Precision Air & Heating was fast and efficient from start to finish. From the moment Claude, the field rep came out to address our issue, to the installation of a new a/c unit by tech's Marco and Tony, the entire process was professional and efficient.

Great service, quick response. Manny was great, had our AC back in minutes. Thanks precision and Manny!

I was having a little problem with my thermostat that Precision Air & Heating installed. A serviceman came out and I couldn't make him understand why I thought my thermostat wasn't working properly. Even as this serviceman was trying to be nice, he irritated me to the point where I asked him to leave. I called the office, talked to the CEO and he scheduled another serviceman (Mike S[redacted]) to come to my home to replace my thermostat. Mike came out; was very nice and he replaced my new thermostat and explained the whole thing to me. I asked questions and he was very patient. He was very pleasant and I was very happy with him. We had a good time with him and I would love to have him come back to do my maintenance when needed.

I had both my Air Conditioning/Heater and Hot Water Heater break down in the same week. I eventually chose the company Precision Air & Heating,Inc. I had a great experience with the the technicians Aaron, Eric and Guy. They did a professional job and made sure I felt comfortable with the process and the results. I would recommend the company located at the Chandler location.

Nick and Mike came out check on my unit which was originally purchased from Precision. Nick noticed several things that have not been mentioned to me in the past. I thought he's input was every good and I'll be talking with my husband tonight over all this.

I am a long time user of the services of Precision and find that they never offer anything less than a direct professional approach to their mission. Manny did a quick, but thorough examination of the system and show me his findings and offered clearly the status of my system and the best options for me to consider. Questions are answered as to the scope of aging of the system and possible solutions that he could do on site.

Manny was prompt in his arrival and was able to effectively communicate to me the current state of my unit as well as the services available to help.

Manny was great! He greeted me with a hand shake and was very friendly from the start. He was very perfessional and went over everything with me in detail and considering I know nothing about AC units the pictures were very helpful and nice! He even went over everything with my husband over the phone. I wish all my service providers were as friendly and made me feel as comfortable as Manny! Thanks

Precision is one of the best companies I have worked with. They always do a great job and are very professional (and reasonably priced). I used them for a plumbing job this time, and it was just as good as their AC services.

Have used Precision Air & Heating services for many years. Armando was the most recent representative to come to my home. He was very professional and courteous. He explained each step as he progressed and always asked if I had any questions regarding the service.
Extended my service contract without reservation as their reliability provides peace of mind to this home owner.

The manager was extremely rude and there is a lack of communication within the company. I was asked to cancel and reschedule my appointment twice. The second time I was asked to reschedule, another employee called me on the other line while I was already speaking to the manager stating the tech was in route in my area and to call her back while the manager is telling me he's got two other emergencies he needs to take care of and they can't come out to my house. So which is it; you can or you can't provide services? The manager said my call wasn't an emergency, so they had to send the techs elsewhere (without a true diagnosis of my clunking pipes and lack of water, I find it unprofessional to write my plumbing problem off as unimportant by demanding that I reschedule).

It was inconvenient for me since I had to take the day off and it was my only day off. Furthermore, the manager tried to pass the company off as Parker and Sons or an affiliate of Parker and Sons. When I said I thought I called Parker and Sons, not Precision Air & Heating, he danced around my inquiry by saying he was the one who answered the phone when I called to schedule the appointment, but wouldn't admit that the company is neither Parker and Sons nor an affiliate. When I initially called to set-up the appointment, I asked if this was Parker and Sons and he simply replied, "how can I help you" without admitting, "no, this is Precision Air." I find this to be a deceitful business practice and I would not recommend their services to anyone because of it. Honesty should be first and then customer service. When I told the manager to ask someone else to cancel, I need to get my plumbing service taken care of, he became argumentative, speaking over me to tell me how unimportant my plumbing problem is when he has two emergencies, instead of offering a solution such as, "let me see what I can do." This is bad business. I'm taking my business elsewhere and I will never use or recommend Precision Air.

Technition Manny provided great detailed service information and service repair.

Precision Air & Heating does a thorough job of keeping our air conditioning & heating units in good shape on a routine annual basis. If needed, they always come out for any emergency. The current technician, Eddie P., did an excellent job, arrived when scheduled, and was very pleasant and helpful.

[redacted] was excellent! Diagnosed and fixed the problem within minutes... a problem that two other companies couldn't seem to figure out. Best service I have ever had! Would recommend to anyone and everyone!
