Revdex.com concern in our Executive Offices. As we understand,

cards for the security deposit. We reviewed your reservation and verified that
our website provided you the information that the driver will be required to
present a valid credit or debit card in his/her name for the refundable security
deposit. If the driver provides a debit card for security deposit, proof of
round trip airline travel may be required and any funds used for the deposit
cannot be accessed until after the car is returned.
 
However, since you selected the option to present a
credit card upon pick up, our website did not filter the rental car companies
that do not accept debit cards.

The priceline.com's representative did contact (phone call) with the rental car company ([redacted]), but the priceline.com didn't provide customer a reason why the rental car ([redacted]) can't provide service. The priceline.com canceled the agreement without notifying customer. The void or canceled service (prepaid by customer) by priceline.com directly resulted in customer's lost not only in money but also in missing the scheduled event.

I am rejecting this response because:I did not enter the number 73 into any box to place a bid. That number was automatically filled by the business when I changed my selection of hotel types. The design of the web site changed since I last used it, such that bids are now sometimes automatically filled by Priceline. No notification of this design change was provided to me. I was not aware of the change until I had placed a bid and had an amount automatically filled in by the business.My attempted bid was 40. The bid filled in by the site was 73. I would not have bid 73 for the room because:
The amount of $73 was well outside my budget
The room was available as an express deal for $58 and as a straight purchase for $71, so it would have been unreasonable to place a bid of $73.
 
I would like a partial refund from priceline due to their web site change which fills in bid amounts without permission from the customer.

Have you ever had an unexpected change in travel plans not in your control? If you it happens with this company, you are absolutely SCREWED!
My flight was canceled ... on the day of my trip ...
Called Priceline for assistance, this is how the conversation went ...
Me: Hi, my flight was just canceled and I am not sure what to do - can you help?
Priceline rep: Yes, I will be happy to help you cancel you reservations.
Me: No, I am not trying to cancel, my flight was canceled. Can you please help me with my options?
Priceline rep: Why did you cancel your flight?
Me: I didn't cancel my flight, the airline canceled my flight?
Priceline rep: When did you cancel your flight?
Me: I didn't cancel my flight, there is an issue with the flight and I am trying to figure out what to do next.
Priceline rep: Ok, I will contact the airline and cancel your flight for you?
Four representatives later and 1.5 hours on the phone, this story repeats itself.
Conclusion ... I had to spend an additional $700 to change my flights. Priceline could care less, offered no assistance, and just gave me the run around.
Never again will I use their service.

her authorization, and therefore requests a refund.
 
It is clearly not the
merchant’s responsibility to monitor and or distinguish that the user of the
credit card is a minor.  The responsible
party is clearly the credit card holder.
In
cases where fraud or an unauthorized purchase is alleged, as claimed by [redacted], we would not rectify the claim with the customer.  In all matters such as these, the credit
card-issuing bank investigates the credit card holder’s claims.
