STOP CHARGING PEOPLE BEFORE ITEMS EVEN SHIP! Cant you do an authorization instead!! This is the 2nd time I purchase an item and it's not sent Again had to file a dispute to get my money back and yes I know what Poshmark is gonna sayIn days you can request a refund! But that takes up to 7- days to get funds back as well!! Also nothing happens to the irresponsible sellersThey just keep selling and doing the same to other buyersThey're accountable should be deactivated!

I will never use this company again~ Last year, I was the victim of a scammer who found me on their site She had wanted to purchase my item, and sent me a bogus check for more than the item was worth, with instructions to just cash the check, keep what was owed, and send them the rest Check was bogus, and no transaction was made~ The straw that broke the camels back for me, was their removal of a designer bag posted by me, from their website, even though all proof of authenticity was submitted Obviously, their people wouldn't know a designer bag if it bit them in the ***! They wanted more pictures of said bag, with the receipt from purchase, before they would reinstate my posting Really? A receipt from years ago? This web-site is a joke~ Consumer beware!

Hi, I have used Poshmark for a few years now and I am by no means a heavy userI have had orders now be COMPLETELY inaccurate sizes (as in I ordered a size and it turns out to be more like a size 1) and when I try to send the item back the company responds that the size was not misrepresented in the listingI think what is happening is people are purchasing clothes in China for cheap (where people are much smaller) and then selling them as American sizes for profitCustomer service is terrible, they don't listen to you at all, and just give you some run around how "oh, we know how frustrating it is when something doesn't fit." Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: the Jacket was displayed with clear pictures The jacket was first sent to a posh mark concierge who approved it And then sent to the buyer So if there was an issue to start concierge should have not approved andvsent off to buyer They had possession of my jacket for weeks Also jacket was returned smelling terrible and the credit is useless I can not use this to pay the cleaner .

I am so baffled and concerned with the way I have been treated by PoshmarkI have sent them emails since September requesting my seller earnings and I have not heard back from them nor received ONE SINGLE EMAIL! NOT ONE!!! Poshmark’s customer service is unacceptableI received a double order and over the course of a week before the seller shipped anything, I contacted Poshmark times and received no responseThe seller misled me by offering me a discount right after I ordered an item; I accepted it, unaware it was actually an offer for a separate but identical itemSo I ended up with two of the same itemThere was no way for me to contact the seller, and all my attempts to contact Poshmark about it were ignored, until the day after the seller shipped the double orderPoshmark sent me a scripted reply that basically amounted to a huge “we got our cut, screw you”Their business model is predatoryThey don’t care about the customer as long as they get their piece of the salesThey expect customers to cancel an order within hours but take a week or more to respond to complaintsI didn’t cancel the double order within hours because I didn’t realize it was a double orderPoshmark finally offered

Based on the tags and labels on the item, we are not able to confirm the item is from the *** *** era as the labels do not mention or describe thisFor this reason, we have approved the return and consider this case resolved

In addition, order no *** has been denied a return as the item fit can differ per individual and we have no reason or proof to believe the item
is faulty

I sold an item on their site which beside a heat stamp inside was in impeccable conditionAfter the buyer had buyers remorse she got the wallet and submitted a claim of additional damages to the walletPoshmark granted her unsubstantiated claim and returned the wallet to meOnce I received the wallet I found that not only had the buyer made those damages that she requested her refund for but she also stole the original box and dust back that was sent with the walletI am unable to get Poshmark to answer sufficiently to my emailsDue to the fact they took the buyers word over mine and didn't look at the case as a whole by studying the pics listed and the one the buyer sent as well as the messages she sent after purchasing which showed she had buyers remorse instead of a problem so the damage that she picturesd was intentionally done by the buyer

I have been using this app for a couple of years now and there are some great things about it but I think what really brings this app down more than other buying and selling apps is the shipping fee buyers have to pay and the commission fee sellers payThey take 20% from all sales and they claim its for shipping insurance and credit card fees but they have buyers pay for shipping and priority mail already includes insurance up to $and mostly everything I sell is below $I just dont think they should take that much out of it if they dont need to and I believe they dontI have contacted them several times about the commission fee but they always give me the same old answer which I still dont believe they need 20% from all salesThese people take money there are so many other apps you can sell on and I do poshmark basically just makes me extra cash I use a different app to make my main income, I sell jewelry online full timeI like Poshmark but the comission fee really does not go well with me and changes my view about the app and the people behind it .They need to lower the fee I mean they already have customers pay the almost $shipping fee! This app really can improve and be better but they refuse to lower the commission fee so therefore my review will always be one star for this money hungry company

I ordered a purse from Gabysbags through Poshmark on 9/After the purchase was made I realized that the wrong mailing address was listedI attempted to edit the address but was unable to do so through the Poshmark appI also contacted the vender to have the address changed but they too were unable to change the addressI also contacted USPS but they would not change the address in time for the package to be delivered to the correct addressI emailed Poshmark on 9/only to get a response on 9/19, after the package was delivered to the wrong addressI explained what happened and was informed to contact them on 9/I contacted them on 9/and have not received any response
