Precision Air & Heating responded to our repair request the next day and we were very pleased with their service. James Shelton was our technician and he did a very professional job of explaining what needed to be done and how it would be fixed. He educated us about the procedure and how our system worked. I would highly recommend them!

Today I had the pleasure of dealing with Manny from Precision Air & Heating. Manny was professional and extremely informative regarding my AC unit and what needed to be done. Also had Manny talk to my brother who handles the house finances talk over the phone and Manny was informative.

We have never owned an air conditioner before and Precision's tech, Paul S., was very thorough in his discussion and the importance of annual maintenance after after a certain amount of time. We appreciated his patience and care given to our unit, we did need a new capacitor and the cleaning.

Had a new air and heating system installed by Precision In December 2015. Started having some issues with a thermostat. Called for service and they came out next day. Aaron A was our tech. Arrived on time, and quickly diagnosed the problem. Made sure I understood how to program and troubleshoot. Very Patient. Have had a very positive experience with all the service people and customer service.

On January 12, 2016 he came to my house to inspect and diagnose my Water Heater. My Water Heater was not heating to it's full potential. Shane checked all the different components on the Water Heater and flushed it. Lo and behold there was sediment and he adjusted my temperature.

Shane was very professional and courteous and I was very satisfied with the work he completed.

When my a/c continued to blow warm air on one of those Arizona 100 degrees days I was so stressed because I just knew my 8 year old a/c unit was on the fritz and this was going to cost me $$$$. But, I called Precision and they sent Matt T[redacted] out to check out the unit. To my surprise it was a very dirty filter that caused the problem. He cleaned the dirt around the unit and installed a new filter...and eureka! the A/C began blowing cold air... The bill was very low and my fears of having to replace the A/C unit disappeared. Matt was courteous, understanding and very kind to an senior citizen living on a tight budget. Manny was courteous and professional. He arrived on time and looked over my previous history with my two units. After looking over my units he advised me on some hardware options that could ensure my system's longevity that I will definitely consider to keep my coils operating at peak condition.

Our technician,Mike,was ore than awesome. He took a tough repair in stride. When the the second motor failed they were out to fix it in a flash with a smile. We are replacing the unitFriday and didn't hesitate using Precision based on this experience.

I had been having issues with my A/C unit tripping the breaker. Garrett came out and stayed for over an hour to do diagnostics and wait for the breaker trip. Once it finally did, he was not able to find any issues with the A/C unit itself. He was able to figure out the only problem I had was the breaker installed in the panel was too small. When I told him I would be able to install it myself, he did not argue or try to force me to pay for a service I could do myself. I would recommend Precision and my technician Garrett to my friends and family.
