To Whom It May Concern:PNC Bank, N.A. responded to [redacted] and [redacted] on June 14, 2016 and considers this matter addressed.Sincerely,  Andrea C[redacted] Executive Client Relations PNC Bank

I am fully disputing there claims. They denied  my fraud dispute claim and closed the claim because they stated I did not send them the papers they sent to me on time. In October they...

sent me dispute forms and I took them into the local office. The local office did not fax them on the date they claimed they would send them to the dispute department. By there local bank fault of not sending the documents on time PNC decided to stop my complaint. In other words they went on and abused there power. I called pnc to make them aware that I had sent in all the documents to there team and yet they are trying to foce me to pay for fraud items now because the bank failed to fix in the documents on time. I will not pay for any kind of fraud items. I also had made them aware of this because the guy they had working on my disputes refused to call me back. I even told them mark at my local pnc was to fax the documents over but because they did not  pnc are making me at fault to pay this. It is not right and I am aware of my rights when it comes to fraud charges. The account needs to be put in my favor. I did not order anything and will not pay for fraud items that have been disputed. I also made them aware of the fact that [redacted] tried to fraud my credit card and gave them that letter. I did a three way call with them and was givin my money back. Pnc on the other hand is refusing to correct there mistake they did by not sending the letters on time and now are trying to force me to pay for fraud items. They were made aware they are fraud items and claim that [redacted] gave them proof I did these charges but in fact I did not do these charges and will not pay for these fraud items. Because of pnc bank not sending these letters on time they want me to pay for there error but I will not alow my  social security to continue to be affected because of there mistakes. They did not fax it on time and that is on there end and they need to try to correct this.As we discussed in my telephone call of 11/28/2016, I am disputing a fraudulent (charge/debit) on my account in the amount of $__1,298.00  Accordingly, I request the following:that the aforementioned fraudulent (charges be removed or debits reinstated) that any finance charges associated with the fraudulent transactions be credited;and  that I receive an accurate statement. Please investigate this matter and make appropriate corrections to my account as soon as possible.  that any finance charges associated with the fraudulent transactions be credited;and            that I receive an accurate statement.that the aforementioned fraudulent (charges be removed or debits reinstated) ; that any finance charges associated with the fraudulent transactions be credited;and             that I receive an accurate statement. In addition to the statement containing the erroneous charges, I have enclosed (describe any documents you enclosure), which show that the charges were fraudulent.  Please investigate this matter and make appropriate corrections to my account as soon as possible. Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. PNC's claim that...

they have addressed this matter with me is absurd. A member of their executive client relations team was assigned to help me and even after having that done they failed to overnight my replacement card to me. This required my mother to go out of her way to have to ship it to me - a matter that could have been avoided all together f one of their original customer service representatives hadn't mistakenly changed my billing address. Then PNC proceeded to send serval more cards to my mother's address - as if they wanted to further inconvenience her and increase the likelihood that my information could once again be stolen. Their "addressing" the matter with me required almost daily phone calls to the assigned member of the executive client relations team and yet it was still handled poorly. And PNC has yet to give me an update on my dispute. They haven't addressed a single thing.
