I signed up to receive an auto shipment of Plexus [redacted] It is explained that you only need to purchase 3 months and then you can "simply" contact the company to have your Auto ship cancelled either by phone or email or by logging into your account. in October, I tried to log into my account and the system was completely changed. I couldn't log in. I sent an email and waited for a response. I never got one. I have since sent at least 7 emails to cancel my auto ship and as of December 3rd have never heard back form them and I received another auto shipment this month. I called them and was on hold for over an hour and no one ever answered.
I feel like this company is a fraud. In order to have my auto ship canceled I am being forced to cancel my credit card and have a new one issued so they do not have access to it.
Beware when using this company.

complaint. Thank you for your patience. Plexus Worldwide has recently under gone a computer systems update. Unfortunately this has caused some delays.
The complainant’s order [redacted] has been shipped UPS overnight with the tracking number, [redacted].
The complainant’s order [redacted] will also be shipped with the USPS tracking number [redacted].
The complainant will be receiving two shipments of the same order. We are not able to stop the regular USPS shipment and commissions correctly pay out. This is the reason our Customer Service agent advised the complainant that we are not offering expediting shipping at this time.   
The complainant’s order [redacted] dated 3/22/2016 has been refunded 20%, $67.15.
Please allow 5-7 business days for these funds to reflect back into the complainant’s bank.
We apologize for the delays and frustration you have been caused.

Worldwide’s return policies can also be viewed at [redacted]. Also please see the attached. Per the Plexus refund policy: Ambassadors may return product for a full refund upon notifying Plexus Customer Service within 5 days of receipt of their product purchase and upon receiving authorization. Product must be returned in resalable condition. A refund for the purchase price will only be made after the product has been returned and verified to be in satisfactory condition. The complainant had placed an order for the Plexus Accelerator+ on 6/16/2016 (Please see attachment.) Unfortunately they did not contact Plexus until 8/11/2016. Since this refund request was outside of the allotted timeframe provided by Plexus Worldwide the complainant's request was denied. Plexus Worldwide takes all product concerns very seriously. The Plexus Quality team was established to document and evaluate all health concerns associated with our products. If the complainant can provide sufficient documentation to substantiation their medical claims Plexus would be happy to reevaluate the refund decision. Until the complainant provides documentation to substantiate their health claims Plexus Worldwide has decided that it is in the best interest of all parties to end our contractual agreement with the complainant.   Please let me know if you need anything further.

reason the Ambassador has not received any product is due to the optionalautomatic shipment being turned off in March, 2014. Turning off the automatic shipment does not however, cancel the accountor stop the annual web hosting fee from being charged. In order to cancel the account and remove the annual fee a completedcancellation form needs to be received by the Ambassador.I have attached another copy of the cancellation form to this response. If the Ambassador could please complete and sign the cancellation form and return it to our Compliance Department fax at [redacted], instead of the number on the form we will beable to process the cancellation of the account more expediently and have a refund processed for the Annual Web Hosting fee.If you should need any further assistance please let me know.Thank you.

Canceling and making adjustments to preferred customers monthly auto shipment orders can be done online at plexus.myvoffice.com by first registering and then logging in to the preferred customer account. The complainant’s order8[redacted] dated 12/16/2015 has been refunded in the amount of $82.81. In addition, the Complainants order from 11/16, [redacted] has also been refunded, in the amount of $79.95. shipment on the complainant’s preferred customer account has been canceled. I believe there may have been further confusion due to the complainant having two accounts with Plexus Worldwide. The complainant created an Ambassador account ([redacted]) 7/5/2015 and also a preferred customer account ([redacted]) on 7/5/2015. The complainant submitted our form to cancel Ambassador Account to our customer service department however the ambassador account does not have any current orders. The complainant’s preferred customer account did have a current auto-shipment and current orders. The complainant’s disputed amount, order [redacted] dated 1/5/201 has been refunded, $139.32.
