Although I see this response to other people's complaints, I wonder if they ever received their items??? I contacted the person on the email, I guess I will wait a few days to see what happens. If nothing, I will get in contact with you guys again. It seems this is the only way to get a response from this company.

I would like to add that although I did receive the item on 12/12/15, it was received 22 days after it was ordered, not within the 10-14 day window stated with the order confirmation. It was not a back-ordered item. It is also very poor quality. My husband will re-sand the item and put a smooth finish on the product. Currently one side is very rough to the feel. When we shipped your order out we were assured by the USPS that they would be delivered before Christmas, and we have had several other customers that arrived 1 day late as well. During November and December we...

processed over 100,000 orders and only 200 were not delivered on time. For us, that is a 99.8% success rate, but I realize for you that is a 100% failure rate for your order which does not make us happy at all. Our goal is 100% satisfaction. In addition, we don't stain our products at all. They all come in their natural wood color so I am concerned that you said there were problems with stain on your order - because we don't stain anything. I am wondering if these either got wet or damaged in the postal system? Please email me directly a photo of these boards so we can determine what went wrong and at that point I am more than willing to give you a refund for your shipping costs. To be refunded for the actual product, you have to go through the source that you purchased the voucher through as they are the ones that collected your money for that portion. I am rejecting this response because: only 3 of my 7 items were made/shipped.  I am still waiting on 4 more, which I have been told will be delivered.  However, I am rejecting this until I actually have my complete order.  Due to my history with this company, my trust has been lost.  They have not made any attempt to make anything right until I contacted the Revdex.com.  And, only then to partially fulfill my order from December 4, 2015, which was promised to be delivered by December 24, 2015.  Nothing arrived until January 6, 2016, and it was less than half the items I ordered.

It has been our #1 goal to make sure all orders placed by our cutoff date of December 8th are delivered in time for Christmas, so in turn we have had some of our customer service employees focused on shipping hence the reason we have not been as responsive at getting back to you. We felt it was more important to get packages to our customers before Christmas. In addition we have brought in 100 additional employees to ensure that this happens. I am rejecting this response because: I asked that they refund my shipping AND send my item by Christmas - it still says my items is UNFULFILLED. I do not want it cancelled unless you can FULLY REFUND me the cost that I paid to groupon as well because Groupon cannot refund me in anything other then Groupon money to spend at groupon and that just isnt right. I would like my items or a refund of $5 + tax per item as well as the shipping because that is what I had to pay to Groupon. Otherwise if you are unable to do that, I would take the item itself here before Christmas. Looking forward to your response.
