I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute.
Firstly, at the time of the first purchase your employee did not warn us that sale is final and rule on receipt appears AFTER purchase is made so it has no sense.
Secondly, next day we were back to store to return first purchase and to buy something else, but attempt to return or to EXCHANGE radioshack branded item also was declined by your employee. You may check attached receipt images. If we were allowed to do EXCHANGE this dispute would not happened.
Thirdly, if Radioshack company does not follow the rules it created, then it should at least respect its customers.

to properly address the claim already. Nonetheless, the Radio Shack store's address was [redacted], and the phone was initially dropped off on March 14, 2015. -There is no receipt for this transaction, as payment was to be made at the end of the repairs. I have emails exchanged with the Radio Shack technician regarding the repairs which I would be happy to share.-I have provided my contact information already to the Revdex.com, and would be happy to discuss this with the company's Revdex.com liaison directly.

Unfortunately, RadioShack has no control over wireless phone numbers.  Phone numbers are controlled by the carriers and porting numbers from one carrier to another is never a guarantee.  We advise all RadioShack’s customers of this information on each transaction.  As a courtesy we contacted Boost Mobile and we were again advised, once a number is removed it is gone and unable to be retrieve  and that RadioShack has no control over phone numbers.

and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  with the provision that I have ALREADY filed a request for refund to the company which they refused due to receipt issue.The receipt and the box and the toy not matching is secondary to some error made by the company as I NEVER HAD 2 red drones. - and don't now blue - broken, gray - broken, red - with son in Ft. Worth.

We do apologize, however, at this time RadioShack has filed bankruptcy and procedures has changed.  RadioShack no longer carry parts, have a  repair department, not able to assist in  returns/refunds and do not have the capabilities of issue copy of past receipts.  Please see...

the below  information.   Effective March 2, 2017, all sales are final and returns are no longer accepted.  This information is printed on your receipt and is posted within the stores. Sorry, for some reason we did not receive the first complaint.The customer has placed 2 orders with us.  The first order was in the summer of last year.  This order was mailed to the customer and he did receive it, however, the customer contacted us to say "Hi, I got my package today.....

with a slight issue. The box was empty. I found a dead mouse inside the box that bit his way through. The product appeared to fall out of the box via this hole. I am requesting a full refund". We did refund the customer on this first order.  Customer placed his second order with us in December 2017.  This order shows as being delivered by [redacted] on December 30 at 4:21 PM.Tracking number[redacted]Customer emailed us on January 2, 2018 stating:"Never got my order [redacted].  Would like a refund".  After corresponding with the customer he stated he would contact [redacted] for a refund.  Once a customer states they will get with [redacted], we usually do nothing and allow [redacted] to handle the issue.  [redacted] refuse to refund the customer since there was a tracking information showing delivered.  At this point, we will contact [redacted] to see if there are any additional information on the package and will make our determination from there.  I will follow up with you on the ending result. Thank youRadioShack
