The time in transit from the time it leaves our warehouse is 3 days (Sunday excluded) So, if it ships by Friday you will have your order by Tuesday. I am rejecting this response because: Please send my items. After I had sent in this complaint - which it is ludicrous that it took that much for me to even get a response from your company - I received three emails saying that my order was being processed. You are not being clear at all in your messages at what you are offering as a resolution? I have already received my shipping refund and was told my items would be here before Christmas and they still have not arrived and they would need to be here by tomorrow. So if I do not receive the items by tomorrow your company is falsely advertising. If you do not want to make this right by sending me my items at no cost now and if they do not arrive before Christmas I am reporting your company for false advertising. I cannot believe the struggles you have put your customers through. Never again!

Hello [redacted],Thank you for your email. We have reached out to you, whether you choose to believe that or not it is completely up to you. You have refused to provide us the other codes required for 5 hot pads. You have provided 1 ([redacted]) and that is it. All we ask is that you provide the other codes that Groupon would have given you if you had purchased them. This is what every other customer is required to do to redeem a code. As you indicated you are trying to protect yourself as a consumer, we are trying to protect ourselves as a business from being taken advantage of. We have decided to completely cancel your order and refund what you have paid us. You can contact Groupon as well and they can refund you for what you have paid them. If you choose to actually provide us the codes from Groupon we would be happy to reinstate your order, but as of now it is being cancelled.Thank you,Brian

I am rejecting this response because:In the response from Brad K[redacted], he mentioned they had tried to "reach me several times" - this is a flat out fabrication.   First of all, my emails have all been responded to via their auto-response system - so they have my correct email, and it has been coming into my regular inbox.   I have also provided my phone number with each email response (a cell phone I have on me 24/7 for work), and they have never called.   Just to be sure, I checked my spam folder, and there were NO emails or correspondence from American Laser Crafts.    I have also tried again to call the company, but they "do not have a phone system set up" per their recorded message - and the only way to reach them is by email.....and they do not respond via email.   In regards to the groupon codes, I purchased 3 groupons - 2 for 1 hot pad, and 1 for 3 hot pads (for a total of 5).   Each of these codes were entered when I placed my order, and as my order was placed, and the codes entered, the amount of the purchase was taken off....indicating they were accurate codes.This company has done NOTHING to resolve this issue.....please help to get this resolved.   This company should not be allowed to do business.....they have literally stolen money from me by not fulfilling the product orders I paid for....as well as charging me shipping on an order they never fulfilled or shipped.    This is fraudulent activity and something needs to be done to protect the consumer from companies such as this.
