I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me... IF THE COMPANY FOLLOWS THROUGH.  I have received five automated calls from the company since filing the complaint, with the latest call occurring yesterday afternoon.  Therefore, I am not yet confident that the issue is resolved.  However, I do find the PROPOSED solution satisfactory.Regards,

I am rejecting this response because:
This will take way too long! I want it removed immediately! I will still send in a signed letter as you requested but I can't believe I have to go through all of this because of your deception. Who knows how long this process is going to take but it's already been 2 weeks and counting to get an inquiry removed. Not happy with PowerHRG at all! Great products but terrible management!

Dear [redacted],

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback.  I'm sorry to hear that our previous interactions were less than desirable.   I apologize for the damage caused to your
blinds.  I do have confirmation that the
gift card was issued as promised on June 29, 2015.  If we are unable to locate the gift card, we
will put a hold on the card and have it cancelled.  In turn, I will authorize a check to be
mailed to your home.

Again, I apologize for the unfortunate circumstances and
hope that you will seek us out in the future for your home improvement needs.

Dear [redacted]. [redacted],

I understand your frustrations with our company, and for that I
apologize.  I was simply trying to reach
out to you on a personal level in an attempt to communicate more effectively.  Your refusal to continue our phone conversation
and request to communicate through email prolongs the eventual resolution.

As previously stated, you need to contact the lender directly.  We cannot close the line of credit on your
behalf.  You may need to provide the
account number, which I will send to you in a separate email, as this
information is confidential.

Have you
received the previously emailed documents?
If you do not receive today’s email, please contact me directly via the
information noted below.

Dear [redacted]:
Thank you for taking the
time to write about your experience.  We
apologize for the inconvenience and give assurance that it will not happen
again.
I apologize that our Remodeling Consultants came off as overly
aggressive or pushy.  They attempt to put
themselves in the best position to earn your future business by ensuring that
have done everything in their power to educate you on the industry, the
products, our company, and the investment that is involved.  Without speaking to everyone at length, we
have no opportunity to do that and only invite the chance of miscommunication
or the need to visit each home multiple times.
Again, I sincerely
apologize for our previous interactions.
Hopefully this will help to absolve our company of any wrongdoing.
If there is anything else I can do to assist, please contact me directly.

Dear [redacted]:
Thank you for taking the time to write about
your experience with our company.  We
apologize for the inconvenience and give assurance that you will not hear from
our company again.
Power HRG does not teach or promote unethical
business practices.  We appreciate your
feedback and will take it into careful consideration.  In instances where people give us their
contact information, we touch base with them periodically to see if they would be
interested in our services.  This is the
first time that I am learning about your dissatisfaction and will take steps to
rectify the situation.  We systematically take 3 steps when this issue
arises: “flag” the record within our database to prevent it from being called
by anyone in the company, remove the number from the predictive dialer, and
post the number to our own internal DNC list which prevents it from ever
loading into the dialer system again.
Again, I sincerely apologize for our previous
interactions.  Hopefully this will help
to absolve our company of any wrongdoing.  If there is anything else I can
do to assist, please contact me directly.

Dear [redacted],

Thank you
for taking the time to write about your experience.  We always welcome valuable input and feedback
from homeowners like you.  I apologize if
our interactions caused you and your family any undue stress or aggravation.  I have reviewed your complaint and personally
looked into the matter.

Among the
things that we require to provide an estimate are that all the homeowners,
decision makers, and involved parties are present to get the information.  It is not to force a sale, like the case may
seem.  We do that to put ourselves in the
best position to earn your future business by ensuring that we’ve done
everything in our power to educate you on the industry, the products, our
company, and the investment that is involved.
Without speaking to everyone, we have no opportunity to do that and only
invite the chance of miscommunication or the need to visit each home multiple
times.  We’ve been in business for over
20 years, and have found that our customers, and potential customers, are
happiest in the end when they’ve received all the information they need before
getting involved with a home improvement project.  Because of that, it has become one of our
most important policies.

This is the
first time I am learning about your dissatisfaction and I will take the steps necessary
to rectify the situation.  We will systematically address this issue as
follows; flag your records in our database to prevent future calls from anyone
in the company and add your property to our Do Not Knock (DNK) list to prevent
future marketing efforts in your neighborhood.

We apologize
for the inconvenience and give assurance that we will do our best to make sure you
will not hear from us again.  Hopefully
this will help to absolve our company of any wrongdoing.  If there is
anything else I can do to assist, please contact me directly via the

Dear Mrs. [redacted],I have reviewed your complaint and looked into the matter.  I apologize for the continued issues with your entry door.  As you know, we are scheduled to replace the insulated glass unit on January, 11, 2017.  We will give you a call in advance to confirm.  If...

anything changes on your end between now and then, please don’t hesitate to contact us.  Respectfully, Eamon L[redacted]Warranty Service DirectorPower Home Remodeling O: ###-###-####PowerHRG.com  Tell us why here...

Power's representative signed a contract with me on 5/6/15 to replace the soffits and capping on my property for a total of $3082.60. I gave them a deposit of $1550.00. They also gave me a price of $12,813.20 to replace the asbestos siding price good for 3 yrs. they sent another guy out on 5/6/15 to confirm the measurements. The first guy was off by 2" all the way around the property which increased the bill by $2600! I told him I would not agree to that. The first rep came back today and after apologizing and speaking with his boss informed me the increase had to happen. This is the worst case of bait and switch I have ever seen. Told him to cancel and refund my money.

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response for several reasons:
First and foremost, I understand the link I sent you has been disabled. The link was disabled by me in hopes that the harrassing phone calls and text messages would end. Unfortunately, this did not occur. This link I referred to in my initial Revdex.com complain was the first ad I found with my phone number displayed. Since then I have found several different ads displaying my phone number.
Please note than I have continued to be harassed by numerous phone calls and text messages.
This headache begin Feb 27th, just two days after my unpleasant phone call with your sales representative. The mere mention that not all household members would be present during the appointment was all it took for this sales person to grow hostile with me. After a few minutes of becoming his punching bag I felt I had no other choice than to hang up. Your sales rep is very unprofessional. Then he called back 30 minutes later (I did not answer). Also, because my son-in-law spoke to this sale's rep and provided him with my number, my son in law also became victim to a brief episode of harassment as well. This sales rep called my son in law 15 times!!!!! This kind of behavior is unacceptable.
I am more than certain this problem with [redacted], and perhaps other websites, where my number was on display with a photo of a nearly nude women offering her service was caused by your sales person.
I do not appreciate that my complaint is not being acknowledge. It is clear that your company is blowing me off in hopes that I will just give up trying to get the justice I know I deserve.
As mentioned above I have found other ads with my number. Here are some of the links that have sent showed up on [redacted] with my phone number. Please note, some of the pictures must be clicked on to see my number.
1. [redacted]
2. [redacted]
3. [redacted]4. [redacted]
And in case these links become disabled see attached for evidence. I have the text messages in my phone too that I will provide too if needed, but I feel the links and photos of the links should be sufficient.
Regards,

Dear [redacted],
I
apologize for the unpleasant experience you and your mother had with the Remodeling
Consultant on 2/18/15.  It is not to
force a sale, like the case may seem.  We
put ourselves in the best position to earn your future business by ensuring
that we’ve done everything in our power to educate you on the industry, the
products, our company, and the investment that is involved.  Without thoroughly speaking to everyone, we
only invite the chance of miscommunication or the need to visit each home
multiple times.  We’ve been in business
for over 20 years, and have found that our customers, and potential customers,
are happiest in the end when they’ve received all the information they need
before getting involved with a home improvement project.
While the estimate we quoted for you
may be out of your mother’s price range, I can assure you that the difference
in product quality and installation will be just as wide as the differences in
price that you may find elsewhere.  In
this industry - you get what you pay for. Unfortunately, many contractors will
cut corners in order to keep costs down.
We don't - with Power, not only are you paying for an entire roofing
system, but a lifetime warranty that is transferable to the next
homeowner.  We're also painstakingly
precise when it comes to our installation techniques.
We would be happy to provide our
services to you and your mother upon request.
Otherwise, please kindly send me your mother’s contact information and I
will ensure she is not contacted in the future.
Respectfully,
