ordered or for you to let us know which one item you did want us to ship if you don't have additional codes. Groupon would have sent you all of the additional codes needed to complete your order. I am rejecting this response because:Kent O'[redacted] you are scamming me and trying to make yourself and your business appear to be on the up and up, you are not. I responded to your email and I also sent copies of my email to you in my last response to this complaint. So, go back to the previous responses and stop wasting my time. Again, I do not want your cheap, disgusting product, either credit me the money I requested or state in this complaint form that you are not going to do that. Its your choice, either one you have to live with just get it done asap.

Right now your product will still ship out (free of charge) and I can guarantee that it will arrive before Christmas as stated on our web site, but I can't guarantee it will arrive early enough for you to ship it to someone else before Christmas. Our system should have notified you, but it sounds like you did not receive that notification. We received over 100,000 orders over the holiday period and...

only 200 did not make it out in time for the Christmas holiday (yours being one of them). Unfortunately those 200 customers have made it known! We're working as quickly as we can to get those customers taken care of (including you) and you will receive your $5 bottle opener within the next week. We have never once sold an item that never delivered, and have only a handful that are being delivered late. Our staff and production facility work 24 hours a day (literally) and have a 99.8% successful on-time delivery rate. We're working hard to get that up to 100%.
