Review: On 08/27/2013 I attempted to place an order with QVC. When I learned of the additional charges added, I cancelled the order before the initial phone call ended. As of 09/03/2013, QVC still has a hold on my account.Desired Settlement: Change their procedures/computer system. The customer should be told the total amount of the order before any charges are submitted. Any charges should be cancelled immediately when order is cancelled during initial contact.

my account is separate from my mothers and should not affect me. The fact that we live at the same address has nothing to do with it. What QVC is doing to me, is discriminating against me.

Review: My issue is that customer service [redacted] lied about where item was deliver to although I had give the correct address she continue to lied about where item deliver .until I asked her for a tracking number and track item delivery information myself and was told by USP this item delivered to the wrong and no longer there and was probably stolen..This item was of a very sentimental piece of jewelry to me, and feel no compassion was shown calls were avoided management never tried to contact me and only when I threaten to file decide to sentence check for what I paid for ring a few years ago.never tried offer a gift card or to offer something comparable just a this is it kind of attitude,pretty much tried to blame me and U P S for their mixup I expect and will accept That this be a gift of a gift card but would prefer a comparable ring given on QVC behalf with apology for causing hurt and disgust behavior as multi million day company.Desired Settlement: A gift from QVC that is a comparable ring to the one they never got back to me and a refund for the money I paid to send this item for repair which was a signature request which about $11.00 .

**. [redacted] sent her DMQ ring purchased on order [redacted] to QVC to have a missing stone replaced. She notified QVC she had not received the returned shipment. QVC researched the missing package and discovered it actually was shipped to our customer’s previous residence and delivered on June 4, 2013 to [redacted]. QVC records indicated when speaking with a QVC representative **. [redacted] mentioned she was not sure if she had changed the billing address on the Proof of Purchase returned with her ring, asking QVC to ship the item to the new address.

QVC is unable to replace the ring and due to our customer advising us the Credit Card originally used for this purchase is no longer valid, a refund check was issued in the full amount of the purchase price of $73.53 and mail to our customer on 6/20/13.

We are sorry to disappoint **. [redacted] and unable to honor our customer’s additional requests of a $50.00 Gift Card or another ring in addition to the refund that was issued.

I am rejecting this response because:this is a lie regarding my saying I was not sure of new address I sent a note with new address and have received package from qvc since my new address ,I was lied to by qvc customer service who stated the item was mailed to my new address and only when I researched found out item was mailed out to old address ,if my new address was never goven by me why and how did customer state to me that the ring was mailed to new address which clearly show my new address was in the system.I refuse to allow this type of business practice.I will continue this issue until a resolution is made on customer behalf,due to QVC neglect to shown any blame for their lack of honestly of a clear mistake on their business.

Review: WE ORDERED A ZUMBA SET, FIRST ONE WAS NEVER RECIEVED THEY SENT A 2ND ZUMBA OUT AND IT NEVER CAME BEFORE WE MOVED, QVC REFUNDED US. WE NEVER RECIEVED ANYTHING IN THE FORM OF A ZUMBA SET. Review: My order #[redacted] was place October 31 2012, for two [redacted] 70b tablets that have been nothing but problems. I returned to [redacted] per QVC after I asked about a refund. [redacted] had them since mid November 2012 and finally sent replacements on February 2013. Those units two although new are defective with exact same problem. Called qvc and all they tell me is to try to get archos to refund the item as they will not accept a return. This is bs you sold a defective product and I haven't even had it 30 days and you still expect me to finish paying the easy payments for an item that is broke? I think not! This needs to be resolved or I will have no choice but to follow up with legal recourse. [redacted] tells me if I want to return tens they must go back to you!Desired Settlement: I want to return these pos tablets you sold and get what I have paid so far back.

Review: I purchased a [redacted] 40LM on 6/2//12 from QVC for $133.80 with lifetime maps, to replace an older model that did not have life time maps, since these run $50.00 or more and was the selling point QVC used to sell this product. It stopped working on 1/9/2014 after arriving at destination and returning to car to go back home it would not come on. Have contact QVC and they say they can not help and have contacted [redacted] and website that states download(per website) a fix for this problem. However this does not work. They are aware that a problem exists or they would not have a download to fix problem,Desired Settlement: Replacement for [redacted] GPS with life time maps.

Review: I ordered a Sa**ung Galaxy Rush Boost Mobile phone on 9-30-13 on QVC which came with phone case, car charger, head phones, and wall charger. I did not recieve the car charger or the headphones with the phone and when I realized it on 10-2-13 I called QVC to let them know and I was told they would send them out to me with no problem. Today 10-11-13 I called and spoke with [redacted] because I still have not recieved the ite** that I paid for and she stated a letter went out on 10-9-13 that I will not recieve the ite** and could not give me a reason why and stated I can send the phone back. I told [redacted] that I did not want to do that I just wanted the ite** I paid for and that I have been using the phone. I did not recieve any letter stating that I was not recieving what I had paid for. I have been waiting for the ite** I have paid for which was a total of 114.12. It will be of great inconvenience if I were to send the phone back, I would like my car charger and the head phones that were suppose to come with the phone I paid for or I would like my money back so I can go and buy me another phone somewhere else.Desired Settlement: I would like my ite** that I paid for. I was buying this phone because of the ite** that came with it and it did not come with the headphones or the car charger. I want the car charger and the head phones or I want my money back and I can go somewhere else to buy another phone. I do not want to have to send the phone back just to recieve the ite** I already paid for.

Review: I have used QVC numerous times to purchase ite**. All of a sudden, my account was suspended. When I contacted them, I found out they penalized me because of another account at the same address. I live in an apartment building where my sister also lives and owes QVC money. They said because of the same address and last name, we are essentially "linked". I live in apartment * and she lives in another apartment. They basically refuse to understand the living arrangements at the building.Desired Settlement: I wish for my account to be unsuspended as well as the others at the address who do not owe QVC any money.

QVC regrets the concerns that our customer has regarding the status of his account. Our finance department has linked his Q Member account with an account that has a debt with QVC at the same address. When there is an associated account that has a debt, all of Ihe accounts remain closed until the debt is paid in lull. We will not be reopening his account until the debt is paid in full.
