a more favorable conclusion. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can add to what
has already been stated in our previous correspondence. The consumer had the
option to cancel the reservation via the priceline website, and also had the
ability to contact priceline customer service in order to cancel the reservation
in accordance with the cancel policy listed on the consumer’s contract page.
Our documented case history confirms that the consumer did not cancel the reservation
via the priceline website, nor did the consumer contact priceline prior to the
check-in date. We suggest that the consumer contact the property manager directly
concerning any further claims. We are sorry that we are unable to assist the

I have tried to resolve this amicably, but Priceline is a fraudulent company. The hotel level I requested was not what they provided and I immediately notified them that quality didn't match what I had paid for and requested a refund. I will have to take legal recourse. I have already contacted an attorney and plan to join a class action against Priceline. I will contact the news sources and let them know of Priceline's deceptive practices.

They had no problems taking my money but purposelyrics lying in facebook chats instead of saying my account to was restricted not acceptable.
