I was suppose to be refunded $79.50 and Quadpay is only refunding me $59.50. I've tried contacting them multiple times and they are not getting back to me.

I used quadpay for about 4 different transactions. loved that I could use it anywhere with the app. I had to change my phone number and can no longer access my old account (under my old phone number) I first emailed asking to update the info. I was asked to provide info and send a copy of my d.l. which I did, days later, no reply. I get an email asking if the issue was resolved and I replied advising it was not. I sent a new email asking again to link my old and new phone numbers so that I may see my current orders and continue using the app. I have had over 15 email exchanges with no resolution. After providing my ID I get an email advising how to update my phone number online... uh why did you ask for ID?! I logged on as the instructions stated and when logging in under my email, the number is my new phone number BUT I still cannot access my current orders. I also cannot link my debit card to my new phone number because its linked to the old number. NOBODY CAN HELP ME! and guess what?! no phone number to speak with anyone. Its almost 3 weeks without a resolution and no I get no reply to my emails. if the agents working customer service cannot understand, have a way to be contacted via phone! ive gotten nowhere with this !!!

I returned a phone for the amount of $203.09. Then purchased an phone and card for $130.59. I had already paid $51.82, plus I received a credit of $77.60. I’m still being charged for the original order of $207.29. My order shows I still have two more payments totally 76.83. This would be an overpayment. I only would owe $1.17.

We show that order *** has been paid in full. Our system takes refunds and applies them to your fourth installment, then your third, then second, etc.You have no more installments due and your last installment was reduced to about half of the normal amount due to the refund you received.

Refunds take up to 10 business days to reflect in accounts.

My problem is that I am being charged for services in which I never received from QuadPay. A more in depth explanation is as follows. I did attempt to utilize QuadPay's services on a three different occasions because I was under the impression this account issue was being fixed (per a conversation with their customer service team) otherwise, I would not have continued to make this same mistake three times. I currently have there different "orders" listed under my account with QuadPay, which as I stated, I did attempt to utilize. Each time, I was told that I was approved to use QuadPay's payment method and it then provided me with a credit card type # with an exp date and security code and I was instructed to use this at the check out in order to utilize the payment through QuadPay, allowing me to split the payments up into 4 payments, rather than paying the full amount that same day. I did have to make the first payment that day from my account toward Quadpay to utilize their service (prior to receiving their payment information) and that automatically set up the next 3 payments to QuadPay on an auto pay basis with the card that I used to pay the first initial payment, basically to start my order with them. The issue is that every single time I did this, I was attempting to order from ***, and I made my initial payment to Quadpay each time for all three orders and in turn was given the payment information to input at my check out with ***, which should've paid the *** balance entirely, and then auto pay deducted the next three payments from my account toward QuadPay to cover the balance they paid *** on my behalf. However, all three times, it appeared the payments went through as they were supposed to and it said my order had been processed....but, an hour or so later, I received notifications and e-mails from *** stating that the payment method failed and I needed to revise the payment method in order to receive my order. All three times, I ended up just paying from my own bank account (PayPal account) and not receiving a correction of payment from Quadpay as their customer service does not even have a phone number and is extremely difficult to get a response from. If you are lucky enough to get ar response, they do not even acknowledge the main question/issue at hand and seem to completely ignore what you ask them. As explained, all three orders that I attempted with Quadpay, I was charged the first payment automatically from my debit card account, then I ended up paying for my orders entirely from my own PayPal account, as the payment information provided to me from QuadPay failed and did not work. I have tried countless times to discuss this with QuadPay and I get no where, if I even get a response at all. My account continued to be automatically deducted for each order (so three different payments coming out over and over) despite me sending countless messages about this. I ended up having to cancel my debit card with my bank and my PayPal card and have fraudulent claims opened with both requesting that QuadPay refund my money as I do not see how I am being charged for services in which I did not receive. As if this wasn't bad enough, I am now still being charged and because my payment method has been canceled, I am also being charged late fees. I am sure their next step will be to send me to collections, which I am okay with at this point because at least at that time, I can appeal it with a customer service team that may actually give me the time of day and respond to me. I should not have to pay for services I never received and I will attach the proof that I paid for my purchases out of my own bank account and not from QuadPay, as well as the correspondence (or lack there of) between myself and QuadPay customer service. I do not know how this business is running or how this hasn't been shut down for scamming or illegal activity.

They have only refunded me back part of what is owed and continue to ignore my requests for answers on why that is all I have received. I can gladly forward you my e-mails sent and the couple I have received back, which were very rude on their end, as well. I have been refunded a total of $10.37 and then $1.00 so $11.37 and as you can see in my original complain am owed far more than that. Please let me know what you need me to prove on my end and I will gladly get it to you asap. Thank you.

Hello - We have sent several detailed explanations to our customer. She has also placed disputes on some of her purchases which we have no control over. We do not have any funds to refund and no installment payments are showing on her account.

All three of your orders no longer show any installments due.I am confused as to why you keep asking for more explanations on payments or charges that have been reversed or refunded to you. Refunds are processed in many smaller refunds. For example a $100 order broken into four payments will be refunded in four refunds. Refunds can also be processed in many different days. Refunds in the dispute process take much longer. You will need to contact your bank on how the dispute process works. I have tried to contact customer support but there is NO telephone number and the email address only provides automated replies. I have been debited TWICE for canceled orders. I simply want my
money back in a TIMELY manner. I will not wait several months like others.

I canceled a purchase, I.E., never went through. And, I have yet to receive a refund and it has been two weeks since the purchase. I have seen this happen to other people where quadpay just simply NEVER issues a refund. They need to be completely shut down. This is ridiculous. If I don't have my refund soon, I will be pursuing other actions.

I just want my refund of $107.

I have two open accounts with QuadPay for $38 each. My first payment of the 4 went through. My second payments on both accounts said there was not funds on the card charges (which is false!) I have tried for MONTHS trying to get these two paid. I have emailed and called with response from emails weeks later with hardly a response as to how to help resolve. I have added new cards to attempt to pay and also called my bank to make sure there isn’t a hold on my card for QuadPay. Now I’m getting emails sending me to collections because of default payment THAT I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO PAY!!! This is a terrible business.

I recently attempted to sign up for Quadpay. aster installing the app on my phone, I was asked for my phone, email, email address, physical address and age. They did not request a social security number or anything else that would identify me. based on my observation, I was discriminated against because of my age or zip code. I received a message that stated: Unfortunately, your profile doesn't meet our approval criteria right now, and we are not able to grant you access to quad pay. today. How can you make a decision on me, when you have no information. Your practices are discriminatory and everyone should know prior to applying.

I have reached out to this company several times as their app states that any money not used would be applied back to the balance. This is not true. I had a $200 limit and only spent $44.99 in the store. Somehow, I paid a $26 first payment and want to take 3 more of the same amount. THIS IS FRAUD. They want me to pay them for money that wasn’t used. They won’t response to emails neither.

I bought an urn to put my mom's ashes in it after her unexpected passing. I used quadpay for I wasn't economically prepared for everything that comes with a loved one passing. The urn never was delivered (amazon logistics problem) so *** told me they will refund me the money to the method of payment I used. They issued the refund to quadpay more than a week ago. The transaction total was around 76.00$ but quadpay have the transaction listed for 104.00$ they charged me 26$ on a transaction that has been refunded to them and they are intending to charge me for the full transaction of an order I never received and have been refunded to them already. Plus they are over charging me. I have contact them via email the only way to contact them around 10 or 15 times. And all I received is an automated email response. This is a fraude company

I have a QuadPay Order #*** for Amazon Prime that I did not authorize and Quadpay refuses to refund my money. I asked for the account to be closed and refund. So far, I have $12.85 charged, with another charge forthcoming for $3.29. No response to that inquiry after contacting Quadpay several times. The customer service does not seem to be too knowledgeable about researching inquiries and resolving issues. Amazon says there is no history of this purchase.

Don’t use them! I had changed my phone number and even after submitting to them my drivers license. They never updated it on the app and I that caused me not able to link my order to my name. In turn, I got late fees because I couldn’t pay it earlier than I needed. It took them WEEKS to reply and they still never fixed my issue! You cannot call anyone only send emails which they aren’t good at responding to. Save the headache, don’t do it!

I started an account with QuadPay back in June. I made my four payments as needed with automatic withdrawal from my checking account. However it says that I still need to make another payment. So I contacted them SEVERAL times regarding the matter. I received a response that stated they received my request and it will be updated so nothing else is needed from me. That was October *, 2019. Nothing has since changed.

I requested an amount of $50 from QuadPay on 10/*** to pay for a purchase, which total $37.16. I have reached out to QuadPay multiple times to have the total amount adjusted, but so far they have been ignoring all of my messages, while telling me that the purchase total $50 which is not true. I have the order receipt from the merchant to prove the total amount. I would like to have the amount adjusted to what I actually spent, and not have to pay the extra money that I did not use.

I made an order from a site that was cancelled the same day. The site shows the refund as issued and refunded to the QuadPay card number I was provided with. However, I have been charged two payment installments now for this order. I attached the screenshots of the order's cancellation (both from the site's own page and the email I received when it was cancelled) in my communications with QuadPay but they refuse to issue me a refund and claim it is the site's/my problem, even though the site tells me the refund has been issued. I used this service to purchase 100% Human hair from Mayvenn and completed the payments Mayvenn sent a return label to me for a refund but QuadPay did not process it. I spoke to mayvenn and they have the return item so I asked Quad Pay to remove my Debit Card and they have refused. I do not want my Credit./Debit Card use for anymore payments effective immediately. They attempting to force me to place another card on file with them and I refuse.

I had placed an order with a merchant using QuadPay. I had made my first payment up front, and after the second installment payment had returned the item- with the order totaling just over $120, this would be about $60 in payments. The merchant acknowledged the return, as did QuadPay and told me my refund would be coming. Rather than refund me the full amount, QuadPay refunded me $13.55 and never cancelled my ongoing payments. I’m about to complete my 4th and final installment after QuadPay acknowledged my full return. While customer service immediately responded to my request for help, they have now ignored 4 emails over the course of 2 weeks and do not offer any option to contact them other than the support email. This violates their terms of service and description of return process advertised on their website. I can’t even cancel the card on file for fear of late fees racking up if I don’t pay the final installment.

Ive had this ongoing since August! I purchased an item for $182 at Walmart, a week later I return the item, Quadpay eventually refund me but on a completely different order, purchased on a different day and for a far lesser amount ($33) ive been using their service without no complaints and hoped to had this resolved but I must be on my 20th email to them about this complaint, all I got was "When I look at order ***, there is no notification from the merchant to process the refund for this order (yet)" I returned the item in August but yet it seems so incredibly hard to get a response and for this to he resolved, now when I goto use their app again i'm told i'm an "elevated risk" I just want my refund that has been overdue for 2 months now and for someone to reply to me!

I have an order that I have to pay and my card for that order got cancelled. This certain order was made before the app so it isn't associated with my account yet for for reason. When I sign into my account, but the order won't show up so I can fix the card issue. I have been emailing them about 4 or 5 days telling them about this issue. Everytime I got a reply back it had nothing to do with my issue and just kept redirecting me to their FAQ section. I haven't had any successful help with trying to help me get into this order to fix this and the payment for the order is due and I still can't get in. I don't want to have to pay late fees because none of the customer service will correctly help me get into that order.

This company will not refund me for my return
I've already sent back 2 retured items. They refunded me for 1 purchase in the amount of 46.61. They still owe me a return amount of 52.59. They have no direct contact except for email and they dont respond. I purchased via *** and ugg customer car says they are not responsible

I made a purchase through this fradulent app. At first, I received a text message saying the Transaction was successful. Then I received 2 text messages from Quadpay saying the transaction was declined by them! The merchant also confirmed that the transaction was declined by the lender. I then reached out to Quadpay several times for 2 weeks straight and no one has returned my emails or did anything to get me a refund of the initial Deposit which posted to my bank account. I even emailed the Co-Founder of Quadpay with my issues and complaint and still NO RESPONSE and NO resolution! They are crooks and criminals and they need to be put of out business. Hopefully they will incur enough lawsuits against them to do just that!
