I signed up through a website that I used to pay my bill in payments I went to pay my bill online since I lost my card I had to cancel it my information has changed I attempted to log into my account and it keeps stating my verification code is not right I have emailed customer service at quad pay several times and they keep telling me to clear cache and browsing history I have attempted to log in several times and emailed customer service numerous time which I have all the documentation for that I keep receiving emails that they are going to send me to collections and keep adding fees late fees on what I owe and that is not right I kept all correspondence with the merchant that I have tried several times to reach out and log in and they do not reply back to me

I've been in touch with Quadpay since the end of August about a refund they owe me. They refunded me half the amount I was owed and is claiming not to owe me anything. I've sent numerous emails and I'm tired of being told it's not their problem.

I made a purchase on the Quadpay application in July. It wasn't my first time using the system so I understood the procedure. You allow quadpay to pay the merchant upfront and you pay quadpay. After you give quadpay your debit card information, they split the payment up into four payments.Then every two weeks they automatically draft the payments out of your account. For what ever reason, the app failed to do so. When I went to make another purchase from the app, I checked the orders tab and it read "all orders paid up" then the app forced closed. I opened the app back up to make sure I did not have any pending orders and it did the same thing. (it forced me out of the application) I figured it was an app issue or bug they needed to fix. It was also no way to take a screen shot of the incident as it kicked you out of the application immediately. So, I continued to make a purchase with Deckers USA. It wasn't until I made a purchase with Deckers USA on August *** for them to say I owed a prior debt. To my knowledge, it was paid off and if it wasn't, they should have emailed me or texted me. The application issue was not my fault and they should be held accountable not me. However, each time I paid Deckers, I paid the previous payments from fashion nova even after I assumed they drafted the payments out of my account. I emailed the company to let them know about their issue within the app, then I was suddenly charged with a late fee. (Not to mention, there was always money in the account to cover the reoccurring $20.77 payments.) On October *** 2019 at 8:10am, I received a text from quadpay stating "Quadpad payment of $20.77 not received in full. Due now:$28.77 incl $7.00 late fee. Further $7.00 fee applies if not paid in 7 days. Pay now at ***". Then on Oct *** 2019 at 6:48pm (same day), I received another text stating, ""Quadpad payment of $20.77 not received in full. Due now:$35.77 incl $7.00 late fee. Pay now at ***". Later that same evening, they sent an email stating, "Your QuadPay account still has one or more overdue payments. You have now been charged another late fee. To avoid any further late fees, please pay your account in full by midnight tonight.
DUE: $35.77." This the only proof I have to show that they have an issue with their app and system because it hasn't been 7 days before they charged me again. Now it feels like they're just trying to get money out of me because they're having app issues.

I was promise a $20 refund towards my installment payments by UGGS, up until today I haven't received that credit. Uggs made it clear that Quadpay refund system is down and not able to transfer the money to my account.

The worst! They have absolutely no customer service. All they have are emails , which they either don’t respond to or it takes two weeks to get a reply that has nothing to do with your issue. I made a purchase on 9/11 and it didn’t go through . The charge is still on my account and my balance has not updated. My first issue with them was payments were not going through on the day it was due, so I was being charged a late fee for their site issues. They fixed it via *** help, now with my new issue they are nasty on Tb and say they don’t handle anymore cases through ***. Do not use this app!!

In order to complete an order using QuadPay, one must create an account first. I created my account, and placed an order.
If you are not aware of how QuadPay works, you pretty much place an order with any store that offers QuadPay, and instead of paying the full price upfront, you make 4 payments in a matter of 6 weeks (1 payment every 2 weeks).
When I placed order, 2 weeks later I was supposed to make my payment but I wanted to pay it earlier. In order to make the payment, I must sign in to my account. When I tried logging in, there was no account found under the information I entered. I double checked my confirmation email to make sure I’m putting in the correct email. I’ve tried resetting the password. I’ve tried on the app, on the web browser on my phone and on the computer and still nothing. I contacted customer service and they told me to try everything I’ve already tried. When I replied to that email (sep.*** 2019), I never received a reply. I relied to that exact email probably 40 more times through out the month. I tried emailing them again from scratch instead of replying to the same email thread. NO REPLY what so ever. I then tried emailing them through a second email I have, they relied instantly. When I told them my issue and provided screenshots, I received no reply once again. I’ve emailed them multiple times again, maybe like twice more and still no reply.
I kept asking them, “if I have no account then what account is this order (enter order # here) linked to?” And that’s when they always stop replying. Yet, they have no issue sending me automated emails reminding me to make my payments. I also got charged an additional $7 for not having sufficient funds in my account (which I did on purpose because I refuse to pay them till I get my issue resolved).
I’ve requested to speak with a manager perhaps via email since the only way to reach them is through email.
This is so unfair. It makes no sense to me how they’re still charging me for my order but have no clue what account that order is linked to and then can’t provide a solution or even a response to my 50+ emails!!
Something must be done. I think it’s so unfair and feel like I’m being taken advantage of because they know the only way to contact them is through email! Please help!

I did a payment and the incorrect address was applied during the check out process, I have made several calls, and attempts to have them update the shipping address, and sent various emails, . my original purchase was through fashion nova.

Hi there! We took a look into this, and we were unable to find an active order associated with this account. The order may not have been placed, or was not placed through QuadPay. I also see that we had a few tickets, which we notified that it was necessary to contact the merchant that the goods were purchased from in order to update the shipping address. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to help!

I am extremely unhappy with this company! I have used both *** and *** with no issues, but I will not recommend this one to anyone! I made a purchase with them for ***. They approved the entire purchase and took my 1/4 payment, then when the second item on the order went to ship, they declined it, even though they already took my money! First customer service acted like they could not understand the issue, claiming my card was declined ( a have a screenshot clearing showing my payment to them was processed. So when I explained it was their ghost card that declined, they stopped responding to me when I explained it yet again. Please do not do business with this company!

On my last installment with Quadpay, I paid the payment, as I did for the other 3 installments, however on the last a payment was automatically taken out. I was charged $13.24 twice, they refuse to refund the extra payment. On all other installment payments, I pressed the "Pay Now" button and paid, and there wasn't any money automatically taken out on the last 3 payments. On the last payment, it automatically took it out, and still had the option to pay now. So I was charged double. This company refuses to refund money.

From what I understand looking at the account, a manual payment was made shortly after an automatic payment was taken for the 3rd installment (which is likely why it appeared to have hit twice). This was actually applied to the 4th and final installment, thus completing the order. Once paid, these installments are non-refundable unless a refund is received from the merchant for a returned item, etc. There were no extra charges to the account. I have emailed Quadpay a total of 10 times, to have my phone number updated. NO ONE has emailed me back and now anyone who has that number can have full access to my account because that is the only method of verification. A security code is sent via text to your account phone number an once received all purchases can be made because my bank card is linked to the account. I need my phone number updated please! This is not right payments are being withdrawn from my account and I can not even log into my account to verify if they are valid charges. I need my phone number updated ASAP to access my account.

It took a week with QuadPay to respond. I have all my emails. They charged my debit card 3 times in one day and my account was overdrawn 3 times for $29. The vendor showed on my phone paid, so I needed that explanation which I have also by email that the system did not take it out of my account yet it reminded me each time that the payment would be coming out. I agree that if system made a mistake they are still owed the money but not without my permission with no explanation or when they would be automatically taking the money out of my account since their mistake in the system but without warning or a reminder or telling me we made a mistake and we need to charge you account then ok and I could have prepared for it.

My dilemma is they made the mistake they owe me $29 for each time they charged my account but no response from them in over a week and I keep emailing them daily. They got their money.

I ordered clothes from *** and attempted to pay through QuadPay. I was then informed that there was a billing issue with my card which would allow me to use QuadPay. I proceeded to pay for the entire transaction with my PayPal account balance but noticed today that I was also charged $33.87 dollars from my Regions bank account for my first installment by QuadPay. I never agreed to using their services!

Hi there! I went ahead and checked all accounts for the email address used here. I found an account, but there are no active transactions. This would indicate that an attempt to use QuadPay actually failed, but resulted in a pending authorization charge which should fall off of the account with a few business days.

I placed an order for a new pair of running shoes. I used Quadpay to pay. The order stated there was an error and I had to resubmit. I did this. Even though it had stated there was an error I have been charged all 4 installments of even though I have emailed and filled out there form multiple times. I even tried to log into my account and pull my banking information off. After the second installment of double paying the shoes were more than paid for. The website won’t let me. Absolutely no way to call and speak to anyone. Emails are VERY generic and no response to my last email where I included screen shots of my banking statement with the double payment pulled. Based on what I read on here they have processing errors with almost every order and take on double- way to just steal money and get away with it. Zero way to contact this company.

I hope someone can help me. Quad pay will not stop charging my card and I can not get a live person. Please help.

I made a final payment of $17.68 for order # *** on September ***, however, it has not updated on the quadpay site and is still incorrectly showing that I have a balance due.
For order ***, I made the 3rd payment of $27.15 on September ***, and it is still showing as unpaid on the quadpay account.
Both of these payments have been withdrawn from my bank account and are no longer pending transactions, so I need to understand why quadpay has not adjusted accordingly.
Please help with this asap.

I placed two orders at *** - Quadpay order nos. *** and ***. I returned both orders in store on 9/*/2019 and I have the receipt from Madewell reflecting the return. To date, I have not received a refund on my account for either order and have made several attempts to contact customer service to resolve the issue and have received a response only once. The response I got was a generic answer and was not helpful. I requested a customer service number to try to figure out what is going on and I have not received any response.

I have tried to reach this company because I am not able to access my account since I upgraded my phone. I have put in 10 plus tickets and no one has responded back to me. This company has my banking information and is taking money out of my account but can’t help me regain access to their account. I still have the 38 cents on my account you were refunding in February (it is now September). I have tried to pay 38 cents many times. I was told by quadpay the amount is too small to run a transaction. See note below saying 38 cents would be credited as refund in February.
I just logged in and I have default status.

I hope this didn't go on my credit report.

QuadPay has horrible customer service, no phone support. I have 38 cent balance generated by a merchant refund for item out of stock. QuadPay's payment screen will not accept a 38 cent payment, I've tried on multiple cards the past two days (funds available/valid cards). When I emailed inquiring about the original refund I only received a canned robotic response which did not address my question. Now I am having yet another problem and nobody to call. Phone number listed on Revdex.com page is disconnected. I am hoping to get this resolved immediately, by a human.

On August *** 2019 - I made a purchase using my Quadpay account on Amazon for a Samsung Galaxy A10 Cell phone, as a gift for a friend whom needed a cell phone. The size of the display was not of that which was advertised and was alot smaller so instead of using the phone, I decided to return it, and look for a bigger one. On Sept *, 2019, I returned the phone to the AMAZON shipping center near my home, doing such would allow AMAZON to receive it a lot quicker and refund me right away. The cost was $133.99. As soon as I returned it about a hour or 2 later I received an email from Amazon advising me that my card had been refunded and I should see within 3-5 days. However having been a customer of Amazon for years, it has never taken Amazon that long to refund an account, and is always sooner than advised. In any event, I contacted Quadpays support team to make them aware because previously Amazon provided me with a courtesy refund for another purchase I made, and mistakenly refunded me twice for the purchase which was candy that had gone bad and refunded 33 dollars to the cellphone which should not have been done, but when I made them aware they advised to accept as a courtesty, so did, the day after this refund and credit was sent, Quadpay had already posted them to my account. It took them no time, and occurred the literally within 24hrs. So when I made the return on Sept *, 2019, I made Quadpay aware so they knew I had made the return and was expecting the refund. At this time my account was current and had 4 open orders all paid on time. Moving forward, 3 days had passed, and then 5 days, and I contacted Quadpay because I hadnt seen my refund yet, and was wondering what the hold up was, and still at this time my account was in perfect standing but as a single mother if I have money owed to me, I need it, and not to be floating in the air wondering about it, and had returned the product so of course I wanted my funds back. I continued to email Quadpay, and would be sent automatic responses, and the some Live agents telling me pretty much what the automated response said, so no I becoming frustrated, because not only do I need my money, but my order installments are becoming due. So via email,. I find myself going back and forth with one of the reps, whose not helpful at all, and refused to even lookin to the status of my refund for a couple days of us conversing via email with each other. So then Sept comes and by now I had to pay my rent of $2350.00 and again Im a single mother of 2 boys, not only did I have to pay my rent, but my employer had also made a mistake on my hours, to where my paycheck was short approx $450 and my check was exactly the amount of my rent leaving me with nothing until my next pay date, which is when they are going to make the correction on my check. My payday isnt until Sept , 2019. So I make several attempts to contact support, to advise them and see about possibly making some arrangement, in effort to keep my account from going into default, because my installment orders were coming up, and not had they still not provided my refund but my pay check was short so I didnt have the money to cover the installments, which is why I contacted them. Each email I sent inquiring an arrangement and informing them of my situation was left ignored with no reponse and never answered at all. I finally received a reply from the same guy, and he advised I would see my refund on Monday 9/*/19. Monday 9/9/19 came and went, so I contacted Quadpay on Tuesday, No response, by now, I am frustrated because my orders were going into default, being assesed a $7 late fee the next day after its due, and still no signs of my refund. So on Wed I am beyond fed up, and so I remember the email I received from the CEO when I opened my account asking me to leave feedback on the app, so I decided maybe I should reach out to him and possibly get some kind of reply, and I did. He apologized and advised that he had forwarded my email to a Rob, and that Rob would fix this issue. Rob did fix the issue right away, he immediately refunded my account and sent me an email confirmation advised me that $32.56 and another for $1 had been refunded electronically, and advised I should see it on my debit card. I saw it immediately, although was applied to the wrong debit card, but it was there as I could see it in my account. He then sent me another email stating the following:

"We have confirmed the missing refund for order ***. There was a refund of $34.44 applied to this order, but it was missing $99.55. We'll process and issue the refund manually, which may take 5-10 business days to appear."

Then, I received the following email below soon after the first one,..,,,

" ***"

Although I wasnt happy being advised of the 5-10 business day wait after I had already waited almost 2 weeks, I was fine, and followed up to advise and make sure they applied the refund to the correct debit card. I "NEVER" received any response, so I email again, asking them to please confirm that they will be applying it to the correct debit card.. still NO RESPONSE, so then Today comes 09//19, I have no response, so I continuing trying to get one, and about 1230 pm I receive an email from a rep named Julia who advised me of the following:

" Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out! If you have not already paid all four installments, then we apply a credit towards them. We start by reducing your last installment by the refund amount, and if the refund is more than the last installment amount, we will deduct it from your second-to-last installment - and so on until the refund is completely credited.

If the credit is more than your open installments, it may be split up; partially applied to your payment plan and partially refunded to your credit card associated with the order.

If you have already paid all four installments, then we will refund your credit card associated with the order for the amount refunded."

PLEASE TELL ME WHERE THE ISSUE IS NOW....So after sending multiple emails asking them to apply my refund to correct debit card, being advised previously by ROB that $0.00 of my refund was applied to my outstanding installments, and that $99.95 was going to be refunded to my debit card in 5-10 business days.

So Im questioning as to whether Julia has reviewed my account and seen the email details from Rob advising me no money was being applied to the installments.So how is it without even notifying me that any change in the way my refund was being applied, None at all, and until I contacted them the next day asking to confirm it would be applied to the correct card,, the statement from Julia is what I receive a day and several hours later. I arrive at work and receive an alert from my bank showing of a deposit, I look and there is a refund from Quadpay for $34 dollars. and some change. So now I am angry, because not only does Quadpay not communicate with the customers, we cant speak to them directly and has to be via email, but they totally disregarded my request for confirmation, and last, they distributed my refund to my installments, and had emailed previously telling me they werent, and not only that, they didnt even think to send me an email informing me of this, and just changed what they advised me, and as I mentioned having been shorted my paycheck, every penny was needed by me, as I am struggling til my next payday. I wouldnt have mind if they had told me they would apply this refund to my accounts, but the fact they did not, and told me $0.00 was being applied in writing, then turned around and did something totally different, without my knowledge and I the whole time am waiting for this refund, and this is really how they do their customers. Seriously, just IGNORE, and do whatever they want, email you telling you lies, having you thinking one thing and ends up being something never advised or informed of; No follow up either providing me any details on how my refund was distributed or applied and just sends $34 to my debit card when I was expecting $99 & change. This is not what you call customer service, and because you said one thing and did another with out my knowledge, is an issue and the whole time have been holding onto my refund when this issue didnt have to come about. But I am overhwhelmed, fustrated, tired of emailing and being ignored but being charged $7 late fees on installment amounts that are less than $7. Im asking someone to assist in keeping my account out of default and totally ignored, and I blame Quadpay for this, and because I never was informed my refund was being applied other than the way Rob emailed, I am still awaiting to receive my entire refund as he advised, and with $0.00 being applied to the installments. Iam tired of the drama and as long as Quadpay has such bad customer support, this issues are going to continue, not just with myself, but others as well, being how do you treat your customers this way being a new startup, if anything you should be trying make sure your customers are satisfied, and by granting them credit to make installments, isnt enough to support that, not if your ripping us off, by holding on to our refunds when youve received them, charging a $7 late fee the very next day after an installment is due, and an installment of $2 and $3, less than $7, still apply it, you dont try to work with us, and I have never seen such poor service with any startup. I have Klarna, Afterpay, and Sezzle, I have been able to make arrangements with them all advising them of my hardship being shorted hours, no late fees, and just a new date, however Quadpay, you ignore you customers, hold on to our refunds, as if you never received them, If I hadnt contacted you CEO I to this day would still have no refund, finally believe its resolved just to find out you did somethinf other than what you specifically advised me in an email sent to me, That is rude, disrespectful, unworthy, and pitiful,. But now, with that I am banking on the email Rob sent and waiting for my refund, and expect to recevie it soon, and more like ASAP>

Quadpay contacted me via email saying they applied my refund to my open installments however I havent seen where they applied being the amounts didnt change and stayed the same. Now they are sending me auto emails continuing to add on late fees as well as threatening to affect my credit negatively but will not respond to my emails or the emails I sent I addition to my refund advising I shouldnt be charged late fees and if they applied my refund which was $133.00 to my account then my installments would be paid off instead they claim to have lost my refund the claimed to have applied to my acct but my acct is full of late fees and no credits . I received a total of $36 and some change refunded to my debit card. They claim they owed me $95 but my purchase was $133 so I dk whats going on with them but the fact that they ignore you and just continue to add late fees on your acct instead speaking to you to try get things corrected and be shown where my credits are Is not good at all. I want to pursue to the furthest extent possible and the reason I believe they dont reply is because theyre stealing your money and make up things as far refunding it but when u question it they ignore and never respond. Not how creditors are supposed to work but I will be pursuing as far as I can if possible.

Hi there, and thank you for reaching out! We were able to locate the refunds on our end. Whenever receiving a refund from QuadPay, the refund will be applied to the original payment method. When more than one payment method is used, it may be spread over the payment methods as it will always go back to the original card. This may be causing some difficulty in locating the refunds. We have issued a more detailed response via direct email and hope this helps!
