I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meHowever, until I actually receive the products I ordered, I cannot claim total satisfaction regarding this matter I hope this issue is indeed resolved and the company will improve their mode of operation in the futureI would not have resorted to contacting the Revdex.com (something I have never done before) had I received a simple response to my previous inquiriesI am hoping the quality of my order will be more satisfactory than the service I receivedI had planned to order several other products but will hold out until I see positive reviews regarding improvement in customer serviceI will certainly complete a review once I receive my order regarding the quality of my orderI am anticipating it will be a positive one

I am rejecting this response because:
If you read what I stated my frustration was more at the ga t no one had responded to any of my emails in regards to the order I wanted to ensure it was properly personalized and just wanted a simple time frame from an actual personIt was a super quick response from here however you still never responded to me emailsI did not too much care if I received my gift a week or so late but after getting no response and then an immediate response from this what was so hard about just replying to my emails I had to go this far to even get a person from the company to talk to meI am not satisfied with just receiving the $because since the groupon is over days old groupon is only offering me a credit not a refund of my money and I will not be using groupon after this experienceI will only be satisfied with a refund of my $and $or having my gift sent at no shipping charge at this pointIf you can't fufill orders in a timely manner it needs to be made more obvious you need to give people an estimated time and you probably need to add some seasonal help.

I am rejecting this response because: 'Handling' - are you kidding me? they were not even individually wrapped - it seems that this is a standard response for them as many have complained about exorbitant costs before.Completely unacceptableIt may have been slightly better if the box were shipped via for UPS instead of the cheapest way possibleSo say the shipping was $- that would be a 'handling fee' of $per board - more than the cost of the product! does that really make sense to you!!??https://www.entrepreneur.com/slideshow/300361#4This article is very true - if you charge too much you risk not seeing a customer again and bad reviews - is it worth overcharging in the long run?

***, The reason why we were able to respond to your Revdex.com complaint so fast, but not the emails is because one of my main priorities is the Revdex.comWe receive a lot less complaints/emails from Revdex.com than we do our support emailWe currently have employees who are working on responding to emails sent to our support emailAnd we are working on getting more, to get this accomplished soonerIt's not that we were ignoring your email, but rather we literally didn't have the capability to answer it as soon as anyone would have liked
