Hi, I was not sure how to send four pieces of additionally requested information so I will send this email as well as try to reply to the online form.  This is in reference to Complaint ID [redacted], for [redacted].  [redacted] does not have an email and he has authorized me to make this reply.  I appreciate the offer to return my money and replace the charger.   That sounds fair enough for the inconvenience.  My schedule is really tight, so I am not positive when and which location I will go to.    I will try to figure out where I will fit it in this weekend tomorrow.  Finally, after 4 emails someone gave a direct answer to my request of mailing in the return, but my second and biggest concern still hasn't been addressed,  how do I ensure my phone isn't damaged?

I read your response and just because you highlighted that does not change the fact that I had spoken to an employee that still works for you now and was assured several times that I would be reimbursed and still have not done so. You're giving me the run around and have not anywhere near satisfactorily done anything. I contacted your company as soon as there was a mistake and was told that I would be helped and now I am being told to go through another channel only once your previous employee would no longer assist me and only now that I have gone through the Revdex.com am I even being given a response. I'm not asking for an outstanding sum. I only want what your company failed to refund and if you'd like I can send the email corespondence which started last May I believe and ended in October from an employee you still have working for you.

The receipt is kind of faded at this point and the store number is faded but it looks like its [redacted] He asked for the reciept number which I assume is the ticket number which is the only 6 digit number I can make out as [redacted]. My card number ended in [redacted] the transaction number is [redacted] and the authorization number is [redacted]. The original transaction date I believe was the 3rd of February 2015. If anything else is needed please let me know.
