I have contacted poshmark by sending messages within hours seeking assistance in redeeming funds from my poshmark account ***” from a recent saleI have not been able to redeem my funds because the verification code that poshmark provided has been sent to my email address which I cant access the messagesSo I have contacted poshmark requesting they send me the verification code via text message and provided them with a copy of my driver’s license and phone number but after several attempts he issue remains unresolved

Was new to PoshmarkPurchased an item from a seller *** *** *** After days, item said pending scan USPSThis lasted for about more daysI contacted her on the 5th day and she says, “I’ve shipped your item sweetie with a fabulous free gift”I noticed on her comments to others that she’s big on the whole- “sweetie, doll, sugar” thing to everyoneShe then goes into this whole- “I have a relative in the hospital” thingI contacted Poshmark after two more days to no availFinally! I contacted PayPal and they got me a refundTurned out, this woman never shipped my item! I did some research and well, noticed that she’d done others like this too AND used the whole- “relative in the hospital” thingUnlike myself, they left her some harsh, but true commentsPoshmark was THE worse buying experience I’ve ever had!

Due to misinformation regarding my purchase of Nike Women's sneakers I tried emailing Poshmark immediately upon receipt of purchase only to be told that the email address I sent it to does not reply to emailsI sent two more emails over the next few days and finally got a response stating that if I wanted to return the purchase it had to be done within days of deliverySomewhat impossible considering it took them 5days to respondI tried calling and couldn't get a responseI was told, via email, that the funds were collected after they received an acknowledgment from me that I had received delivery...I never authorized this!!

This is the 2nd complaint I've made against this company in the last 2-monthsBack in ***, Poshmark cancelled a sale that I had made, not at the request of the buyer or myself, but per their own agendaThey forced said agenda upon my slept and the buyer, and threatened us repeatedly with everything from cancellation of our Poshmark accounts, to federal prosecution for what they believed to be the sale of a counterfeit itemThe item was not counterfeit, but the sale was cancelled and the threats were made just the sameAnyway, the buyer was told to immediately ship the item back to meDuring this time, I was in the process of moving, and the shipping label was not updated with my current address, so it was returned to senderSince this time, I have updated my contact information and I have asked Poshmark to please send the buyer another shipping label probably times if not moreAnd yet here we are, months+ later, and they have yet to send a new label to the buyerPosh

I have a infection of bed bugs in my house and it came from purchasing clothing on poshmarkAnd its gonna cost $*** alone for the bug guy to come out to clean my homeMy dogs have been bit so have I and I already have medical issues and so do both my dogsNot to mention cleaning all the clothing and bedding I have to washAnd im gonna have to stay at a hotel cause the bug guy cant get here till next weekIm freaking out and havent slept in nights cause its in my bedMy couch my hole houseThe bug guy who came in to make sure what it was said they have been here for at least monthsDuring this period I have only purchased clothes from poshmarkI need helpThey also owe me money they have removed from my acctAnd for refundsI dont here from themBeem contacting the for over a month and also threw emails witch I have them allPlease help meI have anxiety attacks and they are horribleAnd I have ocd and add I am a neat freak and im freaking out badI cant afford

Our records show that this user was previously restricted from PoshmarkThe Support team reinstated their account on 2/2/18, after the user told us, " I understand and agree to the user agreement, I will follow all of poshmarks guidelines and rules." At that time the Support team also told the
user that there would be no additional warnings and further violations will result in the permanent suspension of their Poshmark account
Since then, the user has continued to violate our policies by creating listings regarding other Poshmark usersFor this reason, their account is permanently restricted

I purchased a pair of shoes listed as size USwhen they arrived the size marked on the shoe was EUthey're claiming that's the same thing based on their conversion chart but there's dozens out there that negate that claim; some even have as equivalent to size bottom line is I know from my experience that fits smaller than 7.5, I would never have taken the risk and wasted time purchasing these shoes if they'd been listed as sonow the company is refusing to honor their own return policy which states that if an item is "not as described" the buyer has three days to make a claim which I did doregardless of what any conversion chart says the boots I purchased are size 37.5, they were not described as such

I recently purchased a Chanel Jumbo Double Flap in Caviar via Poshmark sold by a boutique sellerIt was described as brand new with tag, no scratches, scuffs or imprintedPoshmark has a free authenticating service so all designer goods will be sent through their headquarters to authenticate and they promise they will handle the bag with careHowever when I received my bag, there are multiple scratches, upfront and back, as well as inside the bagAll the protecting cloth that supposedly came with the bag are put aside, not placed inside and outside the bagIt was authenticated by Poshmark employee named ETUpon receiving them, I immediately contacted seller and she denied the scratchesWe came to an agreement that all these scratches could be made by the authenticator or employee at PoshmarkI soon reached out to Poshmark with evidential photos and after a few days, I was granted a shipping label to return the bag to seller for a full refundNo explanation or apologies was made

Poshmark allows their customers to buy and sell used and new productsI am the seller in this complaintI sold pairs of pants to different people and accidentally sent them to the opposite addressesPoshmark says it will contact me about about the issue with in hours but it has now been weeks! And yesterday they said the case was resolvedNo one has spoken to me!

Product not as describedDamagedPoshmark would not take it back and issue refund in accordance with their own policiesThey do not respond and do not have a phone # to call
