I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However, nowhere in my complaint or in either of my two emails to American Laser Crafts Customer Service did I state that I expected the order to arrive by Christmas. I am well aware that orders placed after 12/were not guaranteed to arrive by Christmas, but thank you, Brian, for pointing that out to me anyway. The reason I filed a complaint is because the two emails I sent to your Customer Service department went unanswered, there is no working phone number for your company, and there is an abundance of negative reviews/scam warnings on Yelp. I find it very telling that it is only after two emails and a complaint with the Revdex.com that you now respond to my inquiry. I am all for having patience, especially during the busy holiday season, but the fact that there was no communication whatsoever on your end beyond an automatically generated order confirmation email is unacceptable and unprofessional. Clearly integrity is not part of your company's mission statement, and I will not be doing business with you folks again in the future

Hello, The email we sent is an automated email, we don't monitor those in any wayIt automatically populates the information in the emailBecause of that We did not know it would not arrive in time for ChristmasI'm sorry, but there isn't anything else we can do for youWe refunded you the money we received, and you will still be receiving your itemsWe can't contact Groupon on your behalf, as they won't do anything if we askWe have tried in the past, and every single time they tell us to have the customer contact hemIf you want a refund from them you will have to email them

I am rejecting this response because: Like I said not fairHow come on another complaint you agreed to send them their personalized items at overnight shipping and reimburse them but won't offer that to me as well? I placed my order WAY before they did and I can't be offered the same thing that they were? I don't see that to be fairI will write public reviews of your company on every site that I can find possible if this issue if not resolved in a mutual agreement
