QuadPay did not work for an Amazon order totaling $62.29. Amazon website made me use my own debit card because the QuadPay did not work. Somehow, I am still being charged for the $62.29 though on my QuadPay app.

I have successfully used Quadpay twice before. My third attempt has resulted in a nightmare. I tried to use it for an eBay purchase and the transaction failed to go through so the purchase was not completed. However, Quadpay authorizes the 1st payment when you attempt the transaction. Per their own FAQ ("Why was a I charged for a transaction I cancelled or did not complete?") "you have not been charged. When an attempt at a purchase is made you may see a pending charge on your statement. This is called an authorization hold. If the purchase is successful, the charge will go through after around 24 hours. If the purchase is not successful and you did not receive an order confirmation, then the charge will be removed from the account, typically after 48 hours, although this can take up to 10 business days depending on your card issuer. Please contact your card issuer for further info about authorization holds."

But the charge DID go through. My bank (what I assume they mean by card issuer) confirms this is NO longer a hold rather an actual charge and has in fact gone through 10//19. They say I cannot dispute it and the only way to prevent further Quadpay deductions is to close the account which I fully intend to do if this isn't resolved quite quickly.

I have attempted to contact Quadpay multiple times through their email Contact Us and continue to receive what appear to be computer generated replies referring to different FAQs or stating to contact my card issuer (see above) or the merchant (eBay shows no record of the transaction because it wasn't completed. I have a screencap to prove this which I provided to Quadpay.)

The company establishes accounts based on cell phone numbers. I recent,y changed my cell number and needed to update the information so that I can access my upcoming payments with the company. For over a month I have tried getting assistance to update the account, and I am unable to receive resolution from them. I am unable to view my upcoming payments, and because of this I have no way to update payment info. I need Quadpay to handle my request to update my account with my new cell number.

Quadpay once again sent me an email stating that if I followed a link and logged in it would take me to my account and allow me to update my information. I followed the instructions, and I am still not able to access my account. They also do not provide me with any other way to reach them other than email which takes several weeks to get a response. I now have an account that has a late fee they have imposed because I have been unable to update my payment method, and I am still not able to get a phone number to call and speak with a representative. I have documented all communication from them if needed.

Our engineers have worked on a solution and detailed instructions have been sent to our customer along with an apology for the frustration. This was a unique issue which was created when our customer got a new phone number and the typical solution did not work.

I have not received my refund for $20.71 on order #*** on the purchase that I made at Target.com for $104.71 on 9//19. I purchased two items. One item I returned on 9//19 and got a refund for $49.60 which was applied to my quadpay credit card. The other item, I returned and repurchased on 9//19 (because it was on sale), which led to a $20.71 refund being issued back to my quadpay card on 9//19. This refund does not show on my quadpay card. ($104.71 order total - 1st refund of $49.60 = order balance of $55.11). ($55.11 order balance - 2nd refund of $20.71 = $34.40 revised total order amount. Plus, quadpay charged a total of $4.00 in fees for the order.

I made two purchases with this company that were declined and never charged to them they have not canceled out the order or refunded my payment I have sent several messages for an update for this to be resolved and they have not responded it has been over a week

I have an account with QuadPay in which my outstanding balance is approximately 190 dollars including the 3 late fees they have added to date. I have exhaustively tried to contact QuadPay support which offers nothing but an automated system with no personalized assistance. I attempted to make all my payments early, however the app cites an "unexpected error" each time I make an attempt to pay. I have tried 2 different debit cards and a credit card for all of which I got the same result. All of the cards I attempted to pay with are valid and have sufficient funds, and therefore, there should be no issues with payment. I emailed the CEO of the company 2 weeks ago who has not emailed me back. I even called ***-- the address they cite as there headquarters-- and the receptionist said they are not affiliated with QuadPay in any way shape or form and she has never heard of them. So not only is QuadPay using a fake address, but they have no phone number I can use to speak with a representative. Essentially, they are not accepting my payments, and although none of my cards have been charged, they are racking up late fees (I am now at $21 in late fees). This is unacceptable because I tried to pay on now countless occasions. I have tried to contact their "support" and the last email thread had ended with them saying that their team is looking into this and will be back with advice shortly. I have yet to hear back from their team and it has also now been about 2 weeks. I simply want to make my payments, however, the app wont let me do so and nor will their website. The late fees they are adding to my account need to be waived because I have tried to pay early on so many occasions now and nothing is working. Their system is flawed and they are charging me late fees for an issue that is not with my payment method but with their app. This experience has been beyond frustrating, as there is no one to communicate with from their " team " about this issue. I want to make my payments and be done with QuadPay but instead Im unable to do so and they are adding 14$ per installment in late fees. I have tried everything from deleting the app to re-downloading it, using multiple cards, contacting their "support" numerous times, and the issue has yet to be resolved which is why I am here. My feeling is that they are going to charged the maximum amount of late fees ($42) and then take the money from my account because charging late fees is one of the main ways they make their money. This is not okay. I have the proof that I attempted to pay in screenshots and screen recordings. QuadPay requires you to check off that you agree with their "terms and conditions" so I am liable to pay them and yet they are not accepting my payments. I cannot even begin to put the frustration into words and this has been the absolute worst online shopping experience of my life. I need help immediately and I need this issue resolved and the late fees waived.

No one has contacted me from QuadPay and nothing has been resolved! I have tried to make all payments once again, yet an "error has occurred" message continues to show up. In fact, I received an e-mail stating that I have an overdue account and if I do not pay it within 60 days it will be sent to a collection agency and my credit score may be affected. Someone from QuadPay needs to actually contact me and correct the issue on their end. I did not use this App to have my credit score suffer. This is truly saddening that this company could say this issue is resolved when in fact nothing has been done about it and I still am unable to make payments. For my credit score to be affected when all I tried to do was pay early is bizarre and uncalled for.

Non existent customer service. They visibly promote Walmart on their site, however after attempting a purchase through *** and getting denied, I was still charged $26. Not recommended!

I ordered a homecoming dress from amazon for my child, this was October ***. I used QuadPay to purchase it and it had a delivery date of 10/, which was the following Friday. Later in the afternoon of the *** the date changed and the order was cancelled bc the product was gone. I waited until Monday for a refund, I then contacted amazon and QuadPay at the same time. Amazon stated that since the dress was never shipped my card was not charged. QuadPay states that I need to contact amazon, explained I already had and she stated in the email that it shows on her end processed. So I call amazon back get all the evidence showing it was cancelled and emailed this all to QuadPay. Again I was given the run around again. This morning again the same answers, well excuses so I cancelled my card and reported to my bank bc I feel this is nothing but a scam and I am still waiting for my refund for the intial payment for a product cancelled/never recieved.

I accidentally allotted $150 from the system to spend, and I only ended up spending $100. I’ve emailed QuadPay numerous times, to my knowledge I’ve spoken to multiple representatives and they all seem to be, or act oblivious to the matter at hand, only noting my spending limit will increase.. this is unfair and unjust business practices.

I made a purchase on Zappos for $374.87 plus tax, for a total of $402.01
I submitted the QuadPay information for payment and understood that I would be subject to 4 payments of $94.75 for roughly the base value of $379, that is fine and fair, no issue there. The day I made the purchase for Zappos, Quadpay withdrew the initial $94.75 from my bank account, of which I provided a screen shot..

I had purchased 12 pairs of childrens' shoes for charity, 4 pairs of which shipped from one fulfillment center, the remaining 8 were to ship from another center.
The total value of the first 4 pairs shipped was $105.79, the remaining value of the other 8 pairs would total $296.22.
Zappos attempted to ship the other 8 pairs of shoes but Quadpay declined payment for the second shipment totalling $296.22.
If Quadpay doesn't want to honor the remaining $296.22 for this shipment, that is fine, but I want written confirmation that they will not take any more than an additional $11.04 from my bank account. Zappos has already cancelled the remaining 8 pairs of shoes due to Quadpay's continued declination of payment. If I am not getting the full value of the $402.01 of product I purchase, Quadpay has no right to remove the full 4 payments of $94.75 from my bank account.

There is no phone number to call and speak with someone regarding this issue, the number listed on your website for them is disconnected. The email responses that they send me are templated responses that do not address my concern at all. I have tried emailing them 4 times and each time I get a different templated response

So after the last app update, I was unable to make the scheduled payments to this company because the website kept erroring out on me. Now I have late fees attached to the payments I tried to make. I had my bank issue me new cards, I got a new phone, so its not on my end it is the App and website for my account. I have tried unsuccessfully to contact Quadpay over 20 times with the only response being a generic generated one I was able to make 1 payment before it happened again. Bottom line I have the money I am trying to pay them but the site won't let me I have offered to send a check or money order and noone responds and now I am getting charges for late fees that I wouldn't have if the stupid app or website would let me I have sent screen shots and account numbers to them but still nothing. This is a problem and if you look on their facebook page it's not just me that this is happening to

I used Quad pay to buy a gift totaling 179.14 I chose the app due to the fact you don’t have to pay the full total instead they break the amount in payments every two weeks. Once I placed the order through the app it said my order was processing the next day I woke up logged into my Bank account and seen I was charged by *** for the full total I also had pending charges from Quad pay! This is very disappointing why provide this service if it’s not doing what it says it does. I’ve contacted costumer service multiple times and they haven’t even tried to resolve issue, they keep sending me the same statements over and over and to me it makes no sense! Please I would hate to see this happen to anyone else I now have no idea what’s going to happen to my money that’s currently tied up!

I signed up for Quadpay 2 weeks ago. I tried making a Purchase on *** using Quadpay, I got an error message stating there's an issue with my payment and I order was never placed. . I was charged twice by Quad even though my order was never went through. Quadpay has been charging me bi-weekly payments even though my order was unsuccessful. I've sent multiple emails to customer support but no one never resolved my issue.

Very similar experiences as all of the other Customer Reviews. I made a purchase over a month ago and did a partial return of over $100 for the items. The website I ordered from emailed me letting me know that they received my return and the funds would be returned to the original form of payment (the card QuadPay provided). The QuadPay support page says to wait 10 business days to receive have the future payments adjusted or refunded. I have yet to hear from them. I reached out to their online only support team and am not getting any clear answers. Wish I would have read up on their practices prior to using this company.

Ordered product from Groveda hair solutions was on payment plan of 19.49 starting on9/then 9/*** then was suppose to auto pay on 10/ they say it doi dnt go through. Lies they didnt even try according to my bank. Then charged me 7.00 late fee and will charging 7.00 lay e fee until its paid. Is that even legal. No number yo get in contact with them only emails that come back undeliverable. Order

I have been reaching out to quadpay customer service since 9//2019. I placed an order through fashion nova and the order is not showing up in my quadpay account. Because of this I’m not able to access the order to pay it off. I have sent several emails and tried contacting anyone through twitter and Facebook. Since I’m now able to make my payments quadpay continues to charge me late fees.

Worse experience every. when I first applied to Quadpay they said it would be 24-48 Hours until I was a approved or not waited weeks for that.However next problem I have did 2 returns on the 14th and 15th of September and have yet have still not received my refund. I did read to see that it was 10 days however it is October 7th and have not gotten anything. I emailed support and they do
not do anything to help and they can't answer a direct question. No customer service number either. and I quote "it takes a few days sometimes a week" but it is almost a month and still have no answer .

In July my bank had a breach of debit card accounts. I reached out to all creditors or accounts that had that particular debit #, to make changes. Quad Pay being one. With Quad Pay I followed there process of changing my old card number to the new at least 2 weeks before the payment was due. For some reason it did not go through, I continually tried always receiving a error message. I even tried from different computers. So I started emailing customer service, no reply with the exception of a reminder informing me my payment was due. Since July I have sent several emails I receive replies, only payment reminders and payment overdue. I have every single communication I've sent to these people trying to do the right thing, all you get in return is a canned email but they never actually reply. In September I did receive 3 emails and they were so random, I had no idea what they were talking about because it had nothing to do with my issue. Fast forward to Oct ***, I received an email from a Bernadette S (QuadPay Support). She goes on to explain what I needed to do to make changes to my account, which I found rded because since July I've been saying there was an issue trying to access via email or cell phone. But it also lets me know these is have been receiving my emails but choosing not to assist me in any way, yet reminders about the bill are sent. However; I replied to Bernadette after I tried (twice) the link she provided still receiving the same error message. I took a screen shot of what I received forwarded it to her, she replied or the canned response did. "With the Team is looking into to it and they will reply shortly" Here's where I draw the line.
On the same day I replied to Bernadette, I received a email advising the account would be sent to a collection agency.
And I would be responsible for additional fees. I have asked these people to send me a paper bill/invoice via *** for $28.00 since July, I do not and will not trust them with my new debit card number. They have shown me who they are.
I don't appreciate threats of collection when I have every piece of documentation attempting to reach out. I have used several companies such as this and still do, and this is by far the most disgusting and vile I have come across.
There is no customer service, no contact information. Only random replies and canned emails. I'm not certain how they are still in business and why.
Well here's the thing for Quadpay. I'm not a make a threat type of girl, I'm more of the I guarantee you type!!
I'm so beyond irritated at how this company does faulty business. That I will take the time to write the (FTC) Federal Trade Commission and the Attorney General of the state where Quadpay is located. A company should not have lack of communication, not provide customer service or respond to customer inquires.But then follow up with threats and make the customer responsible for there lack of poor service.
I'm a Military Veteran and we lived with threats that was the nature of the beast. But to spend monies with a company, have an incident such as a bank breach occur out of a persons control. The customer tries to set the wheels in motion to make it right, but be threaten with buffoonery. For me the dynamics change.

I placed an order with Fashionova on 9//19 and used Quadpay as the payment method. A payment was taken that same day and another payment was not supposed to be taken until 10//19 but I was charged another installment on 9//19. I contacted Quadpay by email only because no number is available to call. After several emails I was told that I could not get a refund but that my account would ne adjusted to reflect the payment and I would not be charged on 10//19. My account was never adjusted to reflect the second payment as being made. Today I received an email saying I would be charged again on 10//19 and again I've emailed them twice with no response and I cannot delete my card from the account to avoid another erroneous charge.
