Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute Firstly, at the time of the first purchase your employee did not warn us that sale is final and rule on receipt appears AFTER purchase is made so it has no sense Secondly, next day we were back to store to return first purchase and to buy something else, but attempt to return or to EXCHANGE radioshack branded item also was declined by your employeeYou may check attached receipt imagesIf we were allowed to do EXCHANGE this dispute would not happened Thirdly, if Radioshack company does not follow the rules it created, then it should at least respect its customers Regards, [redacted]

We do apologize, however, at this time RadioShack has filed bankruptcy and procedures has changed. RadioShack no longer carry parts, have a repair department, not able to assist in returns/refunds and do not have the capabilities of issue copy of past receipts. Please see... the below information. Effective March 2, 2017, all sales are final and returns are no longer accepted. This information is printed on your receipt and is posted within the stores. This is the RadioShack’s policy, therefore, no product return issues (may it be exchanges or returns) will be escalated further. Items purchased before March 2017, should be forwarded to the manufacture for warranty issues. If the manufacture is RadioShack, there is no longer a warranty. All purchases are “AS IS” and without any RadioShack warranty, regardless of any warranty paperwork included with a product or any information on the receipt, including the back, or posted on signs in the store. Most national brand products come’s with a manufacturer’s warranty and for issues with those products you will need to contact the manufacture directly. Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute After reading the reply and looking back on my experience, I am still left dissatisfied.First of all, when the Radio Shack "contact us" link finally decided to work, I wrote to them and asked they put me in touch with an actual human being so I could talk out my problem about how they short shipped meTo this day 12/16, I have not received a single call from themI received the part they had forgotten to include the first time, so obviously someone looked into my problemAlthough the reply from Radio Shack was cordial enough, it is still dissatisfyingI wasted so much of my time trying to reach a person to speak with from Radio Shack onlineThe least they could have done was put me in contact with an actual personAll I wanted was decent customer serviceFor someone to talk with me about their screw up instead of them avoiding me and just sending me generic minimal info emails (one was an "order confirmation" and the second email just had tracking) Regards, [redacted] ***

Sorry, for some reason we did not receive the first complaint.The customer has placed orders with us The first order was in the summer of last year This order was mailed to the customer and he did receive it, however, the customer contacted us to say "Hi, I got my package today with a slight issueThe box was emptyI found a dead mouse inside the box that bit his way throughThe product appeared to fall out of the box via this holeI am requesting a full refund"We did refund the customer on this first order Customer placed his second order with us in December This order shows as being delivered by [redacted] on December at 4:PM.Tracking number [redacted] Customer emailed us on January 2, stating:"Never got my order [redacted] Would like a refund" After corresponding with the customer he stated he would contact [redacted] for a refund Once a customer states they will get with [redacted] , we usually do nothing and allow [redacted] to handle the issue [redacted] refuse to refund the customer since there was a tracking information showing delivered At this point, we will contact [redacted] to see if there are any additional information on the package and will make our determination from there I will follow up with you on the ending resultThank youRadioShack
