I am rejecting this response because: I received messages, however the issue is not resolved. I re-stated that I never put my email and phone in the data entry fields for the luggage tags for my team. If there was ever a question the Qualtry team should have reached out to me. I put my name and email as the contact for the order not to be physically placed on everyone's luggage tag. I assure you my team doesn't want my personal cell and email on their luggage tag. I have asked for this to be corrected and have not received a response.

Hello, I'm really sorry about the delay in your orderwe did have posted on our website that it would take 10-business days to have an order shipped, and we honestly did believe that it was possible and for 99% of our customers it was possibleI'm really sorry that you were part of the 1%
that didn't get your order on timeI don't know who told you it would be delivered on January 7th, as was stated in the email sent to you it was shipped out on the 27th and was shipped under priority mailUSPS shows that both of the orders were delivered on the 31stOnce again I'm sorry that your order didn't arrive on time for ChristmasIf you haven't already shipped them out to your family members please email me at kent.o'***@qualtry.com and we can talk about how we can help you get them shipped to the correct destination

Hello, I'm sorry you didn't have a good experience with our company, and I'm sorry about the delay in your orderWe did not know a month ago that we wouldn't reach the deadline, we thought we could get every item out in time to arrive for ChristmasYour order was shipped via USPS Priority two
day mailThat isn't slow mail, since it was shipped on the 21st, it should have arrive on the 23rdI'm sorry that the post office isn't being as fast as we would all like them to, however we have absolutely no control over how fast it ships once it shipsWe had no idea that priority day mail would take longer than daysThere isn't any way for us to be able to foresee thatI have refunded you what we have received, however if you want a full refund you will need to contact grouponI hope you have a Merry Christmas!
