I have purchased two pairs of pants from PoshmarkBoth have had defects, one in color the other was clearly the wrong sizeThey have no contact number to call them so I explained in writing that they were wrong and they replied back all sales are finalThis is not the case because my girl friend uses the site and returns stuff all the time on the appI think this is not only a sexist practice but a really bad way to do business seeing that its a complete gamble that the clothing is correct

I have contacted this company several times regarding this complaintBut unfortunately been ignoredAm unable to login into my poshmark accountI tried several times including changing my passwordsHave not received any notice regarding any account violation, dispute, complaints or problems with my selling account on poshmarkI have 100% customer satisfaction ratingThis is a negative experience, because currently I have a balance in my account, unable to respond to customer's questions in my poshmark selling accountI will like a response from poshmark regarding this problem and why their login system is not allowing me to loginI want the payment balance in my accountIf poshmark decided to disable my selling account...they will need to allow me delete the business profile I created including all my pictures/ imagesThank you

Poshmark is allowing sellers to use there platform to attract buyers, then the sellers steal money from the buyers, example I made a purchase for a handbag under Poshmark to a Sarah Collin, then Sarah backed out of the deal and paypal has paid her and I received my goodsI have tried to reach out to Poshmark, several timesI'M OUT OF $500! this is ridiculous

I purchased a wallet from a seller on Poshmark.com and never received any response or purchaseI discovered seller is inactive and hasn’t been using thier accountI informed Poshmark but nothing was done and nine days passed before I could cancel my orderAfter cancelling order I should if automatically received a refund if back to my balance, but it was never refundedI’ve sent Poshmark support at least six emails regarding this but nothing has been done and it’s been three days

I purchased a pair of shoes listed as size USwhen they arrived the size marked on the shoe was EUthey're claiming that's the same thing based on their conversion chart but there's dozens out there that negate that claim; some even have as equivalent to size bottom line is I know from my experience that fits smaller than 7.5, I would never have taken the risk and wasted time purchasing these shoes if they'd been listed as sonow the company is refusing to honor their own return policy which states that if an item is "not as described" the buyer has three days to make a claim which I did doregardless of what any conversion chart says the boots I purchased are size 37.5, they were not described as such

About women were scammed by a user *** and we all individually reached out to hopefully get her blocked as we looked to see what legal action we could pursueThe women involved all posted warnings as to what was going on as the user blocked us but we could see her still trying to do business with othersMy posting stated only facts, nothing malicious, no profanity - all I wanted to do was help others from being taken advantage ofThe scammer complained and they took ALL of our warnings down! Keep in mind, posh didn't offer any help to usThey have now blocked ME from the app, a good upstanding use who was only trying to help othersHow does that make any sense? (This is all I can fit)

This company is a cesspool of scam artists, and POSHMARK does nothing about itIn fact they take 20% off the top and when any issue arises they always settle with the buyer, which makes no sense! I sold a Louis Vuitton bag and the lady claimed it was a different bag then advertised, but it was the exact same item and could be verified by the date code! Another case of buyers remorse and POSH stood behind the buyer and not their star seller that has been with them for yearsThey allowed another buyer to return a Duffle because she started it was brown, when it's clearly a purple bag! All photos represented that, yet they refunded her moneyAnother lady said the bag she bought was too small and didn't pay attention to dimensions in the listing and again POSHMARK refunded her moneyIt's a big waste of time and energy trying to sell on this site!!! BEWARE AT ALL COSTS!!

going to report them to the Revdex.comSince the shipping labels they provide says day shipping, waiting a week- two week weeks to receive a response from customer service is not sufficient
