I am rejecting this response because:  I will call them today.  I've tried several times calling this week, last week, and the week before and no one will cooperate.  I need a firm answer on closing out my account because the rims and tires are no longer in my possession and I'm still being held responsible.  I sent tracking numbers proving that I no longer have the merchandise.  Progressive continued to make me still responsible and will not resolve this issue with [redacted].  All I want is my account to be closed and refunded

I am rejecting this response because: although my account has been paid I full is not the issue.  The fact that there was a fee charged.of 85.00,, but it clearly state it was a payment. If this was a payment toward my merchandise the payment should have been only $45.0 which was my initial bi-weekly payment.  The 85.00 payment was not a payment. But a fee.  I would like to be refunded the 85.00.  The represenative stated this was a fee as well as the store sales people.  I spoke to a representative regarding my xomplaint and she apologized stating that maybe the contract should not say its a payment or fee and that they were going to work on getting this changed, but in the mean time I would like the 85.00 refunded back to me. since it states in tlmy contract it a payment towarf my merchandise. The 85.00 didi not go toward my merchandise. So it had to be a fee not a payment.  If I go into the store and make a purchase they will tell you there is a 85.00 initial payment that progressive has it customers pay, but as I stated and the conteact I sent in states this was a payment. It doesnt matter how you say it initial payment  down payment, it should come off my bill and if it doesnt then it is some type of hidden fee progressive is charging it's customers!
