I am rejecting this response because: The leasing company Progressive has been actively pursuing a DISCHARGED bankruptcy Anabel D[redacted], [redacted]@progfinance.com after they were given ample time to attend the hearing if they wanted to pursue furniture as I had an accident pushing the court date back almost 2 months.[redacted]When am I under bankruptcy protection? <back to top of page> You are under bankruptcy protection when and after your petition is filed by a member of the Clerk's office and a case number is assigned.  The moment a petition is filed there exists an automatic stay, or suspension, of virtually all litigation and other action by creditors against the debtor or the debtor's property.  In other words, once a petition has been filed, creditors cannot commence or continue most legal actions, such as foreclosure of liens, execution on judgments, trials, (garnishments), or any action to repossess property in the hands of the debtor. Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is barely satisfactory to me.
They did Not apologize for the rude behavior of their rep. They did Not state they made a mistake in the way they handled my situtation, only "we failed to properly explain to you that we do, x y and z"They did offer to refund my overdraft, if I sent my banking info to them, which I declined, for I am at a point I am tired of dealing with this company.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: I have given written authorization to the Revdex.com to contact progressive leasing, so no, I am not legally required to contact progressive via phone, so they can harrass me verbally like they abuse my phone line. The CEASE AND DESIST is for PROGRESSIVE TO STOP HARRASSING ME VIA TELEPHONE, so I will not be tricked into contacting this company so they can say my call initiated authorization for them to further harrass me. Furthermore, this company has failed to update recordes showing I made a payment this month causing a double payment, has failed to give me headquarters, and has illegally ignored my CEASE AND DESIST by harrassing me and my phone after the CEASE AND DESIST, (not only can I provide proof of such, this email also provides proof).Again, the Revdex.com HAS EVERY RIGHT AND MY FULL COOPERATION/AUTHORIZATION/CONSENT TO CONTACT PROGRESSIVE REGARDING MYSELF. The CEASE AND DESIST PERTAINS TO PROGRESSIVE NOT CONTACTING MYSELF/FAMILY DIRECTLY, THE CEASE AND DESIST IS NOT FOR THE Revdex.com, AND IS NOT A LEGAL REASON FOR PROGRESSIVE TO IGNORE SEVERAL VIOLATIONS. I DEMAND TO SEE WHAT LAW JUSTIFIES PROGRESSIVE TO NOT ADDRESS THIS ILLEGAL BEHAVIOR, AGAIN SUPPLY A VALID LAW/LEGAL REASON IN REGARDS TO WHY PROGRESSIVE IS NOT ADDRESSING THE ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: My call to the business prompted this complaint. They have since sent me numerous "general" emails--a person to contact was not identified to discuss or resolve the issue. I responded to the emails twice and requested a person to contact. The  response I received was the same general email. I am alos making a complaint to the attorney general.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
