We had some problems with one of our units and we had to amazing techs come out, mike S and mike C, and looked at the air conditioner and they helped us get a new unit that was perfect for the long run for a price that was reasonable. They were both very nice and very professional and could asnwer any questions thar we had. They were even able to get us a great time slot for the install of the new unit. One happy customer I highly recommend this company and these techs!

Paul from Precision Air & Heating came out to tune our our AC unit. He was very helpful and went over all of my options. He listened to my concerns and answered my questions. I was very pleased with the visit and I would definitely call Precision Air & Heating again.

We just had our air conditioning unit serviced with a tune-up and a new compressor installed. Sam, our service man, was courteous, on-time and knowledgeable. The cost seemed reasonable and we feel the company is trustworthy. I would recommend this organization.

I recently had Precision Air and Heating come to my house for a tune up and first dealt with Giarret. Giarret gave my A/C a full inspection and pointed out a couple components that would improve performance of my unit. He also recommended that I get a estimate on a new unit since I had a 25 year old air handler. He referred me to Mike Collins a field Supervisor. I setup a appointment with Mike and he arrived couple days later and gave me a estimate on a new sir handler. They were both professional and answered all my questions. #precisionairbestinthebusiness

Manny was my technician for my a/c service today. He was prompt and courtieous. He answered all my questions I had and guided me in the right direction for parts that required changing. When he was done he went over everything that he had done and and answered any other questions I had. I would like to have Manny come out next time.

Aaron made a same day service call late in the afternoon and provided excellent customer service and support. His knowledge helped identify the problem with my a/c unit and his honesty and professionalism pointed to a faulty thermostat that saved me money.

Called Precision to do an annual inspection on a system they had installed in 2013. Tech arrived promptly at the time specified. Garrett was very friendly and took the time to review the inspection results and answer questions. Overall I am very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend Precision.

I had Nick from Precision Air out today to perform the maintenance check on my A/C unit. This was his second time to my residence, as he also did my service last year. Nick is a straight shooter and explains everything in great detail. I feel that I can trust his recommendations and that he is giving me the best deal possible. Precision Air is lucky to have him as an employee.

Precision Air sold, installed and has maintained our system for almost 5 years. Their service plan is comprehensive and they communicate with us to let us know when it is time for a service check. The technicians, especially Chris, have been prompt, courteous and patient in explaining what we need to know.

Today Louis came to house to get my AC back up and running. He was extremely professional and educated me on what was wrong along the way. It was nice to have someone servicing your AC like he was servicing his own.

Precision Air & Heating did a great job with my two A/C units. The technician Chris H addressed not only all of the home inspection items, but addressed additional items that weren't noted as well during the service call. Our AC unit was not working properly. I chatted online and asked questions prior to scheduling. My questions were as followed:

"How much is trip charge?" Answer $59.95

" do you waive the trip charge at time of service?" Answer- Yes

"Do you offer military discount?" Answer-Yes

"Can someone be here today?" Answer-yes, 45-60 minutes

So I scheduled. When technician came in he immediate, prior to any diagnostics, he immediately made his pitch regarding 4-year plan. We didn't even know what was wrong yet!! So he goes in the attic, capacitor is out. Great, showed us on his meter, told him to replace. Upon replacing the part, my husband checked online for what a capacitor costs, it's literally less than $20!! He proceeds to give us the invoice, the trip fee was waived, the capacitor was $153, labor $125!!!! What???!!! My husband questioned the tech, he said he doesn't know why the capacitor is $153, he pulls the price from a book utilized by company. He argued with him a bit, and decided to call and speak with the manager. As my husband explained, the manager told him, the $153 was part and labor together. The tech did not argue, he went back outside to change the invoice. When the tech first came in, I told him we were military and he said yes, it's 10% discount. Due to the fact we were so upset at almost getting charged an extra $125, we didn't even pay attention to not getting the military discount!!! Way to support the troops Precision Air!!!

we have utilized your service for over 5 years and are pleased with the way your tech's represent your company and explain what they are doing. Recently Ron (aarona Inv #[redacted] was here to resolve an issue when our unit broke down. He arrived in under 2 hours and had us up in running in 30 minutes. Very important to us because my wife is disabled and the temperature was over 110 that day. I would recommend them to everyone I know. EXTREMELY PLEASED.

KC just left and was an awesome guy! Very nice tech answered all my questions and provided in depth review of my AC system. He offered multiple options and explained the pros and cons of each.

Precision air .........all I have to say about this company is that they do what they say they do I've had 2 units installed by Percision and have them regularly maintenance there staff is extremely kind and courteous as well as knowledgeable....recently had [redacted] out to my home due to condensation situation he came out addressed the issue Within minutes ....thanks again [redacted] !!!!! I would strongly recommend this company to anyone who is having air conditioning issues or just needs regular maintenance way to go Percision and thanks for everything??????????
