The response from Conair does not provide the information I requested: from whom can I purchase replacement electronic components?Conair's response is woefully inadequate; lacking contact information for a Conair representative to allow for direct resolution; and provides no details of the repair costs, unless Conair are offering to repair/replace the unit for free. Consumer purchased a "refurbished" unit which has been replaced 2X.  These units carry a 90 Day Warranty from Date of Purchase (2/18/17).  A third replacement has been ordered for the consumer.

Return postage for the appliance will be sent to the consumer.  When the appliance is returned a replacement unit will be sent to her.

We  will have a Customer Service Representative contact the consumer.

previously, I can always reconnect with you all to assist as necessary.  All along we had felt they were probably swamped with replacement requests, however, when nothing happens for ninety days the first time, and then over thirty days on the second follow-up we made, one has to wonder about the sincerety of the entity to resolve the acknowledged replacement of the defective part in its food processor.I do so appreciate your assistance.

Our Customer Service Division "waived" the return shipping however the blender was not replaced as the consumer refused to return the product.  The product must be evaluated by our Engineering Department and the returned product is part of our protocol.  We will forward return postage to...

the consumer.  When the subject blender is received a replacement will be sent to her.

This complaint was received by Conair Corporation on October 14, 2016.  As soon as it was received a telephone call was made to the consumer.  A message was left for him to return the call.  To date he has not responded.

A replacement blade will be sent within (7) days.

I am rejecting this response because:When the company twice refused to cover the cost of the third...

unit I purchased a competitor's product as a replacement instead of spending more money on the warranty processes for this one. Also, after researching these problems more, I believe the unit is unsafe and the company has communicated that they cannot tell me my new unit will not have these issues and I will not be in the same situation again in a few months. As such, this does not solve the long term problem for me.

Based on the information the consumer has provided, her hair dryer was manufactured June 6, 1992 making the dryer 24 years old!  If the consumer would like us to provide her with return postage so that we can confirm that date we will be happy to send it to her.  Please advise.

I have personally contacted Mr. [redacted] to discuss this matter.  We will be forwarding return postage to him to submit the Facial Steamer for our evaluation and replacement.  I have provided him with my contact information.

There is a rope heater in the unit that will maintain the temperature of the water.

Consumer does not advise her Model No. in her complaint.
