I want to share another positive experience that I recently had with Precision. I purchased two new units 8 months ago. When I arrived at home 2 nights ago, the units were blowing warm air. I called Precision and they redirected a technician to my house within 20 minutes! The technician (Jacob Marlen) was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He had the problem fixed in less than 20 minutes (and no charge for us).

Between investment properties and our primary residences, we have purchased 7 units from Precision over the last 5-7 years. Every experience has been positive. I recommend Precision to all my friends and local network...and every time they have a chance to review/bid a job, they win it (and my friends and network circle back and thank me for the introduction).

I would HIGHLY recommend Precision to anyone.

I called Precision Air & Heating, Inc. after my air conditioner stopped working. They came on very short notice - I waited a total of less than an hour before a representative was at my house. He was very professional, courteous and I don't have any complaints whatsoever. He was also very personable, and we spent some time discussing what I do for a living, among other things.

Have always used them for air conditioning issues, but this time I had a backed-up sink. They were prompt, courteous, and very reasonably priced. Would not hesitate to use them again.

All I have is nothing but good things to say about precision air this company is the most honest trustworthy company that I've dealt with the years luckily I had the pleasure of meeting maintenance technician MANNY VELA He was a very smart individual explained everything in vivid detail as well as had the patience to answer every question we had on his recommendations after deciding that we would go with his recommendations MANNYdid everything he promised also did everything in a timely manner I truly feel that I got the best deal that I can get it thanks again MANNY For going the extra mile and being patient with us customers and I will be looking forward to seeing you next year ....I will definitely recommend precision air and heating to anyone in my networking circle

I'd like to say thanks to Percision after performing the tuneup they did today here at my home also thanks to Manny the technician ......I would like to say the precision air has it together unfortunately I was not able to make a decision today but I would definitely be giving them a call back when I am ready

We had our air conditioner system inspected and maintained by Manny and he was extremely efficient, polite and patient. He took extra time to explain the costs and services that he recommended.

Codey was at our home yesterday to service our evaporative cooler. He was courteous, well informed, did a great job and thanks to him, our home is cool once again. We have used Precision Air & Heating for several years now and have always been very pleased with their work and servicemen.

I've had a contract with Precision Air and Heating, Inc. for a long time. These guys are super!

I have a 23 year old home. Needless to say, after a while, things wear out, break and have to be replaced.

I won't belabor this review with stories, but, I would like to say that Precision Air has been there for my every A/C and plumbing need. When an emergency service is needed after hours or at night, these guys have been there for me.

For plumbing, I wouldn't have anyone but Daniel take care of me. He is knowledgeable, dependable, trustworthy and keeps everything in my house maintained well.

Nick did my annual A/C inspection today. His A/C knowledge and expertise is beyond reproach. He goes above and beyond as well.

Both of these guys explain things in a way that I can understand it. They don't try to sell me any service that is not needed.

They take care of me as a person, not just as a customer.

With all this said, I wouldn't go to anyone else for my A/C, Heating and Plumbing needs.

I was extremely pleased with the services precision air came out to do also the technician man he was very polite punctual word attentive and honest I would definitely use precision air for any of my air-conditioning needs as well as plumbing

Manny V[redacted], was the tecnition was at my home repairing my air conditioner. He is very knowledgeable at his trade. He is also very personable he explained what was happening with my unit and what we needed to do. Unfortunionaly he need to return the following day to finish the job. He is courteous as he cleaned up after himself. I would highly recommend Manny and Precision to anyone who is dire need of ac repairs! Thanks Manny !!!!!!

Now where to start..... Precision air and heating is a very trustworthy and reparable company their employees are very kind treated us with integrity as well as respect we had the pleasure of meeting Manny today he came out and assess our air-conditioning system as they do yearly for the past three years We didn't know that our unit was consuming a lot of energy due to our electric bill come to find out we will need a new air-conditioning system also met with Chad today went over all my options and I am pleased to say the precision air and heating is scheduled to install a new system on my home thank you very much to Manny as well as Chad and the hard work and the wonderful job they did explaining everything I am glad I made "THE PRECISION DECISION"

I am very pleased with the service today. The technician manny was prompt and extremely knowledgeable. He seem to have my best interest in mind financially and for the longevity of my existing unit.

Excellent service, excellent company. Jacob was honest and prompt and very thorough. Explained everything in a professional manner and was very kind. I would definitely recommend Precision Air & Heating to all my friends!

Manny did an excellent job and was very courteous.

Louis came to our home sept 15, 2015 to do a yearly maintenance on our two air conditioning units. He was great. Took lots of time explaining things and provided us with a surge protector. I appreciate people who come to do work and take the time to make sure we understand everything. He was very professional and knowledgeable.

Aaron and Josh arrived on time, and were very courteous. They got right to work, and even explained what they were doing to clean the ducting in my home. I am very pleased with their work, and would recommend them to friends and family.

Manny did a great job. Very curious and honest opinions. Manny was very helpful.

I called early morning and related the problem I was having with our water softener. The girl at the desk said she could send Daniel out for the problem. Daniel was here in a short time. I explained the problem and let him go to work. within 10 minutes he had the problem resolved. He also found a leak and after I o.k.ed the repair he left to get the proper replacement part, returned and made the repair in 5 minutes. Daniel was the original installer of our unit and knew the product inside and out,. answering all of my questions to my satisfaction.

Daniel M[redacted] was a welcome repeat serviceman from Precision Air. He fixed a leaky faucet and replaced an Anode Rod in our water heater, extending its life by as much as three years. He remembered us from a previous engagement and made his visit a pleasant and productive experience. We welcome his assistance in the future.
