes orders all hours of the day an Night I.E. ( Even at 3 A.M. ) and in the event my pet is found before the PetAmberAlert alert goes out I will not receive a refund due to the fact that PetAmberAlert has already incurred the cost during their automated processing.In addition with regards to refunds, I understand that:? The order was not paid for when the customer registered. The order was paid for the next day which caused the delay in processing

It appears the customer signed up for two subscriptions,  one on 5/** and 6/*Petamberalert does not store credit card information, so it is not possible to remove it from your profile since it does not exist in the first place. To cancel a subscription you must login to your [redacted]...

determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I did not fail to close out my account, hence my previous refund in March. The business is impossible to contact. 1 refund of $24 & some change started to process to my account, but now it has disappeared. In addition, I am asking for a refund for April & May, not just May.
Again, I have received NO such refund as of now.

The list of phone numbers was not verified by the ones I called to check on. I can provide that list. There were also no faxes or posters as mentioned in the ad.I have included a copy of the ad. I could have made the phone calls myself to businesses and did to many. I also am including the email they sent to me saying I would be notified and could sign in once it was done and I never got that email. They also did not answer my emails or phone calls.
