I ordered a specific shoe the *** ***, they showed a correct Picture on their website so I placed the orderThey did not send the right shoesI have sent them pictures showing I received the wrong shoe but they are denying mt request to return for creditI will not wear the shoes they sent me the are uglyI can't afford to send them money for nothing

I had some listings for sale On the Poshmark websiteSomeone purchased items from me and poshmark sent me a confirmation page telling me to pack my items and print a shipping label, and shipI waited hours to ship the items because under the guidelines it states that the buyer has hours to cancel if the purchase was made by mistake or they change there mindI went and dropped off my package at the local post officeA couple hours later I received an email from Poshmark "Thanking me for shipping my items, also states clearly, In order to provide the best customer service, Poshmark expects our sellers to ship their sales within days"Also in the email I received a tracking number so I could make sure my package went to the correct placehours later I got an email from poshmark saying DO NOT SHIP and that Poshmark has canceled the order because the person has failed to prove there shipping address/Identity and they immediately withdrew the funds from my accountAlso

I spent $for a used jacketSeemed expensive but I was willing to try service
The jacket was too small and would not even zip up but they said I could not return for size or exchange
I have never had a company refuse a return for size
Very poor policyI will NEVER order from them againI just wasted $bucks I would not recommend them to anyone

While this case is resolvedI do not agree with the policyThe customer service rep who helped me was disrespectful and unprofessionalIn addition, policy is very vague and does not express that the item I sold is not supportedBut it does expressly state that the brand IS supportedSo treating me like I'm into ally violating a policy and acting like you are doing me a favor, when I've given you thousands of dollars in earnings is unprofessional and unacceptableI hope to be treated better in the future

I order the shoes on 05.12.***In the details it did not state that these are suede materialI sent a request for a refundI sent a 2nd request and was told that they did not and would not give me a refund

I would give zero reviews if I could DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! They do not respond to repeated emails, that by the way, they have you respond through their site so you do not have a copy, and there is NO WAY to speak with a customer service person

I have attempted to purchase different items on this site over the course of months of the items were never shipped by the Sellers The 4th item was shipped, not as described and included a note from the Seller acknowledging that the item was stained and including a packet of cell phone stickers No one buying an item thinks cell phone stickers make up for stains Sellers aren't rated, so you don't know if the person you're buying from will ship their items or whether the Seller is responsible with their descriptions I'll stick with e-Bay

Mercari- I don't have any positive things to say about this appI've been on this and I think it's beyond sketchy (granted I wasn't on this for very long), but I can truly say I wouldn't rec commend it to anyone thoNow, on the other hand Poshmark is a GREAT app, and I would truly recommend it to everyoneI sell my stuff on that app all the time, and never had a bad encounter ( Like I said just from my personal experience)I hope this helps!

This is a website where I buy and sell goodsThere have been a couple of occasions where I have sold things to people who then decide to complain that there are issues with an item that we’re not there in order to return the item to meI will receive my item in return in worse condition than I sent it, in one case, completely brokenThey have no system to weed out people who abuse the system and always side with the buyer, no matter what the circumstancesIssues with people stealing or destroying items happens all the time and the protection services that are promised by the website are non-existentMy last shipment was a pair of sunglasses that had been packaged perfectly, the buyer decided they did not like them, popped the lens out, and are now returned to meI have no item now to sell and I have no compensation for the broken itemThe photos clearly show the bubble wrap still in the package and the photos from before I shipped them show a perfect pair of sunglasses

I ordered a ring and when received it was not as shown in the posting It has a "flare" to one side of the ring and is not straight like the photo in the seller's listing I immediately contacted *** and advised this situation, providing a photo They replied asked for another photo, to which I responded with a zoomed out version of the same with the seller's listing photo side-by-side to compare making it was easy to see the problem I even highlighted the area that was the issue *** refused the return of the ring despite my showing the defect in the product because I did not provide a "new" photo and used the same from my original email notifying them of an issue I would be happy to send or attached that email/photos to verify that I provided clear photos of the problem
