Eugene was very helpful and extended the voucher so that I can now use it. Very appreciative for that kind gesture. I look forward to working with them. That being said, since I have never used Printerpix I am unqualified to rate their product.
Had a problem processing five Printerpix coupons. Eugene did an excellent job in sorting out the situation - he was competent, articulate, patient and customer-oriented. BTW the process for creating the photo latte mugs was "easy, peasy" - very robust and user-oriented!
I give Printerpix 5 Stars I love the work they do. Early this year I had 2 collage mugs and a small teddy bear with my granddaughter picture on the tee shirt the bear was wearing.I recently had 2 mink touch 50x60 collage blankets done. So far everything I brought looked beautiful. You don't have to wait long to receive your
project they mail them right away. Customer Service is great the agent Clinton I spoke to was very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.
I had an expired *** and Clinton was fantastic and helped me to get the date extended to give me time to upload my photos I really appreciate him and his help and I will be ordering from Printerpix again!!!

Let me start clarifying that I'm writing at the insistence of Dina , whom to be fair was the only who walk me out I guess realizing all cause was lost in my estimation of them as pretended 'business'. They have an extraordinary idea and. But RUN if you could. The ORDEAL I endured to obtain the product was indescribable . At some point I suspected they were behind an apparent 'service attitude' making things fail and more difficult to aggravate me in reality. And I seriously don't think was my imagination.
Towards the end as I said Dina did help me and had a courtesy to compensate me for all the hassle which I have all documented for whoever desires to review.
If I could give and advise I would say don't waste your precious time and energy here.
I haven't tried other companies but I heard they do exist and with good reviews. Like Fabness.
The blankets I purchase are nice quality. But is it worthy of what they put you through ? It is a pity. If you decide to do you WATCH every step and hopefully you don't need to deal with their 'support' team. Although I do acknowledge and I'm grateful for Dina's final considerations.

Clinton was very helpful. I received an email- A couple of my canvases didn't turn out so I called and told me which ones didn't work and gave me my code to replace them. Quick and easy. I've yet to receive my order to see what they look like. Can't wait ð???

After purchasing a *** code for a "2 for $25" deal with Printerpix.com.. I placed my order with them using the ***. I was charged correctly but the order showed on my emailed receipt as only 1 pc ordered.
I called Printerpix and couldnt get them to see that I should have gotten 2 with my order according to the *** deal & charge.. This is where Jesse with Printerpix customer service really helped.
Jesse was on the phone with me.. caught in the middle because his company was saying it was already processed and I made a mistake when ordering. My Fault.
Jesse kept going back to his supervisor with my concerns and after a 20 min back and fourth.. Jesse was able to correct the order and satisfy my request of correcting this mistake without charging more, which is what would have happened IF.. we both weren't persistent.
Printerpix and Jesse are good to have on your side.
