12/18/2015[redacted]Dear Revdex.com,We received the Cease and Desist notification on December  17, 2015 and the  account was marked accordingly in our system
on this date.   It is our desire to
assist with a resolution to the customer’s concerns, however, the customer has asked
that your organization mediate in the matter. 
If we can be informed of the specific actions being requested, we will
do our best to address them.  It is our
belief after reviewing the account records and notes that the customer is
looking for adjustments to the ACH payment schedule.  We would like clarification on the desired
actions to properly make the adjustments.   If there are other concerns, please
specify.

8/6/2015[redacted]Case Number: [redacted]Account Number: [redacted]Dear Ms. [redacted],On July 15, 2015, your complaint was referred to the Compliance Department at Progressive Leasing.  On July 31, 2015 an additional comment was left with the Revdex.com rejecting the offer made to resolve this complaint. The Revdex.com asked both parties to move on their current positions to find a final resolution. Progressive Leasing is will to mark the account as paid in full.  This adjustment will take the remaining balance of $[redacted] and adjust the balance to be paid in full.  With this adjustment Ms. [redacted] will no longer be responsible for the account [redacted].  With the adjustment being made on the balance of the account the continuous overdraft payment of $36.00 will not be refunded.  Per our lease agreement, we are not required to cover any overdrafts charged to Ms. [redacted]’s account for payments pulled.  However, Progressive Leasing has refunded $[redacted] as a courtesy to our customer to assist with her over drafted bank account at this point. Ms. [redacted], thank you for your business and allowing Progressive to be of service.  Your concerns are important to us.  If you have any further questions regarding this matter, please contact our Compliance Department directly at [redacted]. Sincerely, Jake D** Compliance Manager
