I am rejecting this response because:Your company is not addressing the issueI will not return the items and spend even more money on shipping costs that you won't refund. I received the hats and I am not asking for a refund on the productI requested the return of shipping costs considering your company has not provided any other resolution to make this right besides an apology (which I received AFTER contacting the Revdex.com)It appears this is all the patience I have for this and pursuing it further would only cost more money than what I'm asking back. So, touché QualtryI don't know how you can stay in business with such terrible practices and ethics but I suppose it's is like me continuing to order! Believe me, I will exercise my rights as a consumer and will be reviewing you in and on every medium I can find. I assure you, they will not be positiveThanks for nothing!

Hello ***,Thanks for your emailThe shipping notice is actually on every single page of our web site - including the landing page you were taken to to place your orderIt is in a big red box right at the top of the pageI apologize if you did not see itWe have tried to make it is clear as possible when our cutoff day for the Christmas season was this yearYour items are in production (which means they've been sent to our personalization machines) and are just awaiting their turn to go onI anticipate that they will be going on today or tomorrow but since it is Christmas they won't be able to ship until next week since we give our employees Christmas offYou will receive a separate email with the tracking number as soon as they ship which will be next week.Thanks!
