An update poster is available for download in your online account. Unfortunately his order is non refundable. The poster alert was sent to 46 businesses out of 25 ordered.

I would suggest that the company update their documentation to correctly reflect what they truly can and cannot promise to it's worried patrons who are attempting to try to locate a lost pet.In addition, this was not simply a case of the order not being completed on a weekend.  As of October [redacted], the process still had not been completed.  5 days had passed.  This is well beyond a delayed weekend response, particularly when time is of the essence when trying to locate a lost pet family member.I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that refund is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.  I hope, for future patrons of this service, that petamberalert.com will consider less false promise and more response.

Review: Ordered my alert on March *, the phone calls are just now going out to my neighbors on March [redacted]!!! The website promises all faxes and phone calls will go out on the same day it was ordered. I've called and left several messages with this company and have never heard back. I have even tried to used their online chat and no one ever responds. I have already filed a complaint and asked for a full refund from [redacted]. Now, their phone system seems to be calling all my neighbors upwards of 5 times, I'm getting complaints! This company is very disorganized and definitely does not do what it promises. How is this service suppose to help me find my missing cat if they can't do what they promised and end up bothering my neighbors with all the phone calls.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund to be posted to my [redacted] account before I have to escalate it to a [redacted] Claim and I would like my account canceled.

Review: I ordered a Pet Amber Alert on the website www.petamberalert.com on Friday July **, 2014. My order was for their basic package at a charge of $79.95. I received an email confirmation of my membership on July [redacted] at 4:41 p.m. with the password to their website. I was promised 250 immediate phone calls to neighbors, fax and phone alert to neighboring businesses, detailed alert area and map, and a dedicated pet counselor. I have received none of these promised items and have not been able to reach anyone at the business. I have sent 2 emails, tried repeatedly to contact them on the website chat and have left 2 voice mail messages. Review: I paid $99.98 that were instantly charged for Pet amber alert to send out an alert about my missing dog to the residents of [redacted] I received to bill but only a message in which they state that they are calling and leaving messages to neighbors and businesses around the area. However, no such thing was done. After asking residents in the neighborhood, no one received the alleged alert. I have also checked the company's social media pages such as [redacted] and [redacted] and nothing was posted on my dog. I have luckily found my dog with the help of NYC police department and I called to cancel the account and to request a refund and the customer service agent claims that she does not directly work for this company, that she simply passes on the messages. I asked her for a [redacted] name or another contact number and she said she only has the address and the same number I had. She also added that I should really fight it because they will continue to charge me a monthly fee- Something not advertised on their website.Desired Settlement: A complete refund of the $99.98 and a cancellation of my account immediately.

Review: According to the list provided on the website, and contrary to the agreement I paid $49.95 for on 11/**/15, NONE of my 100 neighbors in a 5 mile radius were called, to verify this, I asked 5 of them myself - they informed me they never received any such call. This service was never delivered. Additionally, when I called customer service to ask if posters could be printed from their website the customer service rep stated no, not at all - being as I was upset her flat tone and lack of empathy gave me no sense of assurance I had made the right decision - also, as it turns out, you can in-fact print posters of your missing animal from your page which I learned after I learned that none of my neighbors had been called and after I had handmade my own signs/flyers. Additionally, as a 'buy now deal' I was set to get 250 neighbors called and somehow got roped into only 100 for the same price. I'm highly disappointed because not only did I feel taken advantage of while I was distraught - I paid for absolutely nothing. After I reported my cat found, they put up a lost cat poster on their facebook so they could state that they were a part of locating it when it was found before the posting was made and before any calls were made. When they asked for a review of the company they give the option for poor, but will not allow you to submit it stating "Please give us a rating".Desired Settlement: Complete refund of entire amount paid.

Review: In October [redacted], 2015, I purchased a Poster Alert Only for $29.95 from Pet Amber Alert, since I lost one of my pets. They were offering to fax the poster alert to local veterinarians/Animal Shelters, pets store; also I will get an email with a Poster Delivery Confirmation the same day of the purchased with the list of the places where they sent the posters. After I made the purchase, I wait for a few hours without get any email, just one confirming my membership. I made a call requesting the list of the places where they send the poster, the person that answered my call told me that I will get the email in an hour, so I wait again for a day, and nothing. After that, I contacted them again, and someone answered me just because I pressed the number 1 since its the option for make a new lost report where they make money, with the other options no one answered ; I asked again for my list, and they told me that somebody will contact me, but no one did. After that I had been calling several times, and no body answer, I leave a message but no body contact me again Still. I went to my local shelter, local veterinarians, local pets store, and NO ONE GET THE POSTER THAT I PAID FOR.Desired Settlement: I want my money back, and also I want the delivery those posters to the local shelters, veterinarians, pet store as they promised, since I made this alert 4 days after I lost my pet, and I trusted this company to help me to find my pet as the offered.

Review: I simply want the company to return my calls. The first call was about the fact that I couldn't find my account, couldn't get a password, etc. The second call was to cancel the alert because the cat was found, and I cancelled the alert at 9:08am. Wanted to find out if the rate of $150 I had just paid could be prorated, since the company doesn't start calling area neighbors until after 9am, and they might not have even started yet. They simply won't even return my calls. I was told told, on the morning of Sun. Aug. [redacted], that I would get calls back. I called again on Wed. Aug. [redacted] and left a message saying if they didn't call me back I would go online and complain. They STILL haven't called back and today is Friday, Aug. [redacted]. The name on the account, which I can't access like I said, is [redacted] and [redacted] (or [redacted] and [redacted]) on [redacted]. My son was house-sitting, so I had to set up an account for people who weren't even in town. There were also other problems with the whole process, and I haven't even gotten to for lack of time.Desired Settlement: Refund. Review: Petamberalert.com is a site that claims to reach out to neighbors to inform them of a missing pet for a fee. However, after filling out all the necessary information of your pet and credit card, no receipt is issued and you are then prompted to sign into PayPal, where they make you subscribe to "Search," with no explanation. When I called PetAmberAlert at the phone number they listed, I was instructed to leave a message and a representative would call me back within a few minutes. I left three messages over a 12 hour period with no response. I am uncomfortable with the way they took my credit card information without and confirmation or receipt. This is unacceptable and it is a shame that there are people like this who take advantage of those who have lost pets.Desired Settlement: I want my services to be canceled and I expect a full refund to my credit card.

Review: PetAmberAlert.com is a pet finding service. I registered on March-* and indicated that my pet was found on March-**. Despite that, my credit card is being charged monthly. There is no way to discontinue my petamberalert.com account online. Review: I recently lost a pet and would do anything to find him, so I stumbled upon www.petamberalert.com I signed up for the service, however after doing so I read the Revdex.com listing and it said it was rated an F. Searching further I saw that there were boundless complaints against the company. I attempted to cancel my order, as I never received a confirmation email or login so I could follow the steps of finding my cat, where someone said that I could mark the cat as found so that 1000 phone calls would not go out with my cell phone listed. I do not desire to get angry phone calls on my own cell phone. I have called almost 10 times, left 3 messages, talked to only two human beings, sent 3 emails and I have yet to hear from someone in the "office". The only people that I have talked to are phone service representatives who don't work for the company.Desired Settlement: I would like to hear from the owner either via email or phone and get a refund of some sort. I feel that a lot of people have been tricked by this service, and it is one that should not still be in business.

After much stress and effort, I was able to obtain a refund. In the process I had to call my bank and they were not able to contact the business by phone either. I was only able to push through multiple "chat" sessions on their website to get a refund, and then the chat was only available after 3pm.

Review: After losing my dog, I contacted pet amber alert, which advertised 500 phone calls, and contacting local businesses simultaneously to spread the word of the missing dog. First, the dog was mislabeled as a cat, with no phone calls, which took about an hour to resolve, pushing the time past courtesy hours. I expected to wake up at 9 am the following day to [redacted] posts, phone calls, but nothing. The dog was found at 12 pm that day, still with no calls going out. I spoke with their answering service, explaining that I paid for a service and over 12 hours later, it still hasn't been provided, and the dog was found. They assured me a representative would call me back and discuss a refund. That call didn't happen, and they sent me an email saying the calls had been made at 3pm, so 20 hours after I paid for a service that advertised success due to timely networking, not to mention the dog was recovered, which they knew. I made several phone calls in the next two weeks, always being promised a return call that I didn't receive. I basically paid $129 for a service that wasn't rendered.Desired Settlement: A refund

We are very sorry for this but as soon as your order was submitted all the information needed to find your pet was being collected automatically via third party companies/websites and PetAmberAlert has incurred costs for the information collected. Therefore we cannot provide you with a refund.

They didn't appear to even read the complaint. They took 20 hours, even after informed the dog was found and my refund was promised, to even make calls. I was charged for a service they didn't actually provide.

Review: these guys claim to do many things to find your lost pet but they did none of the things they claimed

1) no flyers or posters

20 No faxes to local business or vet offices

3) no social media flyers

4) no robo calls to anyone in the neighborhood

5) can't up load a picture of animal

6) but they got you email to they harass you for their money w/o doing anything

7) we went door to door and while looking for the dog asked if anyone had got phone cal or msg, none had

I personally with me and my team did all of the above so I nowhere are no flyers or poster, I went to every vet and pet stores in a 10 mile radius and they never got anything from these guys

I used another service since contacting these guys and they were doing what t they claimed and their faxed flyers are at all the vets and pet stores, I verified their claims and they did what they claimed [redacted] are a complete scam don't waste you hard earned money they do nothing, go to "lost my [redacted]" they did what they claimed and all the vets and pet store recommend themDesired Settlement: I tried to email these guys but all they want to talk bout is getting paid and hide behind there [redacted] address it's the only email that gets any response and they state its for payment only not issues so pay up sucker is there attitude

I should have known when you can't upload a picture in the form but have to email it, so if you have a pop email you have to leave the page and try and member the address or surf back to it (almost impossible) they want you to login but I was never run through a registration to fill out form so I have no name or PW to log in with

these guys have a great domain name with a lot of name power but that is where it stops I believe hey are padding their own comment section too, just try and leave a bad one and see how long it stays there if at all
