Consumer does not indicate what Conair product he is referring to.

Our records reflect that a replacement coffee maker was sent to [redacted] on 4/5/16. Customer Service waived the $10.00 return shipping fee. We are awaiting her return of the broken appliance.

Our records reflect that this consumer was sent a replacement unit in July of 2016.  We will send her return postage to return her current unit for a replacement.

I am rejecting this response because: the advertised service of refill of the cartridge was false. I relied on the advertising...

in good faith. The company changed their protocol at great expense to their consumers. The machine is useless work the CO2.  The cost they now want is prohibitive and not according to the advertising on the box and cartridge. I want refilled cartridges as advertised or a refund of the purchase price of the original product and the extra cartridge I purchased.

Cuisinart is doing everything they can to fill the replacement orders as soon as replacement blades are received from the manufacturer.

A return shipping label will be sent to the consumer along with the request that he forward the unit and a copy of the purchase receipt.  When these items have been received a refund check will be ordered and sent to the consumer.

Please advise the consumer that the returned product was only recently received and a refund check has been ordered from our Finance Department.  When it is received it will be sent directly to the consumer.

A replacement blade will be sent by [redacted] to the consumer.

A replacement blade will be sent within seven (7) days.

company's ability and/or willingness to live up to this commitment insofar as they have thus far failed to live up to any commitment they have made to me.I am happy to give Cuisinart/Conair the benefit of the doubt. That said,as today is the 3rd of July, I have not received the replacement blade by the 14th ( allowing them extra time because of the holiday), I will re initiate this complaint.[redacted] very much for your help and causing what I hope will be an expeditious resolution of this problem.

I did receive Mail concerning my situation with there product. They said as stated about a recipt I have no recipe as it was six months ago. This problem with this unit will happen again as I do find it hard to believe this problem was just my insodent. They do not want to work with because no recip. I will take this to my next step. I made contact with my laser [redacted] of [redacted]. I am sorry this has had to come to this.
