I was able to schedule an appointment at our new home with same day service and Manny arrived at the early side of my appointment window. After a diagnosis he was able to answer all of my questions about the two units as well as give me assurance that Precision would work with our home warranty in case anything should happen. I am very pleased to have another helpful and positive experience with Precison- thanks Manny!

I just had Garrett come out and service my unit. He was super very detailed and explained everything to me in plain english. I really appreciated the time he took review my A/C and give me all of my available options. He was super friendly and courteous.

Since my A/C has been having trouble for the last few years I knew it might be time to replace it. He offered to have one of the field supervisors stop by to give me a few quotes on new units. The supervisor, Claude, was also really friendly and didn't push like most sales people.

I would recommend this company for anyone looking for an honest assessment of their heating and cooling situation.

This was my very first time doing business with precision air . After seeing the ad on tv I decided to call I scheduled a tune up and the women in the office were so polite . I had the pleasure of meeting "MANNY V " as my tech he did a wonderful job he was very punctual and understanding of our situation thank you once again Percision and to Manny good job buddy

Manny was very helpful, explained the problem and showed me video of where the problem was. He made suggestions, but was not at all "pushing" me on what to do. He was very professional.

We have used Precision the last 4 years for AC & heating help and they always send the best technicians. Our tech on April 19, 2016, was Sam Waltrip and he was thorough, knowledgeable and polite. Very, very satisfied.

Bought my home in July last year and knew I would need a new a/c heat pump so I started shopping in January this year. After asking all my friends with a million different suggested companies I got on [redacted] and started looking and reading reviews. Precision was first to call at 7 am. Then Mike came to eval. the home. Professional, expert, caught problems with old unit and made great suggestions. Eric and Guy installed and they too were very professional, respected my home, wore shoe covers in the house ( as it was one of the rainiest days in AZ). Completed and cleaned up in a timely manner. My unit is as quiet as a mouse. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Our experience with Precision Air and Heating today was very positive. After receiving a friendly call early this morning from their office informing us as to their approx. arrival time, Guy and Eric soon arrived to install our new Condensing Unit. This call followed up by their punctuality was much apprecited! This installation was done smoothly and without mishap. Guy and Eric were personable and friendly. We will recommend Precision Air and Heating to our friends.

We recently had work done on our new home because we found that the master bedroom would not become cool during the day or at night, whether we closed the doors or kept them open. We were told that we needed another supply and return installed, which would cost us $900+. Although expensive, my husband and I decided to go ahead and have the work done. After all, there were so many positive reviews of the company online and he could not sleep. We then decided to have the company replace our A/C unit as well, since our electric bill was enormous and the unit was original - 24 years old. During the negotiations on price for the A/C, I found out that there was a minimum service charge for labor and that charge comprised over half of our first bill for the supply/return addition. Although we worked out a favorable end price for all of the work done, I reserve judgement until my electric bill sells the quality of the A/C bought and their work sealing up all of the ducts. The men who performed work on our home (Jose, Mario, Davin) seemed nice and cleaned the floors after all the insulation started coming down. I wish they would have put the attic entrance back properly, but otherwise they seemed professional.

Moises just performed my annual AC check-up. I couldn't be happier with the experience. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and most pleasant. I want Moises to perform my annual check-up every year.

I am very pleased with the service of Precision Air. Louis came by and changed my air filter and also cleaned my coils. My system is running better now. I am happy with the results and will surely use this compaby again!

Precision Air came out to the house as scheduled (although they came earlier which I agreed to) to service our AC units. The works was to be more of a preventive in nature, but we just finished with a bad dust storm and it began to rain, I opted to see if we could reschedule. The tech, whose name was Nick was so polite and informative, a far cry from [redacted] and [redacted] experience that I have had.

this was my first experience with precision air my air conditioner was reading 85° at the thermostat so I thought I'd give Percision a call within minutes Manny was at my front door he diagnosed system within minutes he was very knolagable respectful and honest about pricing ...... I'm glad I made the precision decision !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been using Precision Air & Heating for several years but this is my first review. The technician who came to my house was Nick & he did an awesome job. He was knowledgeable, professional, & had an overall good demeanor. Nick took the time to explain in detail the services he was providing & advised me how well my A/C unit was functioning. Its employees like this who display this type of customer service that will keep me as a customer of Precision Air & Heating.

I did my homework before deciding on a reputable company to replace my entire heat pump a/c unit. Laith was my salesperson, and Tony and Armando did my installation. All three of them answered any questions I had about my system, as well as the options I had. Their demeanor and professionalism were wonderful and noteworthy. I would recommend this company and the people who worked with me.

Prompt service from Precision. Manny, was very knowledgable in helping us with going forth with our management and repair, as well as preventive measures. However, never pushy or negatively persuasive. Professional and prompt service.

Unfortunately, company seems not to keep detailed information from technician to technician on previous work. I had a revisit today and Manny was not aware of previous work from previous technician. However, he quickly resolved the issue, and our work was completed successfully. Thank you
