Review: Om 3/25/15 I received a refund check #[redacted] for $225.60 for my account. the check was made payable to both my company and an employee who no longer works here. My contract is only under my business.

I contacted them the same day by phone and was told to mail the check back and they would reissue it under just my business name within 5-7 days.

almost 2 months and 4 phone calls later they have no idea if what I mailed back was received nor how to help me get anew check and I just get switched over to CSR rep to CSR rep over and over again.Desired Settlement: I want the check for $226.60 to just to be reissued under my business name of [redacted]

Review: Re : Lease Account Number [redacted]

We want to cancel this account for the following reasons :

1.) We are not able to provide tracking number to our customers when we are using the postage machine [redacted].

2.) As mentioned to Pitney Bowes Customer Service several times, we are not able to get details of postage to avoid fraud and Pitney Bowes Customer Service are unable to generate detailed report.

3.) We did not know we are leasing on quarterly basis. When we talked with the Customer Service they mentioned extension for the contract is monthly basis now is quarterly basis which is unusual business practices

We need a copy of our contract to review.Desired Settlement: We would like to cancel the contract. Pitney Bowes is asking us to pay the remaining contract plus early termination fee.

FYI, we have been working with Pitney Bowes for more than 10 years instead of satisfying customers they are using unethical or unprofessional business strategy to advantage of customers.

Review: This company assured me a free trial with no problems. I advised I did want or need the postal meter and the sales rep assured me there was no problem and that they would send postage for a return etc after the free trial. I called to cancel this service because I used it twice and have problems with it to boot, I paid for my postage using my credit card, so I do not have a balance!. The company never canceled this account and when I escalated to a Supervisor they told me that a box would be sent and a credit applied to the account, this was August 22, 2014 and I have a voicemail from a [redacted] still on my phone that assured me that this was handled. I received the box in about a week. I sent the device back. Weeks later I am being billed again and getting collection notices. Each time I speak with someone they assure me its taken care of only to get another bill and more automated collection calls, where I am on hold for nearly an hour! I tried to call [redacted] back at the number he left a voicemail with ###-###-#### and it is no longer in service!!!Desired Settlement: I wanted this account fully credited and closed. I also do not want to be contacted by this company ever again.

Review: No invoice provided as agreed by US mail service. Company took over an hour to attempt to resolve this situation of over billing. Billed a late and a finance charge. This double cost for a late fee and a finance charge is Double dipping, To be illegitimately compensated a second time for the same activity. No solution provided. This the third time they have dropped the ball on me.Desired Settlement: Resolve situation. Compensate me for the hour wasted by representatives with an adjustment to my account for credit of 200.00 or cancel my account without any charges to my business for early termination of our agreement. A written apology for all the trouble they caused in my office. Take your equipment back.

Review: Our firm inadvertently transmitted funds electronically in two payments of $200 to Pitney Bowes (postage meter). These payments referenced an old lease number from 2007, however these payments should have been sent to an entirely different vendor an error on our part. I have called, faxed, and emailed Pitney Bowes over the past month and our bank has done the same attempting to recover the funds. We both have been unsuccessful in getting resolution. Our bank representative and I have sent multiple emailed to their lease department and received numerous reference numbers. We have had no success in recovering the funds and there is no point of contact within their lease department. The reference numbers Pitney Bowes provide us after each call has proven useless. It was advised that we inform the Revdex.com of these issues since we have been unsuccessful in resolving this issue.

Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Refund

We wish to recover $400.

In regards to (2) payments of $200 submitted by the [redacted] to PBGFS - Pitney Bowes Global Financial Services. The customer sent the payments in error to a lease they once had with PBGFS. Initial requests for research of the payments did not provide enough details to accurately determine if PBGFS had indeed received the payments and if so, where they were deposited. Once all the valid data was provided, the payments were found, moved to another Pitney Bowes business line where [redacted] still had an active account and the funds were posted to that account.

Review: I have contacted this company many times to terminate a lease on a postage meter due to our facility closing. They have called by several time to but to my home phone rather than my cell, and when I do get a message and call back, it's 3-4 days when I receive a return call.I call again on July 2 and was told my call would be expedited and I would recevie a call by July 3 by 5:00pm. I'm still waiting on that call. I think this is a stall tactic to prolong the lease. We were also told a package would be sent to us to return the meter and that package never arrived.I had made my final call to Pitney-Bowes on July 2 and I stated this to the customer rep on the phone. This was my 2nd call about getting the issue resolve, the first time being in early June.

Review: While ordering business cards on a website I saw an advertisement for the Mailstation. I was called to get more information and of course they make it sound so appealing and basically make you say yes I want to try the product out. So I got the mailstation and I have never used it. I called to have it shipped back before my free trial ends and they did it again told me to keep it longer to see if I changed my mind. I have emailed the company several times and all I got was a call this number and they will help you. I expressed several times that I do not currently have access to a phone and if they could just email me and tell me how I could return the product because I do not want it and my free trial is almost over. I have yet to receive instructions on what to do and my free trial is almost over. I do not plan to pay for something I am not using and do not want. I do not know what else to do.Desired Settlement: I just want an email stating how I can return the mailstation back to the company.

Review: [redacted] signed a 51 month lease for our postage machine. We returned the machine but still had to pay the rest of the lease. Isn't a lease invalidated when the product is returned? I was told by their customer service department that my account had to be cancelled in order to mail the meter back to them. I was never told I would continue to be billed for the remainder of my lease. I paid the lease balance when I was told our company would be sent to collections. I spoke to many departments in the company including customer service, billing, customer relations, and the national meter protection office and had been told my accounts had been cancelled so that future bills would stop.Desired Settlement: I have the desired outcome in that I will never have to be put on hold, hung up on, or speak to countless representatives from different departments that contradict each other or promise something another department has no intention of honoring.

RE: Revdex.com [redacted]

Dear [redacted],

I am in receipt of the Revdex.com filed [redacted]. I have researched [redacted]’s account and have found no evidence of deception.

[redacted] signed a 51 month lease for our postage machine. Then decided to return the meter[redacted] was under the impression that the lease would be invalid if the meter was sent back.

There was no payment made to the new 51 month lease, schedule 002. A Lease Cancel Request (LCR) has been requested and processed. The lease [redacted] has been canceled. The client owes nothing. There was a prior lease schedule [redacted]-001 that is being canceled as this account is in End of Lease. This schedule also owes a 0.00 balance. I spoke to [redacted] and advised that she does not owe any balances on the leases. I gave her my direct email address for contact. Leases [redacted]-001 and 002 have been canceled.

I am rejecting this response because:

I never had such terrible service or lack of service from another other company that I have worked with in my entire life. The total lack of responsiveness from their customer service reps all the way to Management this company is a good example of how not to do business with your customers. I have been waiting for weeks on end for call backs, asked to talk to a manager and was given double talk, my paperwork was mishandled and now I still sit after 3 months still with no machine. If I had another choice I'd never work with this company and I'd be sure never to recommend this company to any of my colleagues.

Review: My account was cancelled on 01/08/2015 per my conversation with Pitney Bowes. On 02/15/2015 another invoice was generated with a late notice attached, I called Pitney Bowes again and spoke with [redacted] (employee ID [redacted]) on 02/23/2015, I was advised to disregard the billing that she would take care of this matter. On March 18, 2015 another statement was generated with another $29.99 late fee. Still no cancellation, and yes the equipment was returned to Pitney Bowes. On 03/24/2015 I placed another call to Pitney Bowes [redacted] at approximately 12:15 CST. It is now 12:40 and still on hold.Desired Settlement: I will not settle for anything less than a cancellation of this account effective 01/08/2015. Review: Our company received a coupon to try the Pitney Bowes system and I decided to try the product. I had used Pitney Bowes many years ago and thought it was a good and convenient product, unfortunately things have changed. When I received the postage meter scale combination everything seemed to be fine except one thing...no instructions on how to set up the meter. So I called the company and it took them 3 hours to tell me to plug the machine into our internet server...this should have been known by the person on the phone in less than five minutes. After this, things went down hill. Shortly after we received the meter, about a week, we received coupons in the mall to get our $20.00 per month free stamps...$60.00 at a time not monthly, as stated, but quarterly. I have had problems with billing, and our company gets information after the fact, when it comes to charges. When I call it takes hours to get an answer and our company is nickel and dimed for things we were not aware of and was not in the fine print. I found out, after having the system past my 60 day trial, that every time, after the first 2 times I add postage, I will be charged $7.99 each time I add postage to my meter. This should have been divulged prior to my activating this system not after I see the money taken out of my account. I have been very disappointed at the service and run around I have gotten with this company...very disappointed! I have had to make a phone call at least once or twice a month since we have had the machine and each time I am sent to another department because the person on the line cannot help me. In these switches to other departments, I am cut off the call (having to call back and go through the same run around) or no one knows how to help me. I have asked to speak to supervisors only to be told the supervisor is not available. We are a small company and I wanted this system in hopes of cutting down travel time to get postage, this has cost me more time, frustration, and aggravation of any business I have ever work with. This is not the way to do business and treat customers.I am disappointed in Pitney Bowes, they are not the company they use to be.

Our company sent in a coupon for $60.00 in postage and we never received the postage! I would like to receive that $60.00 either in postage stamps from Pitney Bowes or a check in the amount of $60.00. We will be satisfied with either! The meter was sent back yesterday with 30 cents of postage left on the machine. I sent an email to get clearer instructions on how to remove the postage but never received a reply. Review: While on [redacted].com purchasing business cards I was offered free mailing stamps with my order. Unfortunately I was unaware that the free mailing stamps weren't actually free, they were a inconspicuous malicious way for Pitney Bowes to sell me a mailing machine which I did not ask for. Immediately after receiving the "mailing machine" with a sheet of "free address labels" I attempted to contact pitney bowes in order to reuest a shipping address to send the mailing machine back or cancel it. After dealing with by far the worst customer service I've ever dealt with, I was transferred and bounced around through several sales departments instead of just given a place to send the machine/unopened box to. After being harrassed by a credit collection agency for the past few months I decided to contact Revdex.com where I was given the corporate office phone number. After speaking with an executive at Pitney Bowes she told me I owe Pitney Bowes $380 because I've had the machine for months. Immediately I once again requested a return address and was told by an executive over the phone with the authoritative power, "I can't give you the address its a process you must go through. "Somebody" will call you about this matter today." Neither I nor the helpful Revdex.com rep were able to understand why Pitney Bowes operates so fraudulently and can't resolve this matter on the spot. Its unconstitutional for PB to sell products through the checkout of a completely different business ([redacted]) and not only profit from it but send balances to collect agencies as well.Desired Settlement: As a college student at [redacted] in my 20's I would like Pitney Bowes to take action on this matter today. Response:

I received the email concerning the account. I am still getting calls from the automated service harrasing me that my account is past due. the last bill I received from them only showed the account at $349 and change. I have not seen the bill submitted to you saying the Account was above $1800. I will be satisfied if they show me an account statment showing a zero balance not just an email saying fees have been waived and the harassing phone calls need to stop they are costing me minutes on my cell bill weather I answer them or send them to voice mail. it is distracting to my customers when I receive these calls. I will pull the last bill sent to me and submit it as soon as I get back to my office.

Review: They tricked me into a one year agreement unknowingly & I was not happy with it. I called them & tried to cancel but they wouldn't let, so I just gave in & agreed to pay for the remainder of that year only with the understanding that it should be canceled after that. I recently realized that they continued to charge me for the second year & at a higher rate. When I asked for a refund for the second year they told me they will pull the tapes on the conversation because they don't believe I wanted to cancel at the end of year 1. This will take them 6 - 8 weeks. I am willing to wait, however THEY WON'T LET ME CANCEL my subscription until the tapes are pulled. I am very upset about the extra years charges, plus the fact that they wont pull a tape unless I continue paying them.

RE: Revdex.com # XXXXXXXX

[redacted] 6TH ST

LAKEWOOD, NJ XXXXX

Dear Ms. [redacted]

Pitney Bowes is in receipt of Revdex.com complaint # XXXXXXXX. Pitney Bowes understands the frustration of the customer Ms.[redacted] in regards to the termination of the Pitney Bowes rental account.

On 09/08/2011 Ms. [redacted] called in to terminate her rental agreement with Pitney Bowes. At that time Ms. [redacted] was informed that she was under a commitment until 05/31/2012. Ms. [redacted] at that time understood. Also at that time the agent advised her that to cancel the account she must call in 30 days in advance. Because that did not happen that account continued to bill for several months to the credit card Ms. [redacted] authorized Pitney Bowes to bill to. Unfortunately Ms. [redacted] did not call to cancel nor called Pitney Bowes to remove the credit card.

As a result of what seems like a miscommunication/misunderstanding Pitney Bowes is issuing a credit back to Ms. [redacted]'s credit card (Master Card ending in 7407) in the amount of $239.30 (Credit confirmation# XXXXXXXX). That is 10 payments of $17.95 and 4 payments of $14.95. The credit will appear on the credit card within the next 1-2 billing cycles

Pitney Bowes appreciates all of your information and feedback. This assists us in educating our staff to ensure we provide Excellent Customer Service.

Respectfully yours,
