I received an item from a seller on Poshmark but when it arrived it had two stains on the front area that I was not aware of from the item listingI asked for a return and was granted a return by PoshmarkA company is supposed to send a return shipping label when it is not the buyers fault for a listing not being as described and that isn't what I receivedI wrote Poshmark Customer Service on three separate occasions asking for a return shipping label and never received oneI don't understand why they would not send me a shipping label for this item after I was granted a return by the companyI will be pursuing legal action for this injustice no matter how small the matter is this company does not act in the best interests of its buyers

On the surface, Poshmark seems to be too good to be true!
However, under the surface, Postmark, is a very confusing and misleading storeSizing is a big issue and not explained in their listingsA specific size that you wear is not the same size from one listing to anotherIt’s almost as if the sellers are using Asian, European, and American sizing's And “BEWARE” ALL SALES ARE FINAL! You can return items under certain conditionsIf it doesn’t fit you are stuck with itIf you do not like the quality as most are inferior you’re stuck with itIf an item is defective and can be photographed there is a good possibility that you may be able to return it, however, when they receive your email, they will open up a case and it will go under review! On October 15, I ordered shirts from Poshmark, Order# ***The shirts are listed as men's size XXLI received the shirts and they are grossly mislabeled (size is men's Small to Medium) and they have been previously worn, not washed and smellI contacted Poshmark and they requested photos of shirts to which I sent themPoshmark then requested I send them photos a 2nd time in order to PROVE the shirts are dirty and smelly?! Poshmark is allowing sellers to use there platform to attract buyers, then the sellers steal money from the buyers, example I made a purchase for a handbag under Poshmark to a Sarah Collin, then Sarah backed out of the deal and paypal has paid her and I received my goodsI have tried to reach out to Poshmark, several timesI'M OUT OF $500! this is ridiculous
