I am rejecting this response because: I have stated numerous times, that I feel Progressive Leasing Leasing needs to take full responsibility of their actions. The $108.67 is not a payoff that they offered me, it was due to an error that I caught & had to dispute because of their customer service representative. As I have stated & proved, Progressive Leasing is not a company that I trust & do not/will not ever do business with them again. The company still has yet to remove my banking information from their files as I have requested. I have paid over $2,000 to this company & $108.67 should be nothing to them in order for my account to be settled "PAID IN FULL" I'm tired of the dishonesty, headache, aggravation, & stress that Progressive Leading has caused in dealing with this problem. Refund of my $36.00 & Account "PAID IN FULL" Allow me to be finish with dealing with these people completely!! It's not fun when you have money stolen from you!! Progressive was untrueful because I signed an agreement sure enough, but not for them to take money from my account when they want too. They took a payment even after I had made a payment. It has all been proven & that's why I refuse to deal with Progressive Leasing. I am not the only person that has had this problem with the company from the many reviews I have about them.

MY WORDS.....Although I still don't agree with the "contract fee" they charge, I will accept their terms. This is technically NOT a same as cash deal. I am very disappointed it had to come to this with me having to file a complaint to get a call back from this company. I will be treading lightly in the future when it comes to same as cash deals and if I see this company has anything to do with it I will run! I don't totally put all the blame on them...I also blame Payless Furniture and of course myself for not reading the contract closely before I left. Bad situation all around!
