I am rejecting this response because: I was still not given a direct answer, only we can't reveal our denial processI was given a reason the first time "unable to verify account activity" Why not an answer for the 2nd one (low average daily balance, account too young-open less than days; or more NSF fees within a period) something other than to re-apply in days with the account-for what? My activity will be the same-Direct Deposit-pay bills-withdraw cash-leave for rainy day RepeatWhy re-apply in days only to get denied again.

Progressive Leasing has conducted an investigation regarding
the concerns in your complaint. You stated your requested solutions were either
a new contract agreement with affordable payments or to
turn in the merchandise.  Recently, you
spoke with one of our agents by phone and confirmed that the Merchant had
agreed to accept a return of your merchandise. 
As such, Progressive Leasing will suspend all future payments.
Additionally, after receiving notice of the amount of the return from the Merchant,
Progressive Leasing will refund any applicable payments to your account. Please
allow time for the processing of this return and refund as discussed.
