I purchased a dress using QuadPay as the method of payment. I returned the dress and received an acknowledgement of the return from both the store and from QuadPay. That was August *. I have not received my money back. I have contacted QuadPay customer support numerous times and have only received automated responses.

It looks like your order was fully refunded on August *, 2019. We received an initial refund request on July *** for $20, then a second request to refund the remainder of $198 on August *. The refund was processed automatically and your first two installments were refunded totally. Your third and fourth installments were cancelled, and you should be all set!Thanks for choosing Quadpay

I have used quadpay in the past. I purchased from 2 sites (walmart & target). My initial payments posted, however I am currently seeing duplicate pending charges (on the target purchase) and triple pending charges on the walmart purchase. I have contacted quadpay and received an automated response with a case number. I have not had any response from a human. I have sent multiple emails with no response. Currently I see pending charges in the amount of $72.99, $73.00 and $34.25. I have already paid the $72.99 and $34.09, which is correct and has posted to my checking and to my quadpay account. However, the $72.99, $73.00, and $34.25 is not authorized.

I had no issues up until August 8th my 3rd payment was taken out twice and it shows I still owe the 4th payment , which in fact it should be paid in full, and I have yet to hear back from anyone on this matter and the the 4th payment is showing to be taken out tomorrow!!!!! So very disappointed!

It’s horrible. Was charged for something that was declined from a store. Reached out to customer service for a refund and it’s all automated and generic. Will not be using again and highly suggest nobody else does.

I bought a watch and decided to use the Quadpay app. Worst decision ever! Quadpay told the watch company to cancel my order yet, Quadpay was still charging me for the watch. I've emailed them twice and still no response. Horrible customer service and no phone number to call them. It's been 8 days and still no response back!

H O R R I B L E service. I have never been so furious in my life. My debit card was deactivated as an automatic response to fraud detection two days before my payment was due. I had no other cards to connect it with, so I sent a "request" (because of course there is no phone number) to see if I could delay the payment or pay a different way. No one responded. So the day of the payment I tried again: no response. I was charged a late fee. I had no choice but to wait until my new debit card came in the mail to make my payment so I waited. The following Saturday it had still not arrived. In the meantime I tried again and got no response. I tried a FOURTH time and received FIVE generic, automated responses about marketing, adding a card, and two other unrelated topics not even close to what I was inquiring about. I was charged two late fees and as a college student that's not cool. Still have not received any word on my five "requests" I sent this company. Will never use again.

I bought a pair of shoes online and the order never went through ,they proceeded too charge me despite this fact even after I know they were informed.Now it’s 5weeks later they ended up taking three payments for a total of about $91 and still no refund despite the fact that they said they were going to give it too me 10 days ago.The biggest problem is whatever your problem is with them you end up with the same general form to fill out and they never really give any answers.Its so frustrating to never receive a response from them ,they don’t care and people should no if something goes wrong get ready for a runaround

Hello,
I placed an order with QuadPay a few days ago and was given a card number to use to purchase my items on amazon & I was charged my first installment fee. Minutes later I received an email saying the card was declined and that I need to revise my payment I went back into amazon and resubmitted the card number but unfortunately it still did not go through. Ive tried reaching out to QuadPay on several different occasions but still have yet to hear anything back stating why my transaction did not go through, or anything about me receiving credit on either quad pay or a refund back to my card. If you guys could please help me get some information on whats happening that would be greatly appreciated.

I recently ordered hair from another company that uses quadpay. I was refunded 92 dollars and some change on July *** being the merchant didn’t have what I wanted . The merchant told me it usually takes 5-10 business days after the confirmation of the refund being processed to receive it back on my account . I never received the refund and it is now August . I proceeded to email the merchant as she told me I had to contact quadpay I sent various emails with little response to my problem I then later kept emailing them about my concern to not only never get a response but they winded up ignoring all messages after that

I have tried to log into my account to update my payment information but it won't allow me. I have been charged a $7 late fee. I can't get ahold of anyone to speak to. I keep receiving late payment notifications but have no way to contact Quadpay. There is no phone number and all I keep receiving are automated emails with links sending me back to the help center.

I am being charged for an order that was never placed. I tried to order a piece of luggage for $127 on EBags using Quadpay. The order did not go through due to a processing error. The order was NEVER PLACED and EBags has no record of this order going through but Quadpay has still charged my card the first installment of $31 and has yet to cancel the remaining three installments that are scheduled to come out of my account over the next few weeks. I spoke to an EBags representative on the phone who told me that Quadpay should refund my account since the order never went though. I emailed Quadpay because they do not have a phone number to speak to a real person and received NO RESPONSE to my email. I am still scheduled to be charged for an item that was never ordered. I am still scheduled to be charged for an order that I will never receive. This is extremely upsetting and unacceptable. I want my money back. Even more than that, I want to be acknowledged by Quaday with a response of any kind. As of today, they have not even ACKNOWLEDGED my problem, not through email or otherwise. I believe I deserve that respect as a paying customer.

LESS THAN ONE! No customer service number!?! Got continually charged for order NOT RECEIVED!!! NO REFUND.....still waiting!!!
AWFULLY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
Will NEVER shop with ANY (online) company that utilizes QuadPay!!!

Can’t log in to my account and my last payment was due August *. Received an email saying I am charged with a $7 fee even though I’ve emailed and tried to tell them about my issue about not being able to log in.

Convenient never had any issues with them and will continue using them! Thanks for making this such an easy process

I made a purchase to *** threw QuadPay I was charged $51 to my debit card. The money was taken off my card but QuadPay has cancelled my order. Now saying they can’t help with canceled orders. I didn’t cancel the order they did. I would be willing to continue my business with QuadPay but this problem has to be fixed. I work to hard for my money for someone to just take it

My card tied to my Quadpay account was stolen so I had to cancel it. Because of this, the payment did not go through as expected and Quadpay charged me late fees. Once I realized that Quadpay was legitimate and not something the hackers had setup when they stole my card number I reached out to Quadpay and asked to have the late fees removed so I could pay the actual amount due. The jerks automatically threatened me and said they would refer to a collection agency. Quadpay is as big or bigger crooks than those that stole my card. DO NOT USE. AVOID.

They advertise no additional fees for using their service, however, when I placed my order, I was charged additional fees.

So, I just now tried to purchase with my QuadPay with amazon. The order took my money off of my card and then I received an email from amazon saying my payment method needs revision and that my order was declined!! But my money was taken by quadpay!!! I don’t understand what is going on but I want my money back on my card right now!! And then I do more research come to find out quadpay isn’t even excepted on amazon!!! What the heck?! Why even advertise it on the app if it isn’t even excepted!! Please put my money back now. I work very hard for my money for it to just be taken away from me to receive nothing!! I want answers and I want my money back!

July *** I purchased an item from Amazon. this item was sent back and a refund was given and I have proof from Amazon on several occasions that they refunded my quadpay as of July *** Quadpay still has not given me my refund and is still charging my bank card the payments and late fees. I need this to be resolved because I dont have the extra money that it keeps taking out of my bank that ive not authorized and they have been refunded for. I feel like I have been scammed because I also purchased something else a month ago, and im being charged. but yet I still dont have the item.

I have used Quad pay in the past with no issues. It seems when you use a merchant, not in the there directory then you have a problem. I made one purchase charge three times. You email them and all you get is a generic email back. In a perfect world, you wouldn't need customer service. Were not in a perfect world and apparently this company is only out to make money the cheapest way possible.
