On *** I received an email from poshmark that they have received my request to deposit my earnings of $** into my bank accountI reported this to poshmark as I did not request this transactionPoshmark supposedly locked my account and prompted me to change my password, which I didI sent an email that same date explaining I did not request thisI sent another email Thursday afternoonFriday I looked up a phone number and tried to contact someone by phone since I did not receive a response to what is a somewhat urgent matterI still have yet to hear from customer service and the money is not back in my accountCustomer service is extremely hard to reach and I feel my concerns about losing money in a poshmark error are not being taken seriously

I made a pruchase order # ***The seller ship the the item but it was damaged during shippmentI agreed to purchase the shoes at a dicounted price from the seller I contacted posh and expplainned that both me an the seller agree that I should get partrial refund and the rest of the money should be released to the seller and I will keep the shoesNow posh is making me shipp back the shoes and would not issue me a partial refundi send them multiple email explaining that there is no point of me shipping back the shoes if I want to keep them and all I want is a partail refundDespite everythhing they send me a shipping label without even tring to rectify the situationIf I shipp them back and purchase them again I have to pay for shipping

I like everything about PoshmarkThere are so many great finds!!
BUT- You have to watch out for Inactive sellersYou find something that you loveYou either decide to jump on it and get it before it's gone, or you idly let it rest in the back of your mind waiting and then you decide you just have to have itEither way you're eager to buy it and then after a week or it still hasn't shipped? They need to come up with some system regarding thisLike putting inactive sellers on "hold" or in limbo while they are inactive so buyers can clearly see that there are inactive, or can't see these items at all unless priorly savedYou can cancel your order at this point, but you still don't get that darn item that you really wanted and probably already came up with outfits it would work with!
And - The shipping is so darn expensiveThere's nothing like finding a "steal" only to be hit with in shippingYIKES! And it's not like theres any way to dodge that! PRZE ITEM since they are all different sellersSo this is why my page is filled with items that I love that I just can't crack down and spend for each item in just shippingI know shipping can be expensiveBut thats quite a bit seeing that each item is usually a pretty light shirt or the equivalentThere has GOT to be ANOTHER WAY!

I sold a luxury purse online through poshmark, on November 21,the purse was approved to be returned back to me due to buyer not happy with purchaseThe buyer has days to return the bought merchandise to the seller and if it isn't returned according to poshmark rules the poshmark automatically deposits the money into your accountI have yet too receive my product or money deposited into my account it has been well over daysI reached out to poshmark via email several timesFinally, I received an email only to be told that they are reaching back out to the buyer again to have her shipPoshmark is allowing this purchaser to keep my merchandise buy not enforcing their on policy!

I've been using Poshmark as a seller for about years and never had any problemsThat is until my last couple of times selling itemsOnce in a while you will have honest/reliable buyers but lately ive been running into buyers who are huge liers! one buyer bought a pair of boots from me and in the item description it specified that the boots were UK sz which is USA size The buyer gave me a bad rating because according to her the size was wrong and I never replied to any of her messages in which she NEVER sent any messages to me! Of course Poshmark did nothing but gave me $dollars store credit in which I did not want because I don't usually buy anything from them2nd incident was recentSo one of my shirts was sold to someone and when she got it, she filed a claim saying that it was ripped and that it was the wrong size!! she also had pictures of her wearing the ripped shirt in which you can clearly see that she was the one who ripped the shirt because the threads was stretching! And about the size, I actually took a screenshot of my receipt from where I brought the shirt from and size sent it in as proof to poshmark and even told them the shirt was not ripped before it was sent! My husband even saw the shirt before and did not see any ripsIt was obvious that the buyer was too big for the shirt!! And of course Posh mark sides with the buyerSo now i'm just waiting to receive my shirt so I can delete my account with them.! I wouldn't recommend this website to my worst enemy!!
