When my a/c continued to blow warm air on one of those Arizona 100 degrees days I was so stressed because I just knew my 8 year old a/c unit was on the fritz and this was going to cost me $$$$. But, I called Precision and they sent Matt T[redacted] out to check out the unit. To my surprise it was a very dirty filter that caused the problem. He cleaned the dirt around the unit and installed a new filter...and eureka! the A/C began blowing cold air... The bill was very low and my fears of having to replace the A/C unit disappeared. Matt was courteous, understanding and very kind to an senior citizen living on a tight budget. We have never owned an air conditioner before and Precision's tech, Paul S., was very thorough in his discussion and the importance of annual maintenance after after a certain amount of time. We appreciated his patience and care given to our unit, we did need a new capacitor and the cleaning.

James Shelton was our technician and he did a very professional job of explaining what needed to be done and how it would be fixed. He educated us about the procedure and how our system worked. On January 12, 2016 he came to my house to inspect and diagnose my Water Heater. My Water Heater was not heating to it's full potential. Shane checked all the different components on the Water Heater and flushed it. Lo and behold there was sediment and he adjusted my temperature.

Shane was very professional and courteous and I was very satisfied with the work he completed.

Had a new air and heating system installed by Precision In December 2015. Started having some issues with a thermostat. Called for service and they came out next day. Aaron A was our tech. Arrived on time, and quickly diagnosed the problem. Made sure I understood how to program and troubleshoot. Very Patient. Have had a very positive experience with all the service people and customer service.

I had a problem with my ac unit . KC was quick ,fair, smart ,and honest ! I highly recommend them and there whole shop.

We are very happy with Precision Air & Heating. They are always responsive and professional. Their people are skilled and friendly. Jacob worked on our A/C today and he went out of his way to check on the filter for the humidifier because we currently cannot access it ourselves. He took the time to explain the issues, the fix, and the charges in detail in a way I could understand.

Manny arrived at our home on time as promised.He Proceeded to explain what he was going to do during his inspection. He came across to my husband and I as very knowledgeable and respectful. Manny was able to diagnose our system problem and gave us options in resolution.

We've used Precision Air and Heating in the past and they have always been been honest and fair for all the repairs they've made to our 16 year old A/C units.
Recently we decided to was time to replace our units and to be sure we got the best bang for our buck, we solicited proposals from five companies. Out of all of in home visits and proposals, Don from Precision, provided the best solution and price right out of the box. Best of all, he was friendly, polite, and more importantly, low pressure.
Yesterday the team of Guy, Eric, Keith, and Josh can out to remove and replace our A/C & heating units. Of all the service people we've ever had at our house over the years, these guys had to be the most professional, friendly, and clean service representatives we've ever had perform work for us. They came to the door with a smile and positive attitude, which made my wife and I feel confident we made the right decision.
They were polite, friendly, fast, and clean. From answering any questions we had, to putting on 'booties' when they walked around the house and cleaning everything up when they done, they made what we expected to be a messy, noisy day-long job, pain free.
If your thinking of replacing your A/C and decide to use Precision, make sure to ask for Don to get the best deal, and for the team of Guy, Eric, Keith, and Josh.

I have been with the company for many years. As always, there service was prompt, courteous and complete. The technician was very nice, clean and got his work done quickly. I was very happy and glad I was not the one on the roof at 110 degrees.
