Manny was informative and helpful. Explained things well.
I received outstanding service today from Mike S[redacted]. He was very helpful and took his time to check everything throughly. He was able to clean my AC coils out as they were very dirty and now they look excellent. Mike did a great job and hope to have him back again!
Manny was very punctual polite and very informative .would definitely recommend this company to anyone with HVAC needs
Manny visited our home today March 31 2016 . He was very polite, respectful ,knowledgeable and courteous. Also explained everything in vivid detail.gave us options whether replacement or repairing also scheduled field supervisor to come and break down our repair costs thanks again to precision air and Manny thanks for everything
Great experience working with the company for the past two years. Very up front with the issues with my four older a/c units and provided options for replacing all of them but also means of keeping them running longer. Manny was the technician that serviced the units today and did an excellent job.
I got my Ac through [redacted]. After researching I went with Precision Air as my contractor to install. They are highly rated for good reason. My Ac was installed two days later. Everyone involved had great communication and we're super nice. They did an excellent job with the install. They ended up spending a big chunk of the day at my house which really made me feel like nothing was being rushed. It is a mine field in the world of contractors. I really felt like I hit a home run choosing Precision.
Manny done a exellent job. He explain everything so we understand it. We would like him to come back if we have any problems.
Manny with Precision Air and Heating came out today for a maintenance check. What we didn't realize is that this has never been done and some work was needed. Manny was professional and gave us detailed information and worked with us financially to be able to get us back up to where we needed to be. So far so good and should we should continue to see a difference in our unit.
I am pleased with the service I received from Jacob from Precision Air & Heating regarding a problem with our A/C. He was polite and friendly and happy to answer any questions. [redacted]
Chris H[redacted] provided my annual tune up and in the process ensured I knew what might be issues in the future. He cleaned out huge spider nests as well as rat nests within the units. He was on time, professional and very knowledgeable. A great resource for sure. case [redacted]
The whole process from initial call to completion of job was incredibly fast and the technician sent to do the job was very professional, knowledgable and efficient. It was completed with 5 hours of my initial call for service. I don't recall ever having such fast service!!
I requested my condensation drain line be unplugged. Called Monday, received next day service. Quoted a technician arrival time between 0700 and 1400. Technician arrived @ 0915. Technician Jacob was professional and respectful. He explained the process and showed me the results. Invoice #317532.
My overall experience was positive and I'm satisfied with Precision's service.

RE: Complaint ID #[redacted]To Whom It May Concern:Precision Air & Heating, Inc. respectfully rebuttals to the response filed for the above complaint ID for Mr. [redacted].Mr. [redacted] is correct that the invoice from September 2010 was omitted below. Although it is part of his service history, it is not deemed to be pertinent to the claim that our Company plagued the system. We have included a copy of the invoice for you. In fact, this invoice stands to be pertinent in the fact that Mr. [redacted] declined high recommendations by our Company. It is correct that this invoice states the condenser coil fan was leaking oil, the pan was dirty and the ductwork was dirty. We highly recommended-bclea n-the-condenser-coi1- fan,- ecommended-flushing-the- drain-line- and-a-start-kit-as -an-accessoryto-the -- -- -- --compressor. Mr. [redacted] declined all of the services for repair with the exception of the start kit. It still stands true that his unit continued to work (as we stated in our original complaint) for 3 years after installation with no failures.Additionally, the fact that Mr. Fellow's mentions brazing had to be done on his air handler is not a secret. This service was performed to Mr. [redacted] at no cost on 6/13/2013. Please note that when brazing, variables should also be considered and include (but are not limited to) atmosphere quality, type of atmosphere, temperature differential and joint clearance. A braze failing does not mean that a Contractor set up to plague the system. There is no shelf-life or rule of thumb as to how long brazing is guaranteed and these variables, either solely or in combination should be taken into consideration. Overall, our company found the braze issue and corrected it immediately at no cost to Mr. [redacted]. Our invoice [redacted] is attached. While we consider Mr. [redacted] having another Contractor access his theory, we cannot consider Mr. [redacted] statements on their assessments as credible. For a contractor to deem Precision's install as poor after 8 years (in addition to other negated items) is unimpressive. Mr. Fellow's now new assertion of water damage to his ceiling is also just as unimpressive. One would think that would be a major issue in his initial complaint. To date, this is also something that Mr. [redacted] never contacted our Company on as well. Mr. [redacted] has every right on judgment of me but only this once will I pass by his assertion that I am unprofessional and hide from my customers. His defamation of my character because he was not able to speak with me personally is unenlightening. Being a well-known entrepreneur, investor and owner of over a handful of Corporations, surely Mr. [redacted] is aware of what's called "corporate structure". Corporate structure is put in place for a reason. One would simply not call Microsoft and expect to speak with the Founder and/or President. Mr. [redacted] was sent through the proper corporate structure of Precision and directed to the top of the chain, our General Manager, who is more than qualified to handle his complaint.Precision stands firm with our initial response related to the desired settlement by Mr. [redacted]. We do not agree with the desired settlement desired by Mr. [redacted]. Precision has offered to repair his unit and he has already declined our services to pursue repair and chosen another contractor.Precision requests you close this complaint in our favor at this time.Sincerely,Erik J. manny was professional and thorough.
The technician Mark was professional, friendly, and informative.
Chris arrived early - I had called at 6 pm the night before & was told they would send a technician between 5 & 9 pm last night. I have 2 units & the one for the bedrooms quit. My 2nd unit just wasn't able to keep up with entire house, especially with the temps we've had. It didn't takeChris long to find & fix the problem. He was knowledgeable, friendly & explained the problem in layman's terms.
Many was so polite and I really loved the fact that he didn't pressure me to do extra things to the A/C system. He mentioned the duct cleaning but I told him SRP was going to do it for me. Unlike the last guy is that Precision sent, Manny didn't pressure me to use you instead of SRP. Manny is an asset to your company. Very professional.
On the evening of May 14th I noticed my house getting hotter by the minute. My a/c unit was only blowing out hot air. Not knowing who to call my friend and I scoured internet searches for "24 Hour Emergency AC service". Of the 5 or 6 places I called few returned my call and all of them said they were booked up solid for at least 2 days. Then I called "Precision Air". A gentleman named "Mike" said he could be at my house within the hour. The part needed to be ordered but a second technician also named "Mike" came by Sunday morning to see what kind of unit I had and how old it was for a possible upgrade. That idea unfortunately did not work out but early the next day the other "Mike" was back with the parts to fix my old a/c unit.. He reduced the emergency hour cost because he couldn't fix my a/c that Saturday night My a/c unit is running great now! I would highly recommend Precision Air and Heating if you have an emergency or are seeking an upgrade. Sincerely,
Michael
Manny was professional and personable and patient. He explained what he found and even showed a video of his findings, which is much better than me getting on the roof.
