Hello ***,I'm sorry about the long delay in your order getting sent to youWe have fallen behind due to the massive (unexpected) amount of orders we receivedYour orders will ship by the end of tomorrowAs for the live chat being taken down, it was a decision we made due to the fact that we have so many emails in our inbox that we felt customers that went to our chat were essentially "skipping" the line and we don't want to be unfair to those that are waiting for a response to their emailThis also gives us more time to respond to emails and since we have turned it off we have been able to reply to a lot more emails fasterWe are only trying to do what is best for the customersIf you have any other questions you can contact me at kent.o' [redacted] @qualtry.com Thanks!

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The fact that this company did not deliver the merchandise as promised, by Christmas, and thinks it's ok that I received the merchandise on 12/28/is not acceptable to meI would like my shipping fees refunded, and here's why: 1) Your website stated 10-days shipment confirmation from time of purchaseYou did not ship my items until days after the date of purchase (12/4/15) 2) Thinking that the USPS would deliver within three days across country when sent on 12/21, probably the busiest time of the year, is a mistake on your end The shipments were accepted after 4pm on 12/21/(per the USPS tracking statements) and from 12/it took FIVE days to get Atlanta alone, then two more days to get to my home It is American Laser Crafts' error with the USPS that the merchandise didn't arrive on time, not mine 3) I don't think I should have to pay for the shipping on this merchandise because not only did I not get the merchandise on time, as promised, when I ordered it prior to the company's Christmas deadline of 12/8/15, but I now have to pay to ship the hot pads that I just received early evening on 12/28/because the people that were here for Christmas have all now returned to their homes in other statesAnd I have to go to the trouble of going out of my way to get to the post office and getting them shipped as well Again, this is ALC's error - not mine, they need to take this up w/the USPS and make the customer whole This company clearly had issues getting their orders filled and delivered as promised during the holiday season (you can see the other complaints on the Revdex.com) but the customer should not be the one that suffers from their inadequaciesThe fact that they made no effort to communicate with the customer (I still never received one response from this company after sending two emails to them and this is the first response from them now after filing a Revdex.com claim and the merchandise finally being delivered) You can even see on Yelp, that this company has horrible reviews for customer service and delivery issues Look at one comment below about trying to find a phone number: FYI, I tracked down a phone number for American Laser Crafts, ###-###-####, and received an automated response that they currently do not have a phone systemI am not sure of a legitimate business that does not have a phone system Yelp link: [redacted] Sincerely, [redacted] Read More Customer Complaints: > >> $(function () { $('.complaint-block a[data-toggle=collapse]').click(function () { $(this).text($(this).text() == $(this).attr('data-close-text') ? $(this).attr('data-open-text') : $(this).attr('data-close-text')); }); $('.complaint-block .collapse').collapse({ toggle: }); $.each($('.complaint-block a[data-toggle=collapse]'), function (index, value) { $(value).text($(value).attr('data-close-text')); }) });

Hello [redacted] ,Thanks so much for your email. I apologize that the board you received was the incorrect style. I am more than happy to rush you out a replacement that will arrive before Christmas. You will receive a separate email with a new tracking number from us momentarily. No need to return the... board that is the incorrect design. You are welcome to give it as a backup if the receiver would like 2 :). Please allow 1-2 days before you will see tracking updates but once it ships it will arrive within 2 business days from that date, but definitely before Christmas.
