I sold a *** Blazer and after recieved it, the buyer opened a case for a return citing there are stains on the blazer not mentioned in the listingI had thoroughly checked the blazer before mailing it out for stains and any damages and did not find anyI have also taken pictures and sent them to poshmark for proofPoshmark ended up approving the buyer's request for returnI will not accept a perfectly good condition blazer back with the stain that the buyer had caused, it is completely unfairI can resend the photos and you can also check the time stamp when those were taken

I am dropping my complaint because I am really sick of fighting a loosing battleBut I do want to respond to the comment about encouraging buyers to ask questionsHow many questions does it take to make a liar tell the truth? I sold an item on 03/12, shipped 03/13, the item was approved by Poshmark conceirge 03/Since then I received update on the product on the appI contacted support and was told the info would be updated in hoursNothing happeneddays ago the buyer told me that she received a tracking number and that the bag was shipped days agoSo far I've received no tracking info, have no idea where the bag is, and of my emails to poshmark have not gotten any replies toThis is highly unprofessional

Poshmark is a business that allows sellers to scam buyers with zero recourse You cannot even leave feedback about a seller if you do not accep the purchase I ordered a bathing suit and received a cheap plastic wallet instead Poshmark refused to issue a refund until I returned the wallet even though I never ordered the wallet Further, I had to return it in business days, or I would not get a refund at all, and the seller would get my money I am still awaiting my refund, and, if I do not get it, I will file a Revdex.com complaint I, however, think people should be warned that Poshmark will not help a buyer who has been scammed by a seller, and that they will not take any action against the seller - in fact, Poshmark enables sellers to continue scamming buyers

While using this app you are told to follow rules and guidelines, I was suspended permanently with no notice after another user threatened and harassed me endlessly and I have screen shots to probe she threatened to steal from meCustomer service is not available for this app except through email and you are not aware if other users are working for the company when they send threatening msgs that delete themselves within an hour on a system that doesn't allow it's users to delete their msgs or commentsThis is fraudulent
