Returned a purchased item back to *** on July , 2019 and have not received refund back from Quadpay. Contacted Quadpay over 5 times about the situation and getting the run around that I must contact a *** for the refund. Contacted *** about my returned and talked to the corporate credit backdoor department about the refund. The credit department person I spoke with told me that Quadpay received the refund already and while back 3 days after I returned the item (07//2019). I contacted Quadpay again and provided them the validation tracking for the refund that I was given by the credit representative. I did not hear from Quadpay since then so I contacted them again, and still nothing. There are no numbers to contact them and the only way to reach them is through an automated email. Please I’d like my money back. They have changed me late fees of $7 for something I have already returned a while back and per *** that Quadpay has already received the refund quite a while back.

At first, Quadpay worked well for me and did not encounter any problem whatsoever. A person form Quadpay texted me about leaving a review if I was enjoying it. I left them a review in the apple app how it was great and have not encountered any problem. After I returned an item back to ***, I was several days and inquired about the refund with Quadpay on the fourth day of the return since the *** rep told me it usually goes? back within three business days depending on the bank, but no more than one week business days.
Contacted them on the fourth day and I was told that if it has not been refunded yet that Quad pay has not received it, so I waited a few more days. I returned the item back to *** on the second week of July, and it is now the end of July.
Contacted Quadpay several times about my refund and still, nothing told me to contact ***. I contacted *** and spoke to their credit backdoor refund department and I was told that Quadpay had received the refund on the third day after I returned the item.
After I contacted ***, I emailed Quadpay again and received an automated message about their refund process. Contacted them again and wrote a fairly personal email about how I enjoyed using their app and left them good reviews, and now I can't even get a human respond from their company about my refund.
Since then I have not received any response from Quadpay and they want me to pay them the remaining amount. Quadpay has received the entire refund back from *** for my return, I have paid half of the total amount, and they charged me a late fee for something I don't have.
They have no number to call and talk to someone, but only email.

Hello! I purchased a pair of ugg slippers and then I ordered some lights that were compatable with Alexa for my amazon Alexa. Everything went well when I ordered everything but now on my orders it still says proccessing? I want to pay more on my orders but I cant because it still says processing. My orders have shipped and everything but I want to make sure everything is right. I sent emails but still nothing and I am starting to get a little worried. Can someone please tell me whats going on???

Since signing up with Quad Pay I keep getting charges on my bank account for purchases online and some stating I was in NYC. I am in Indiana. I have filed a complaint with my bank. I have written Quad Pay no less than seven times with no response. I want to pay my remaining fee with them, but I don’t want to give them my new banking debit/credit card information. Also, I’m returning the $50 item I purchased and don’t know how they will credit me.

I purchased a product online, went to pick it up in store and decided to do an exchange for an item that costs less. Over a month has passed and have not received that credit to my account. I have tried contacting Quadpay and I get the same automated email stating to contact the merchant. I have contacted the merchant and they tell me the refund was processed on their end but Quadpay does not return my money.

In June 2019 I was sent an email saying I was approved for a credit limit of $500. In July 2019 I went to use the credit limit and was told I would be added to a waitlist. I submitted emails to customer support and no one could assist me. It's like the emails are automated.
Also, many stores they have on their site as merchant stores do not accept quadpay so they are not honest. I used this service one time with eBags and it was convenient, now it is not and they are not honest.

QuadPay was great at the start but as of last week I was automatically logged out of my account I entered my mobile number and got a verification code to enter in the app. Everytime I enter the correct code I get an error message says we’ve hit a snag and not allowing me to login for the past 5 days I’ve been trying to pay my payments early but I can’t. I tried logging in on a computer and I get the same error message I’ve sent about 4 emails and it’s been a week with no response. I’m trying to be patient as to why no one has responded yet. I’m just trying to get into my account so I can pay before the due date

HORRIBLE!! My first payment they told me was defaulted and charged me $7 fee but my online bank statement clearly showed the payment was taken from account I have been unable to get any response from them and am not sure what to do as they do have my account info now and continue to charge me fees for supposedly default payments but PAYMENT WAS MADE

I was loving using QuadPay until after my third email went unanswered, me making multiple early payments thinking I did something wrong because I received an error saying I needed to pay past due balances, I do not have not have ever had a past due balance. I can’t use QuadPay anymore and no one has fixed the issue or even taken time to reply to one of my emails. Maybe I’ll get a reply now looking at the replies, since there’s no phone number to call.

I have sent three email requests to QuadPay Support regarding this issue and have received nothing but useless, automated replies. I returned the items in my QuadPay order to the merchant on July *** for a full refund. The merchant finalized the refund on July ***. I have confirmed this twice with the merchant.

I have not received any notification that a refund is being processed by QuadPay nor have I received any non-automated response from QuadPay. They are continuing to charge me for this order.

Why was my spending limit reduced to 77 dollars when I just had a spending limit of 427 couple minutes ago this is dumb I even just gave a payment and my balance went down it should be the other way around when giving payments on time just saying.

Terrible customer service! I have tried for days to get in contact with someone and still nothing!

If I could leave a 0 star review, I would. Quadpay effectively has NO customer service department. I placed an order to a merchant and a glitch in Quadpay's site resulted in Quadpay failing to relay a successful payment process to the merchant. However Quadpay continued to charge me for the order, despite the fact that there was no order confirmation (their website says the shopper will not be charged until confirmation is received). I have tried to contact customer service multiple times via email. There is no phone number, no opportunity to talk to an actual person. Every email response has been a form letter with a promise that someone will follow up shortly. Zero follow-up has been forthcoming.

They never reply back to your emails and there’s no phone number to call. I wasn’t able to log in to my app to make a payment and was very scared .

I’m a little disappointed yesterday it said I had 211.00 dollars available to spend TODAY, it’s saying I now only have 61.00!! I haven’t even bought anything other than one time 2 weeks ago. I only used 88.00 dollars of it. Yet for some reason I’m getting 4 payments of 23.00 taken out. Very very frustrating and scary. I immediately checked my bank account to make sure someone hasn’t used my card. How terrifying. I had high hopes for quadpay. No one has gotten back with me. I don’t see how I go from having 211 dollars available to 61.00 in a day without spending anything. Always on time with payments...

I have used quadpay before back in December of 2018, everything went fine. The first time using it they have made automatic payments for me to make the payments. Now I have had to use the app and press something that isn’t clear enough to where the average person would notice. I myself did not notice this. I have made it a point before to contact them for moths now and still no answers. I have used different accounts to contact them and no luck. The customer service is horrendous, I have emailed, Twitter Direct message, used Twitter comments, and Instagram. None of the platforms they offer has not responded to me. I have been trying to make my FIRST payment to them for my order and nothing has gone through. Their services have been down for a few days now. Using Their website yields me the same thing of “ try again later”. It is now July *** the day of my second payment and still no responses from them and I still can not make my first payment. I would either like to be contacted by them or have these payments removed Bc of this terrible customer service.

I have been trying to get in contact with a real person from QuadPay for days now. I continue to get the same automatic email response, and I have responded to hopefully get real customer support more than 5 times, but it has yet to happen. I returned my Jabra headphones over a week ago. The refund has been processed and sent by Walmart, I have already been through several of their customer support members and have had the refund verified. So why is it still not showing up on my quadpay account? I’m beginning to feel like I’m being scammed, I don’t appreciate this at all. Where is my money and where are all the people that work for Quadpay? Why has it been a week and I’ve gotten no response from any real person?

I’ve been trying to reach QuadPay in regards to an order that was returned two weeks ago. My account has still been being devoted for this purchase. I’ve sent emails but have gotten no response.

I exchanged one a product I purchased at *** using Quadpay and almost a month later I still have not received the credit. I have contacted Quadpay numerous times but I just keep getting an automated email saying the same thing over and over. I've contacted *** and they tell me the refund has been processed on their end. I am so frustrated because there is no other way to get in contact with them other than email.

If you are purchasing a product and would like installment payments, and such product will not need to be returned, such product will not be on backorder, such product will not have processing issues, and/or such product will be delivered with no issue, this company is for you. If there is a possibility, which there is when it comes to online shopping, that you order may need to be returned or canceled due to wrong size, backorder, or any other problems, DO NOT USE QUADPAY.
I purchased a pair of shoes on June 6, 2019 and after purchasing, was notified the item was on backorder and would not arrive for 6-8 weeks. I immediately canceled my order and decided to order a different color. This order was NEVER processed, NEVER shipped, and NEVER needed to be returned as I NEVER received it. Quadpay canceled all of my future payments but did not refund the initial installment payment. It has been OVER A MONTH and I have sent countless e-mails and have only received the same automated response from a "member of their team" stating that I need to contact the merchant for my refund.
Again, this was unnecessary as I did not need a refund from the merchant as the order was immediately canceled. On June 26, 2019, I did contact the merchant and was told the order was canceled that same day and they would reach out to Quadpay on my behalf as to assist with the refund of my initial installment payment. Today, July 13, 2019, and still no refund.
Quadpay has not responded to any of my e-mails in over two weeks which is not surprising, it is not as though actual human beings have even read any of my e-mails as again, each response to my inquiries have been automated and word for word the same, completely disregarding my concerns.
I am unsure if I am will ever receive my refund and I am beginning to believe this company does not actually have a customer service department. Again, if you confidentaly believe that your order will have no issues and you will not require a refund, then sure, go ahead, use this ridiculous company. But take my word from it, you're better off throwing your money down a sewer drain than giving it to these "people."
