the amplifier was purchased at radioshack in *** *** key mall in *** **i do not have the recipt because the employees never gave it back to me and were rude the entire timenot to mention they obviously do not know their products they sell

This is completely unacceptableI have dealt with someone from Radio Shack for months and they assured me that I would be refunded my payment and I still have the emails and have kept the correspondence with Ana Contrares who is working through Radio Shack and she assured me that I would receive my refund and now they are claiming that nothing can be done and to contact a third party

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my disputeI really dont want to now feel patronized by upper management in ref to my complaint, *** *** obviously isnt reading my complaint, and its becoming clear why the mgmt in that DHS location is so horrible in customer service...1st let me say this you know when your being heard due to the response..2, my phone WASNT defective and that was my point! It took a person working for Sprint to take my phone from my hand after asking what can she do to assist me, because she wanted me leaving feeling good about my experience (this was NOT a employee frm Radio Shack, Radio Shack was the WORST at best, dismissing dialog in mid-sentence, I mean come on) The phone wasnt defective the associate from Spring simply was more knowledgeable than ur RUDE< UNPROFFESSIONAL

I have a medical condition of which she sparked, way too much effort on my part was put into just deal with her disposition full of rudeness, ignorance in knowledge to what she was saying, how she was saying it, dismissive n a manner while n midst of my sentence she asked to assist someone else "u ready to pay for that sir!" while there were 2-other girls that could have done that, I felt totally unappreciated and felt invisible, when another company staff is observing and PROFESSIONALLY stepped to assist which I greatly appreciate, I actually was n the mist of taking something for what Ms.The Rudest ever of RadioShack had triggeredI shop there alot, thank goodness that was my first time ever seeing her, or meeting (with regret) her....the experience almost had me purchase another phone, it was just all bad I gave them the short and to the point as I could w/out writing a book of horror......I would like for them to show their support n good customer service by offering me a better experience on them which u would think I shouldnt have to ask for! A team is only a strong as its leader, leaves me to wander.....so Im expecting a invite to continue shopping pls accept this cert in the amount of 10.00- whatever...just as a kind gesture....customer service is being dismembered without effort, and its really sad so companies have to bare the responsibility (Corporate offices) of their untamed/untrained employees that I wouldnt allow to represent the dead!

I am rejecting this response because:The company pulled a classic bait and switchThe company's employee talked me into purchasing incorrect products by falsely claiming that they would work just as well as the products that I was looking forThis is not an ordinary, every day returnThis one is based on the company's claims, by way of their employee, who represents the company as their agent and sales personThe respondant can refund my $out of their own pocket for all I careBut, I will not accept a response from them denying responsibility and looking for a way out of making good on their bait and switch scamIn fact, this person's reply makes it sound even more like they were purposely pulling a scam by selling people things they didn't need under pretenses because they knew ahead of time that they were going to be getting bankruptcy protection, so they decided to pull one more great big scam beforehand, knowing that they'd be protected from itHowever, they are going to find that when they do this sort of thing, bankruptcy protection does not protect them in the case of a bait and switch scamI'm attaching a photo of the receipt, which does not say returns are not accepted, as the respondent claimedThey can refund my $and this will all go away

The salesman did offer me a warrantyand he also said this product came with a day warranty I would have never bought a product with a day warrantythat is crazy The product information that I had to read in order to learn how to operate this thing also contained warranty paperwork that states there is a day warranty I did not know that you had to proof read the front and back of a receipt (preferably with an attorney) to get Radio Shack to warranty their product (as a side note, the back of the receipt also says there is a day warranty) I am not asking for the moonI don't even want my money back I simply want Radio Shack to stand behind their productlike the warranty included in the product packaging states??? You should not have to go over a receipt with a fine tooth comb to find every loophole that a store may stick on their receipt This is exactly why I chose to not purchase the additional warranty The salesman started talking about what wasn't coveredand I could tell it was a racketapparently like this whole purchase I am not sure how $store credit to a store I no longer care to shop in is supposed to help This item cost was $ I suppose they recommend that I spend ANOTHER $in their store to buy another poorly made item??? I could have purchased this online for a better pricebut, I thought it made more sense to purchase this from a brick & mortar store, in case repairs were needed I can see why Radio Shack is floundering and closing stores if this is how their customer service works I am very disappointed in this storeyou used to go to Radio Shack to get quality stuff You paid a little more, but it was worth is because it USED to last... This thing was made in Chinaso, it would probably cost them like $to replace it Instead, they are choosing to forever loose a customernot to mention the ones that I will be telling about this experience This is completely absurd
