Manny was a doll and a pleasure to work with he explained everything in vivid detail. Also explained that maintenance is the key to a reliable unit thanks for spending the time to insure we understood our situation manny your the best
I had a great customer experience. Mike S[redacted] came to the house and was very polite and knowledgable. He resolved my issue with a smile. I have always had a very pleasant experience with Precision Air and Heating and would recommend them highly.
Manny was very clear when explains the advantage of installing the active tex equipment. He completed the job fast and efficientlyhe was also very courteous and polite and also the job was done in a timely and well fashion
We had our 2 new air/heating system put in by Precision Air. One of the boards went out and they were able to come out and diagnosis the problem one day, order the part and install it the next day--at no charge!! Jonathan B replaced the part quickly and was able to answer all our questions. We were extremely satisfied with Jonathan and Precision Air and Heating!!
It has been almost a year since Precision installed our new AC Unit. Like clockwork they called to set up a time to do our annual check up. How refreshing to have a company that lives up to what they say they would do. The technician was courteous and professional and took care of everything. Thank you Precision for living up to your word.
mr. manny Was here for service today. he explained in details and easy to understand for me. He did good job done.
I would just like to say that we had you guys out on Friday the 16th – and it was a very positive experience. Thursday night our air wouldn’t turn and after trying the basics (checking the breaker box, checking the fuses at the unit outside, making sure the thermostat was programmed correctly, etc.) we decided to have you guys back out as we purchased our unit from you a few years ago. The technician that was sent out was Jacob. He was very professional, courteous, made us feel right at home. The issue was our condensation line was blocked up (at the air blower in the attic). Instead of just charging us for that, Jacob helped us to save some money and in turn did a complete service on our entire unit. He even showed us how to perform some preventative maintenance so that this sort of thing doesn’t happen in the future. Overall – it was a great experience and we didn’t have to pay anything close to what we were afraid we were going to have to pay – I would certainly recommend Precision Air & Heating to anyone! Great job, guys!!
I have been with Precision Air and Heating for several years and have always been very pleased with the quality of service and the technicians with whom I have worked. Recently I had Daniel at the house to get information on water treatment systems. He was very helpful and as always, was very pleasant. Great people skills!!! A day or two later, Aaron was here to discuss air purification systems. He too, was just wonderful to work with and suggested a system that met our needs. Both Aaron and Daniel are very knowledgeable and a pleasure to have in our home. They do not pressure one to buy anything, just give great suggestions. I highly recommend Precision Air and Heating to anyone who wants a great experience.
Aaron was very helpful and found a solution to a leaking air condition that other companies had just been band aiding for years.
We had an air conditioner failure. Chris #318018 from Precision Air came and repaired our air conditioner. Chris was a very knowledgeable and professional individual. As a result of his work, we signed up for a four year maintenance plan with Precision Air. [redacted]
called precision air and heating on labor day and they came within an hour. Jacob the tech came ready to help and pretty much explained showed and fixed the problem. The other company could not figure out what the problem was in two trips and wanted to charge me extra do a in depth inspection.
We had them come out to do the annual inspection and the tech said something needed to be replaced for a labor fee. We went ahead and did that. A month later our AC stopped working on the weekend. The new part was bad. They were not able to come back out until 6pm Monday. We were thankful that Aaron A. was fast courteous and did not charge us for the service. (And that we had somewhere to stay until it was fixed because it was in the teens those days)
First of all I would like to say; I have used Precision Air and Heating for the last 2 years and our experience has been Outstanding!! This company has the BEST customer service I have ever dealt with. I have used many companies in the valley, but none of them can stand up to Precision's customer service support. People that truly CARE!!!!!! On July 24, 2015 Precision sent out a Plumber Daniel M. who performed our repair and did an Outstanding Job!! Daniel was very professional and knew what he had to do to complete the job in a timely manner. Great Job Daniel!!! Thank you and keep up that positive attitude.
The homeowner called Precision Air & Heating. At the time of this phone call the homeowner states the AC system was cooling to 79 degrees and holding temperature. The homeowner divulged they underwent a recent room addition to the West side of the home and now feels the East side is not receiving enough air flow. The homeowner was set up with a No Charge estimate to address the airflow concern and discuss Home Performance additions. The initial quote was given and the customer opted to proceed with the quote. The customer does not hold an Agreement with our company and would have been charged a $59.95 diagnostic fee if service was requested for a mechanical issue. This was not the case. The homeowner was never charged this fee throughout our course of tending to the airflow issues because the AC system was maintaining temperature and operating properly. A service technician was also never sent out to the customer's home. Another indication the customer requested an airflow quote/bid.
Upon inspections, we found insufficient airflow to include kinked ductwork and undersized ductwork to the front of the house, office and dining room, and dirty ductwork and coils. All of which are indicative of airflow issues. We also recommended adding attic vents and increasing insulation levels to help with attic heat load.
Again, the homeowner has a clouded perception that our work performed has not helped with the airflow issues because they developed a mechanical issue in the latter. It's conceivable for us .to understand why the homeowner thinks our work did not help with the airflow issue because a failure in the system developed in the unit. Hence, the homeowner did not experience improved airflow distribution because of this failure. This latter failure is impossible to pinpoint time of failure. Secondly, our work performed would not have caused an increase in the inside temperature of the home. The homeowner states the temperature increased to 86 degrees but we did not experience this change in temperature while correcting airflow issues within the home. In this scenario, the customer is picking and choosing what they feel helped with the airflow issue. The homeowner does not hold the certification in the HVAC field to come to this conclusion. And, in this instance, the one item the homeowner feels did help with the airflow happens to be one of the items (the scoop) that was provided to him at no charge.
To summarize, we addressed and proceeded to contract with the customer as proposed and accepted. We continued to address the customer concerns within a timely manner. We addressed and communicated with the homeowner on all findings related to the airflow concern. The customer's perception that the work performed has not improved airflow is off base. The customer's request for a full refund (with exception of paying for a scoop) is not warranted and unrealistic. The latter failure of TXV was unforeseen and not related or caused by any of our work performed. The homeowner declined to have us service their mechanical failure.
The homeowners desired settlement is not warranted. Work performed did enhance the airflow in the home. We do not accept the desired settlement.
Sincerely,
Owner
Manny was very knowledgable and explained all options very well.
Manny was very informative and explained everything throughly. Very friendly ??
It was a pleasure to have Eddie service our HVAC system this week. He was professional in his discussions with us and knowledgable about his work. I also appreciated that he gave additional service options for our consideration. We look forward to working with Eddie in the future.
I must admit before l met Manny the tech from Precision Air l had been extreamly stressed about having my AC worked on. I have been cheated several times. I am a Disabled Vet as well as a Retired Minister and to be taken advantage of is quite uncomfortable. Within minutes Manny put me at ease. He listened to me explain that l have twins who were 4-months premature and are very susceptible to respatory illness. He not only recommended an air purification component to enhance my existing system. He spent time explaining the air purifier which l really appreciated. Then he jumped right in on the cleanings and installed the new air purifier. He even gave me a vet discount on all recommendations once again I would like to think Manny for all his knowledge and everything that he informed me with precision air please take care of him as to where he is a good employee
Manny was helpful and quick.
Manny is professional and fully explained my options for all services issues and the current status of my AC system.
