I wouldn't know how to review Quadpay at this point. I haven't actually gotten to use it. Apparently there was an issue with my account so, I contacted Quadpay support. I think there may be about 2 or 3 people working support. I have sent about 20 different emails to just get there attention. I got this as an early response,

I answered the questions and got nothing since then...

I have been a quadpay user for a few months now and haven’t had any issues until last week. I was trying to make a purchase online when my quadpay card was declined. I checked my accounts and called my bank to make sure there was nothin wrong on my end, and found out that every time I tried to make a purchase, quadpay would reverse it. I’ve sent three emails with no response as to why this is happening and it is really frustrating. I need someone to respond to my emails!!!!!! I feel as though they don’t really care about their customers experience!!

No customer service, No response to emails even the phone number the Revdex.com has listed is disconnected. I you have a problem with them good luck trying to get help

I have been using this service for a while now and no problems up until lately. I tried to make a purchase on *** and *** using my Quadpay account and every time I tried to complete my purchase, it said that the card had been declined. However, my account shows that the money was deducted from my balance. I called my bank to make sure that there was nothing weird going on with my account and they told me that they would approve the purchase but Quadpay would reverse that approval. I sent an email to their customer support and they said it would take 24 hours to hear back. 24 hours went by and I did get a response from anyone so I sent another email and still have not gotten a response. I want to know why this is happening and if I will be able to continue using this company.

If you are a merchant, stay away from this company!!!!
A company that changes their terms on you when you haven't even hit a month working with them isn't a company you should be working with!!
When I applied, I clearly stated that I'm a seller of wigs.
Within a month, after getting several sales, they send me an email telling me that effect July 3rd, rate for Beauty stores will change from 7% to 27%!! Are you kidding me?
So we should basically be working for you and give you all our profit?
You guys are a joke!! Totally unreliable and a complete waste of time!

I was trying to purchase some Hair Bundles through *** but I kept getting an error message telling me that I wasn’t able to make a purchase and that my balance that I have has to be paid before I order something else which is strange because I have NEVER purchased ANYTHING through Quadpay I sent TWO emails to them and I have yet to receive a reply to them any company that doesn’t even acknowledge their potential clients certainly will NEVER get any of MY MONEY.

One star is too much for this company. I bought 2pair of *** and returned one pair. In the mean time (2 weeks passed) I was charged 2 times by Quadpay which paid for my shoes. Then I have been getting notices that they are going to charge me again and again. The order is not been adjusted even though they contacted me 3 weeks ago now to confirm return and said adjustment has been made. I am not paying for something I do not have. This is a total rip off. There is no customer service number YOU CANNOT TALK TO ANYONE I have sent 10 e mails and got no reply. Today they are going to take money from me without my permission. I have paid for the *** in Full long ago. What can be done about this??!! FRUSTRATED.

Charged me for a product that was never ordered, when I tried to contact them there is no phone number listed anywhere so I put in a request online to have them call me back which they never did. The number found on this Revdex.com website is not valid.

I only see one order in our system from you which was placed in January 2019 and paid off in March.

Please reply to the email we just sent you with as much information as possible regarding the order. If you were charged without permission, please send a screenshot of your bank statement showing the QuadPay charge details and we'll be happy to look into the matter further.

I have received the response from the business, however; why is that I need to contact Revdex.com in order to have them reach out me . Proper protocol is for them to offer a customer service number in order to address my concerns. They only have an option for you to send them a request to be contacted in which they never contacted me.

Ebags canceled my order but QuadPay is still charging me.

I was issued a full refund by the merchant and had already paid 3 payments QuadPay only refunded me 2 of the payments and took $7 out of one of them. I have written to them twice with no response and will be speaking with my bank ASAP.

I tried to use quadpay on the ugg website to purchase my daughter and myself some fluff Sandals. I have never used quadpay ever and just signed up for the first time while trying to do this purchase. when I went to Payment’s and selected quadpay it denied me saying that I didn’t meet customer qualifications. How am I already denied and I never used it before? There needs to be some type of warning that you can get denied from this certain type of payment option. I am extremely distraught over this. My daughter was really looking forward to her shoes for her birthday and now she has to wait because I couldn’t use quadpay for what ever reason you all decided to deny me.

We were either unable to verify your identity or you did not pass our customer assessment guidelines. We don't currently share limits or information around our assessment process for security purposes. I have reached out to Quadpay three times by email. I used them to purchase a pair of uggs. Upon giving my credit card info, 3 days later it was compromised. I reached out to my bank and was issued a new card. I went into my account at Quadpay to update. They were the only ones who had my new card number. What do you know 3 days later, the card is compromised again! I had to close out all my bank accounts associated with my debit card because of Quadpay. Now, I am trying to reach out to them through email and they don’t respond!!

Terribly sorry to hear of this experience with your card.

It sounds like you may have some malicious software on your device that is reading your card information.

I highly recommend you check your device or have someone who knows how to identify malicious software do so, as it is incredibly likely that is where the card information is being stolen from. Any new card information entered on a compromised machine will likely get compromised immediately.

Some made a purchase using my information. It was fraud. So I contacted quad pay submitted a dispute to my bank to get my funds back into my account this was in December of 2018 my bank gave me a provisional credit until the issue was resolved so in February I received a letter from the merchant saying they would refund me and I had to cancel the dispute with my bank I did that and still have not received my money and it’s april they are giving me the run around. I have submitted bank statements and everything.

Our payment processor shows all of the charges were disputed and found in favor of the customer.We're reviewing again to determine if the funds were returned to us but it still appears as if the dispute was found in favor of the customer and funds were already returned to them as of February *** 2019 - every indication is that this is the case.

Screenshots submitted of our payment processor showing the customers' 5 disputed charges across 2 orders, as well as the messaging (consistent for each charge) that the dispute was resolved in favor of the customer and funds were not returned to us.

Upon our additional review, if we can determine the charges were not returned, we will be sure to return them ASAP. However at this time it appears the funds have already been reclaimed by the customers' bank.

The merchant Asked me to cancel My dispute via email so that I can receive my credit when I canceled my dispute I never received a credit so I have been going back and forth with the marching in regards to my phone so I have all of the emails for our communication with the merchant has asked me for bank statements I have provided them with bank statement that shows that the money was taken out of my account and then it was reversed back from the bank the provisional credit was Reverse back from the bank I have never received any funds from the merchant quad pay After receiving the bank statements they are now saying that they need to speak directly to the bank at this pointMy bank is saying that they are not allowed to get on the phone with a merchant or send a email of any kind that is against their policies but they are trying to see if they can get over those policies to reach out to Quavell to get this issue resolved because it has been going on for so long since December 2018.

I understand you are working with me but I don’t understand what’s taking so long I have provided bank statements and letters from my bank to show that my bank only issue a provisional credit then it was taken back because quad pay asked me to cancel my dispute so that I could receive my credit. So why is this taking so long you have all the documentation and information you requested to process my refund but you still have not processed anything.

I have been trying to add an additional card to my quadpay account and it won't let me
I got one email back from customer service and then nothing. I have worked hard to get my credit to where it is and don't need this to screw it up. They don't offer a phone number either. Very frustrated

There are many possible reasons why a card could not successfully be added, but the most likely are that the transaction was blocked by the card issuer, or that the card was not a supported card type.

We didn't hear back from our most recent message, but the best bet is to check with your card issuer and ensure the card isn't a prepaid or reloadable card.

I purchased a pair of boots and made all of my installments on time or even before time. I tried to make another purchase with the same company and same info and was denied. This was during Christmas and very frustrating. Up until recently I still can’t process an order through QuadPay. *** is a better company that also allows you to have more than one installment plan and has more stores to choose from.

We want to approve as many customers as possible but aren't always able to do so. Every time we can't approve someone it means we're turning down business, which doesn't feel great for us either!

I'm sorry to hear that yours is a case like this. As you're probably aware from our support articles, we approve each order independently at the time of checkout and are constantly updating our approvals process to approve more people.

Unfortunately we're not able to overturn the approval decision. However, I see your most recent attempt at an order was more than 6 weeks ago. You may consider trying again. However, sometimes we just can't offer approvals, and if that's the case for you, then we simply wish you all the best moving forward.

I was supposed to be accredited a partial refund of $26.62 but was charged for an installment payment including that amount. I contacted support for quad pay and was given information I was already aware of and that is of no help plus they still owe me the $26.62 but now are not responding. I would like a refund to my credit card for the $26.62 that is entitled to me and owed to me as soon as possible.

Use them to order from *** and the order has been paid in full tried to place another for less and it won’t let me.....really sucks how are you to build a rapport with company if it won’t let you

I made an online order using QuadPay, the third party payment processor.

My order did not make it from QuadPay's system to the Teva, the company I ordered a pair of shows from.

Now, QuadPay is not refunding my money, nor will they stop debiting my bank account.

I have contacted QuadPay customer support and they are not helping me resolve my issue. I feel taken advantage of.

I apologize for the poor experience you've had, we're a payment processor and we issue refunds automatically when we're notified by the merchant that an order has been cancelled or a refund issued.

I have received a letter from a debt collector indicating that I owe Quadpay $40. I have tried to contact them with no avail. I was on autopay so they took all their payments out. I have sent back the product to*** solutions and have yet to get reimbursed. It has been 4 months and they guarantee a 30 day money back return yet they haven’t returned my money. I would love for the Revdex.com to seriously look into this matter. *** seems like they are scamming money out of people.
I was forced to give a star so I gave them 1 but they don’t deserve any.

It appears that your order was refunded by the merchant, but they left off a 0, so only refunded 10% of the order total, instead of 100%.

That is very interesting but you never refunded my 10% of anything. I expect that I will be receiving the entire amount of $160.00. As for the $40 that you are trying to deduct for a payment that I do not owe you. It is very interesting how you manipulate things as to not reimburse the entire amount to someone who had no use for your product. Buyer beware. This company is very underhanded.

Hi there,
I'm sorry for your confusion with my reply.
We do not generally process refunds - the merchant must issue the refund. The refund request we received from the merchant to apply to your account was for $16 - clearly leaving a "0" off if they meant to refund the entire amount. That's why you never received any funds back, and were prompted to continue to keep paying - we apply refunds to the last installments first, so your last installment was simply reduced when the refund was applied.
As I stated we would, we processed the complete refund of the remaining $144 for your order on February 22, which may take up to 10 days to appear on your statement.
As a result, your 4th installment was cancelled and the $120 you had paid already will be returned to you, for a full refund of $160 against your order.
We appreciate your patience and apologize for any confusion.
